I made one bet on NBA finals I won I withdrawal $600. Which I had to put in my online banking info to withdraw which was a hastle. Then they cancelled the withdrawal after it was approved. Then got an email saying they couldn't verify my identity. Then got an email saying my account was suspended because I used mock location software which I did not and the number they have to call noone is there but an automated message saying "Noone is available to take your call." Click. This is a scam.

Read the fine print of the bonus money. I deposited 50 dollars in and it said I had to play 15x what I put in ok I did that no big deal ran total play to over $2500. Still wouldn't let me withdraw everytime I triggered a slot bonus it would page me out and I got nothing everytime I built up a bonus lagged me out and I had to restart. Still 2500 of total money played through and I couldn't even withdraw my initial deposit of 50 when holding over 350 in account. should be shut down. stay away

The only thing worse than losing constantly is getting kicked out every 3 -4 mins because they use garbage geolocation software it seems to allow you to load the game but when it rechecks it likes to kick you out.... Horrible experience! I can't help but feel the geolocation software made it impossible to win anything!

This app cheats I cought them cheating and they wouldn't do anything to fix it even after I told them I don't want the money back I just want them to stop and fix the problem which they will not so don't play this app

All they do is take. Take the money. I don't even win ever put a 100 Bucks in there. Nothing put another 100 bucks in there. Nothing. It's not even fun. They don't even let you bounce back-and-forth, just consume all your money. It's probably cheating who knows either way.I'm deleting

By far one of the worst casino apps out there. The games are terrible, the payouts are even worse and it constantly stops you mid game to do location checks and loses connection frequently. Save your time and money and play on other apps.

The worst ever, don't even bother downloading it and the people that work there are liars, I'm just looking to steal your money. My wife and I did the referral link to the T! And we both contacted customer support they told her that I navigated away from the page and they told me that she navigated away from the page. Certainly not worth it wasting your money.

GEOLOCATION ISSUES REMAIN UNRESOLVED! DONT DEPOSIT! I have played often with this casino in the past year, however their geolocation license expired a few weeks ago and it has not been updated! . . This means, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY!!! It seems that they should have had this issue resolved over 4 weeks time! I deposited $100 and couldn't play, so I had to withdrawal the $$ and wait 6 days to get it back!

Tightest slots ive played online. This was by far the worst experience I've had online. I don't mind losing, I just want to be able to play for a few, not straight up stolen. MGm betrivers and Golden Nuggets all allow me to play way longer on my money. Figured I'd give them a chance seeing I visit their local casino multiple times a year but I won't be back online after this. Horrible just click and lose, 1 bonus for $1.23 and less then an hour gameplay for $250. Gameplay was ok though, lol

WARNING, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO WITHDRAW WINNINGS. They take the deposit instantly, but when it comes time to withdraw you have to jump through hoops. Your PayPal needs a debit card that works with their system, or you need to sign up for some online banking through them. This has never happened in any other online casino I've used. If anyone else runs into this problem get ahold of support and request your account be deleted. You will get a physical check (but it will take up to 30 days)

It's pretty clear they have control over how much you're allowed to win. Was winning a little and losing a little. Then had a game pay like 1000 a couple times in 1 day. Since that happened. I have ONLY lost. Not spin a few times and win a little of it back. I mean spin 30-40 times in a row and just lose... not even a penny back in 100 dollars type of losing. They've very clearly put my account on cooldown.

Worst gambling app ever. Don't even waste your time. Spent thousands of dollars and probably hit 1 bonus. No play time and definitely won't win any money. Periodically re-download this app to see if it's better and no it's the same everytime. Boots you out of the game if you start getting a streak and takes your money without any wins when you log back in. Straight garbage.

My experience with Eagle Casino has always been great. Customer service has always been responsive and addressed / resolved any issues or concerns. Deposits and withdrawals always quick. No issues ever. Promo's aren't as good as some other online Casino sites and their website, interface, ease of use is not a top rater to me but overall a solid app 😊.

I was expecting a lot more out of this casino, especially being the last one in Michigan to launch. The slot selection is nice, but don't expect to win anything. The slots are extremely tight, and wins are very small. Free spins are very rare and never pay. I have lost over $300 the first day and no chance to win any of it back. They are feeding off of new players and don't care about retaining your business. My advice: There are much better options out there, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Honestly, I've had an awful experience with this casino. Withdrawals are extremely slow, it takes up to 8 days to get your money because they take a very long time just to approve your withdrawal. Additionally, they could solve this issue by having a direct to debit card withdrawal option like literally every other online casino. Another thing, all of their slots are cheap greedy knockoffs of the ones you usually see on better apps. Customer support is subpar. Please look elsewhere.

One of the worst online casinos. All casinos are set for the house to win, but soaring eagle is absolutely ridiculous as far as paying out a certain percentage for what you put in. It's horrible compared to other online casinos playing the same games. When you're talking about over 20 times of playing with soaring eagle, you can go 20 or more spins with no return. And no it isn't just a spell of bad luck. the rate of return on your wager is very, very low with soaring eagle .

1st off, I opted into their sign up bonus as I was joining. It did not register and give me my bonus upon initial deposit. 2nd. This is the first gambling app that I did not ever go over my initial deposit ($100) during spinning. Every other app I've gone up to at least 1.5 my deposit. My initial take on it is the worst odds ever. I will be deleting it and will never use it again. That's a first.

really gone down hill in the last month or so. practically does not pay back at all. just a quick hard suck down on your funds no matter the wager amount. more little glitches and verification of location than bonus games. doesn't look like anyone is winning much for dollar amounts. been playing daily almost all year but i think im done now. at least until there's an update. used to be real fun.
