Stuck on a screen. The only way back is with the built in back button on my phone but that exits the app. Force closing the app doesn't change anything.

URL working in browser but the same URL if I entered in mobile app them it is showing error as "Could not connect to the server". I installed certificate in mobile as well. We are using on premise.

Unreliable and constantly having issues. My job makes me use this app and I can say it's the worst part about my job. It never works and HR is constantly helping people fix this app.

Always have to relogin several times every time i open the app. Horrible interface. Request to approve button on dashboard is stuck. Difficult to navigate.

This app is unusable on Note 10 Plus Android 10. The back button on the app doesn't show and if you press the back button on the Android OS the app exits out immediately instead of going back one page.

Can't read charts. Please allow different color schemes or other techniques for color blindness. Use //// \\\\ |||| = line patterns to help distinguish different areas of charts. Or just add text arrays below so we can read them. Thank you!

The back button on this app is not working, if we touch on the back button the app is closing directly , it is very difficult to use this app under this situation, hope you guy's will find a solution as soo as possible

I keep getting logged off (multiple times a day) and have to enter username+password+2FA TWICE to login. Please fix this. Most functions are also unusable on anything other than a tablet due to the the poorly designed user interface.

Know how the web browser app is clunky and unreliable? The mobile app is a hundred times worse. You will want to go find a desktop computer after trying to do anything meaningful with this app.

I am unable to login to my account and my work is badly affected. Update 1: thanks. now it is working. However, still unable to open the attachments and the app is giving a message to open them from a pc or tablet.

App won't let me get to home screen. I login and when trying to load it says I need to refresh it then it takes me back to login page and it keeps happening. I have even Uninstalled and Re-Installed the app bit it doesn't work.

I would give a 4 or 5 star rating, but they completely dropped all support for my Samsung Note 9, a powerhouse of a phone that wasn't even 5 years old at the time. Other than that, the app is alright. It works most of the time.

Since most recent update I have to login everytime I go to the app. This was not the case with previous versions??? Please fix. Now I can't even login to my production environment 🤐😢 3/22/2021. Uninstalled & reinstalled. Managed to login to my production environment once! Then got a REFRESH message, now am in a login and refresh loop, of which I cannot find a way out. I can login into my Sandbox environments? Please help!!! It is working properly, thank you. I can do business mobile again!

Two of our customers just reported that with BC 17.5 they are not able to login with the APP anymore. Buffer and locally stored data was cleared, and they can login. But they need to do this everytime to get the APP working now. Unfortunately they un-installed it on one of their devices, and they can't intall it again on a Zebra Android v10 version, because Google says it is unsopprted version? How can we get the BC installed again? It is working/installed on other equeal Zebra devices.

From a browser Microsoft forced me to download the app (webpage would not continue otherwise). But the app wouldn't allow function due to low screen resolution!! My phone has a high res screen, and it should work on a phone if you're forcing that. Typical Microsoft. Getting things right always seems like a grasp too far.

Obfuscates *simple* timekeeping functions -- Save and Submit should be front & center. Save is absent. One enters time, backs out, and manually refreshes to confirm. Default data entry view should focus on today's date, or the day after the most recent date of entry. (I studied UI design in college, and subsequently taught & practiced it. A good UI makes things *easier* for the user.)

Horrible interface. Hard to enter hours and submit timesheets. Recently I haven't even been able to log in, I keep going through a circular process of filling out the email address, entering password, authentication, then it takes me back to the email sign in again. Eventually it tells me there's been an error. The email an password give me no trouble on a computer, and I've gone through it enough times there's no way I messed up the typing every time.
