@@@ Buyer BEWARE if using for Rental Cars @@@ Even if you physically remove the transponder, you will still be charged tolls made by other renters of that rental car unless you immediately disable the transponder in the app. I thought I disabled it but they say I didn't so I was charged for ALL tolls associated with that plate number. It also begs the question why do you even need a transponder if the app determines what tolls you are charged. E-Pass DENIES any disputes.

Dont waste your time if you were thinking the same as I on how this works. Info is misleading. I installed the app thinking it was like prepay toll with no need for any transponder. I was wrong. It said nothing about needing or having one prior to install & creating an account. Then I find out this app is not what I thought and I have no need for it. Guess I'll just pay the bill when they mail it to me after I drive through the toll with no transponder. How ridiculous. How to close account?

Terrible, I was not able to sign up using the app. Where it ask me if I had a toll to pay wasn't able to say no the only choice was yes and since I had already given up trying to pay using the app, because where I had to check the tolls I wanted to pay I had no option to advance the process after checking the invoice, I needed to say no and couldn't, this app should be user friendly since a person could get there license suspended. I hope someone can address these problems. App stinks

The app won't let me log in. When I go to reset my password on the website, it recognizes my login information. Then, once I put my payment information in the loading wheel spins for upwards of five minutes before I give up on it. I've already updated the app but it still seems to have difficulty with the simple things like it's customers being able to easily log in and make their payments.

If you're going to be throwing out bills to folks and citing statutes involving registration stops and traffic citations if a bill isn't paid by a due date only a few days out its probably a good idea to make sure your browser site or app is working correctly. Both are marginally functional. I applaud the low amount effort put into it. 👍🙂

Using my reference number and license plate online shows me my balance, yet I can't click on it to pay. I try the app and it claims my information doesn't match records... Frustrating.

Worst app I've ever used. Couldn't set up an account because it wouldn't recognize the password despite it having all needed characters, then wouldn't recognize my license plate.

I think it's wonderful to be able to just go through the e-Pass line and not have to have money. very convenient and I love that it's discounted. this first one was discounted about 40%.

Lacking. It does not allow you to use a bank account for a payment method like the website does. I also cannot change the "Name on Card," which mean ONLY one person can make payments with and it has to be a CC. Because there is no option for paying with a bank account or changing the name on the credit card, only one person can add funds to the account. For me, the app is a waste of time and will be deleted until it's updated. The only value for me is to check the balance - basically useless.

I enjoy the E-Pass toll app because I have the option of saving close to 50% off toll prices. It's a dramatic difference from paying by tag or even at the toll booth. You save time and money , and they even have a free option of just putting a sticker, unless you travel from state to state, they also have the transponder option that works in multiple States. Thank you E-Pass for helping the people save.

I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about in their reviews. Logging in for the first time was quick and easy. The app is very self explanatory. I was able to edit my vehicle and add more details (make,model, and year). My payment for activation was already on the app. It displays activity on the account as well as reload options. I like that you can automatically add money if it goes below a certain amount so you don't have to worry about balance for long distance trips.

The app has started crashing. When I try to switch vehicles, it lets me change the first 3 fields and then stops. I have tried updating, uninstalling, clearing cache and data, restaring my phone, and nothing works. SUPER inconvenient since I need to be able to switch vehicle info and reload the transponder while on the go. This needs to be fixed!!!!

Full of authentication issues. My experience with this app hasn't been great. I have Android, if that matters. The app seems to go stale and not display my information, even though it says I'm still logged in. Happens frequently. I then have to logout and and log back in. The fingerprint log in feature rarely works. App also says log in credentials are wrong, which they're not. Very annoying app. When it works it's helpful, but it has some major bugs. Please improve it.

Does what it says it will do. Wish list: --Ability to ADD vehicles, instead of just replace. We use our transponder in rental vehicles, in addition to our own vehicle. -- Make it compatible with tablets - we have a dedicated Samsung Tab A (2019 - running Android 10) for travel and navigation. It would be nice to be able to manage our E-pass account in the tablet as well. ETA: Per the response from the developer - No, there is no way to simply add another vehicle without ordering an additional transponder. I could edit the existing vehicle, or replace it. There is no way to add another vehicle to the transponder. I got this because it indicated that a single transponder could be moved from one vehicle to another, as when renting a car. Because I couldn't add the rental vehicle, I paid the toll twice - once with the transponder, and once via the rental company, because the license plate on the rental was not associated with the payment via transponder.

Can't edit plate in app. Have to go to website to do that (which works fine). Since I have 2 cars but only drive 1 at a time, I just take the transponder with me and change the plate info. Would be nice to do this in the app so I can add money and change plate in the same place. As it is it is easier to just add a link to the webpage on my homescreen instead of use this app. Hoping for a fix soon. I always forget and then have to sign in twice.

The people on the phone were fantastic, but the app stinks. "All" I was trying to do was to order a transponder, which supposedly you can do through the app. Selected "sign up". App crashed. Every time. Eventually ordered on the phone, and created an account, which I was able to access through computer. But if you thought I could access the account through the app, you would be wrong. It simply erases my password and then has the cheek to tell me I need to enter a valid password. Every time.
