Cool app but doesn't offer inventory control....ie. supplier invoices to be entered and allocated in order for qtys to be monitored. Expenses and profits cannot be monitored. Very basic, even on premium version

Took a while but finally found an invoicing app that suited. Customer assistance have also been extremely helpful and friendly. Definately recommend this spp

Uses this for 3 years was excellent all of a sudden ypu want payment. So im u installing this app and seekeng a better app. As i simply am frustrated trying to manage my invoices now

Just started using it, it is a very easy platform and simple enough to use. Only thing I wish it had was were you can separate labor cost and taxable material, other then that it works great!

Just went to send off an invoice and now we have to pay? Been using this app for a couple of years for free and now it's $6 a month with no warning what so ever for the changes. Very disappointing, so i will now have to look elsewhere for an invoicing system.

Did love this app it was free had all my business stuff set up, suddenly today with no warning it became a cost I've used this app for 2 years no hassle till today I can not use without having to pay so very disappointed. O and not to mention for the last 5 months it's been buggering up all my tax stuff by making invoices for past clients and old prices on its own so have had to fine tooth comb it as I cant have old invoices and custom submitted to ird.

New update removed opportunity to save invoice as .PDF. Now "preview" and "send" are basically the same button. Uninstalling. Edit: editing to say that it, along with every other option to do anything with the invoice, is now locked behind the paid version.

Love it so far!! I Just started using this app and I give it 5 stars hands down. Easy Invoice is by far one of the Best Invoice/Estimating apps I've used. And I have used countless of others and they always change up things or want to start charging you for other things that was once free. that's one thing I will not do is pay for an in-app purchase. I understand everybody has to make money but when an app has ads that app is already getting paid. Anyways I do highly recommend this app.

I really like this app for the ease of use and you can make your items as long as you want. UNLIKE others invoice app's that limit you to 500 characters only on items. I'm dropping one star because this app does'nt have any templates that allow you can change up the backgrounds unlike other apps. It does hook up invoices to the STRIPE APP for credit card use. Plus it links you to Nova business banking for free with no monthly fees.

I have been using this app since 2021 free of cost without the interruption of ads. I recently started making voluntary donations to avoid those annoying adds. This is an excellent invoice app for any business, big or small. Easy to use, very affordable... almost free! There are lots more options go see for yourself Customer Support readily available and response quick.

It was a great app after 2 months of a few invoices I found it productive so I decided to "DONATE" it let's you choose $3 to $5 bucks a month I added enough for 3 months $12. I began using the app more because it is very convenient and easy to use. Then I some how was billed twice in a month. Strange! Then to my amazement inefficient funds now I app freezes when I open any form. I need past info to complete customer billing. So upset.

Today was the first day I've used this app. So far I am impressed with the total app. From set up to sending my first estimate. I will update again after about a month for my final review. I was using quickbooks for 8 years. I was beginning to really get annoyed with them. So decided to give this app a try after going through and researching many amd cross referencing the different reviews on each one. I'm really happy with my decision so far. Keep up the good work.

App was great until we followed directions on how to increase payment to them. We now lost all data, all client info. Payments made history, everything.... Not a good feeling and not professional at all. We really thought we found a great invoice app after 22 others were a failure, but no, we give up on invoice apps.. seems so simple to create this type of app, but apparently not... They all have bugs or major issues ..

Update: 12-01-22 support does not exist. Emailed 2 cases over the last 5 days with no response. Lost all invoices and estimates. Don't purchase. So far so good. Couldn't ask for an easier app. Works well for what I need. Would like a little bit more editing control IE be able to add text to the "billed items" section or notes for the customer. Also being able to select an item via drop down instead of having to type the item name. But again this app is working great so far. Very very happy.

Starting a business will require the use of some form of invoicing. I tried a couple different apps as well as excel for my invoicing needs and none of them were as user friendly (for me) as Easy Invoice. The name says everything you need to know about using the app. Once you set it up, every invoice you need to create takes only a minute or two and there are options for sending and billing directly from the app. This app has a free version and a super affordable version!!
