Love the app. Thw menu is easy to read and i can tell when i have points to be rewarded. The stickers make it personalized (love the pup cup one!) And i do have the notifications on and they arent annoying. The only thing that could make this great app a step higher would be a way to mark the products you wanted. People with auditory processing disorder it can be hard and if a question is added it would be better to have the main order on a screen to allow that highened stress to be reduced.

Everybody is friendly, helpful and just plane nice. Love all the smiles. Still the best. Had a small problem with the pass program. Couldn't get it fixed. I deleted the app and started over. Everything I needed came back; and all works very well. The different drinks are fun to try and the pastries are great. Thanks for making coffee great again.🥰

I had trouble with it for the first few months of using it. One thing i realized is that you can not change your phone number unless you have the account phone number or you have to contact support. Other than that, I love earning free drinks! I love the tipping feature. It makes me feel like im not pressured to give a tip!!! ♥️

The drinks here are phenomenal.....a huge menu, including many sugar free options, and everything I've tried is super yummy! Way better than the competition! And the staff are always happy, positive, and joyful! Great music playing inside! Just overall a great morning experience!!!! Oh and the app.......I've never had a problem with the app.....it works like a charm.

I've had issues in the past with the app randomly logging me out and not letting me log back in, all while I'm at a store ordering or in the drive through. The app is okay, but that's to be expected since there's not a whole lot you can do with it. The app will notify me when there's a deal for bonus points, but when I check the app for "deets" I can't find any information about the deal. That's pretty annoying when I'm trying to figure out where I'm getting coffee that day.

Great companion app for your favorite coffee in the morning, at noon, or in the evening. Your able to collect seasonal, holiday, and limited stickers depending on what specials are going on. It supports tap to pay so getting jacked up is that much easier. Of course, if you don't know what you want to drink you can view the menu options.

Since installing the app, I haven't had any issues using it. Being able to pay with the app is really helpful. I just wish the app would at least allow to create the order before pulling up then starting the order after the code is scanned. I live in a town with 2 Dutch Bros, and the cars are quite often out into traffic. Especially around lunch. Just think it would take less time in the drive-through if you didn't have to say the specifics of 6 drinks, and just scan it on the app. Otherwise👍

Update (5/2024): app had stability issues for a few months around 8/2023 which have since been resolved. ---- Original review: Nice. I don't normally get store apps but this one does exactly what I need it to do: search flavors and menu, pay for drinks easy peasy, and collect points. Only thing it's missing is ability to order drinks ahead of time, and maybe some new options to spend points on. (Why not save up like 2000 for Dutch Bros merch, or spend 100 on random sticker unlocks?)

App deleted the several hundred points that I had saved up for getting free drinks, and up until recently there was no time limit mentioned for points to expire (with the exception of having a set time period after choosing the reward that the reward would need to be used by). The only reason I even still have the app at this point is because it's the only way to see most of the menu, although prices are not shown in the app either.

Logging in to the app requires a verification code that's texted to the user's phone to be entered within a 60 second time limit, however the text doesn't arrive until an hour later. Had to call customer service to create an account, and have been unable to log in at all. EDIT: A second call to customer service fixed the issue and have been able to use the app with no problems since then. Updating my rating from 1 to 5 stars.

Changing rating from 1 star Update: After the switch to logging in with the phone number tied to an account, I have had no problems! Super happy to be able to finally use my account again. I did however loose all the points I had stored on the app for the year or so duration of not being able to use it, which sucks.

Not a regular Dutch Bros customer, but was willing to start giving it a chance since they announced that mobile ordering was now available thru the app. So, I downloaded the app. And surprise, surprise, not location near me, nor within 200 miles offers ordering ahead. Wow! How sketchy! App will be deleted and back to that other, more convenient coffee shop I go.

All in all a good app but I have one suggestion to make your lines go faster. How about order queueing? Basically, we can add stuff to a cart with our desired/allowed customizations and when we go to the drive thru, the employee scans the barcode and your system is able to automatically pull the drink order and pay all in one. I'll gladly take 1 free drink a week if you implement this.

App keeps freezing. Added the order ahead option, then froze for a day. Un-installed and reinstalled, then no order ahead option. Now, the app will not open. I'm not sure what is happening up until this week I lived this app! It isn't my account it is the app. It is still frozen. I have tried on wifi and data and is still just frozen. I have money on my account that I can't use cause your app is not working. Won't let me add the screenshot here.

Love the coffee and its people but hating the new app version. I know most app changes require retraining muscle memory of getting to what you want, but why this? I am now using more clicks to get where I want to go. The menu now goes left to right instead of its previous top bottom. Why? Let's take advantage of the smallest part of my phone. I now have to select View All to see the full list, but wait, at the bottom of that new list will be a see more link to see the possible other choices.

I am editing this review and updating it! I have gotten on contact with support and was able to use the app! I went through the website support and could start earning points!! I'm enjoying the app, the only thing that it doesn't have near me currently is mobile ordering all locations say unavailable. But I can just have them scan my code when I go make the order in person so it's not that big of a deal. I get my points very fast. The app also says you cannot earn points on online orders.

We are a family of 4 who loves ❤️ Dutch Bro. So, we always go to our favorite location all the time. Unfortunately, the apps' Automatic Charge up function does not work. It's there, but you can't use it. So, whenever funds are low on the app, I have to inconvenience myself to go thru the process of adding funds manually rather than automatically. Fix it, please!!!

It's a decent app, but the new update isn't quite as nice. The app scan page looks pretty boring now without the back art and no sticker now, but what's really annoying is that now there's no nutrition info on the app itself. You have to find your location, click on that, click menu, find your drink, bring up that page and then download a pdf from a browser for that one specific drink. I would prefer at least the og menu that showed nutrition and let you swap between sizes.

The new update has made functionality for viewing the drink menu very significantly worse. Where in the old version I could tap one button to view the menu, now I have to navigate to the order page, then a specific store, then select the hot, iced or blended version of a drink, before seeing , and, the addition of thumbnail images for each drink mean that I cant see what flavors are in that drink without clicking into it.

Not a huge fan of the new update. While it does look a little cleaner, many locations are not offering "order ahead" so having 'order' as the middle button is pointless. Also, not being able to see the nutritional values in the app anymore is also very annoying (you have to click on view menu of the location, then get sent to download a pdf of all the drinks and scroll and search). Overall, not the best update.
