Its a really nice app. I bought some power blocks dumbells and this helps get me up and going as well as to keep track of everythong i have done. If you pay the really cheap activation price, you can create a workout and piece together different excersizes. I really like this app and would recommend this to anyone who wants to do quick full body workouts.

Best app for dumbbell only fitness at home! I like the ability to pause/stop and continue to the next exercise in my own pace. User can manage convenience. Edited: After creating a set of exercises, i could not re-order the execises (e.g. move the sixth exercise to be the second, etc). Hope you add that functionality!

Fast and easy workout. You can customize amount for weights, sets, and reps. Free version comes with a limited number of dumbbell exercises but gets the job done if you're just a beginner looking to stay fit. Has several workout routines. I use weight loss routine and it takes me about 30 minutes to get through 3 sets/10 reps for 6 exercises. This app doesn't provide any tips for proper form or suggestions to prevent injury during exercises, only a bad animation of the movement.

Finally an app that is easy to use! Has all the tools you need to build your bod using dumbells. It doesnt take a membership, but it takes a donation of whatever amount you want to choose. You can also use it free. I believe in rewarding a good work and I made the highest donation to support this app. The only thing I would like to see is if they could add a "plus and minus" sign for the weight you are using for the set. The same way it already has for the "number of reps". I love it!

Opinion falls I initially liked this app enough to give it 5 stars and purchased the full app (started with the free version) However, the exercises haven't changed. There is no variation AT ALL. Once I have completed the section (example: Full Body, 3 days/week) it gives me the same exact exercises instead of installing new ones for variation in the muscle groups. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

What I love about this app: everything you need and nothing you don't. I'd like to have the ability to mute the coach and change the weight value mid-workout, but that's hardly a hardship. I like that I can have dedicated heavy workouts and 5 day maintenance type workouts to keep things moving and conditioned. Again, the simplicity was worth paying for.

This is a great app. I'm really enjoying the workouts. I agree with the suggestions of other users and hope that the developer can incorporate them in the future. I would add that even though it's possible to adjust the weight and rep number, it would be easier if it can be done straight from the workout screen, without having to go into the setup section. In fact, it would be even better if the app remembers how many reps you record each time and adjusts the next workout accordingly.

This app has helped me lose 150lbs. (that is not a typo lol). I was bummed to be looking at other apps because this one didn't have the exercises I needed in it. Today's update added the ability to add your own exercise to the app! Now I never have to stop using it! That was the only thing holding this app back. Now? It's absolute perfection! Thank you for the ability to add exercises!!

What an awesome app. I useto work out everyday for years. I had a couple kids and stopped working out for 5 or 6 years. I just started back up with the app and it's amazing. Gives you a great workout plan. I do the full body. Gives you rest times and sets to do. All at the top of your finger. I will recommend the app to all of my friends and family wanting to get good quality workouts. Feeling great and it also switches up the workouts everyday. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

The app is great. I would have given it 5 stars, but it is missing exercises like decline bench press. It would also be nice to be able to drill down beyond the visual animation and get some tips on do's and don'ts for a particular exercise if needed. Perfect practice makes perfect. The app should also have a way to contact the developer and give feedback from within the app.

Solid, could use some dev love. I purchased the app and I don't regret it. I still use it regularly. Some things that would make this STELLAR and a 5 star app: - ability to move the workouts around, or highlight the one you're on - ability to copy an existing workout, edit, and save as a new one for a variation - adding a "rest day" option for a day - ability to do sets in a circuit - bigger catalog of exercises - share workouts for others to try or get inspired on

Good app and workout! I wish I could change the weight while I'm in the app but I can only change the number of reps. This is very frustrating because I have to back out of the workout, then edit amout of weight, save, then go back into the workout which begins with the first excersise, then I have to keep tapping to get to the excersise I was on. Please fix this and add a 'note' box so I can add my personal thoughts, thanks!

Like the various guided workouts and the graphics. The voice is a little robotic but who cares. A few oddities. If I want to interrupt a workout, it asks me if I want to quit or save it. However, I can't find any way to actually open the saved workout and continue! Also, no idea if the app updates the canned workouts as you progress. Right now I'm in the Beginner 3 days/week workout with 16 lb dumbells. Does this change as I use the app? No idea, documentation is scarce! I have paid version

I really, really love the workout I get from this app. I do each exercise at my own speed, watching the computerized figure modeling the correct form. The number of reps to do is on the screen. After each one, I touch the screen for the next exercise, following a pre-set rest period. At the end the app tells me how long my workout was and other info. it's great!!

I think this app has much potential! I hate that there are only so many things you can use. As are all app these days, number one #1 make money! #2 worry about everything else. Kudos to the engineer responsible for it.! I myself like countless others, want to get into a better physical state! But my income is already much to stretched thin to even remotely take on a bill of size or not. Especially when it's simply to train with better structure! Smh

Good app, could be great. Suggestions 1. Add more exercises. Not much variety. There is a lot more exercises out there for dumbells. 2. Allow me to change the weight amount inside the workout and it autosaves instead of having to do it in settings every time I go up in weight. 3. Allow me to name the workout days - Instead of Day 1, I should be able to put in Day 1 - Legs and Shoulders for example. 4. Add ab exercises These simple fixes would make it a 5 star app.

I like the app, overall I would have given it a higher rating if it had suggestions of when to add weight, and more exercises such as decline bench press, decline fly, forearm workouts, ab workouts, more legs such as inner and outer calf exercises, sumo squats, good mornings, etc. It would also be nice to have the ability to add or subtract weight during the exercise. I get around the lack of workouts by having multiple of the same exercise and just know what I planned on doing.

Programmable! For a small one time contribution I made my own workout program with the exercises I need and want. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if it was voice reactive, i.e., if I could just say next set or exercise without having to put the weights down. A little annoying when on a bench and need to get up and then back again. Otherwise, I love it.

I really like the app. There are a few things that I think would make it better. 1)Be able to change the weight during a routine depending on how you're feeling 2)Be able to go back and change the reps during a workout in case you enter the wrong number. As far as I'm aware, you can't do this and have to restart the workout and reenter the numbers, which throws off the true time you spent 3)Be able to sync to Google fit. You used to be able to, but the feature was taken away. Not sure why.

Looks like this app wants you to do the whole set of one exercise at one time, for example a set of 4x12 biceps curls then go to another exercise. I also want to answer from one of the reviewers about moving the exercise from let's say from 3rd place to 2nd place. It can be done, all you have to do is select the whole exercise (long press) and then move to the desired place and let go.
