This app is great, the only issue I'm having is that when I sort the invoices by date they do not stay in that order and immediately reorder themselves after I press the sort button. Also, I'd like to be able to put the invoices in a different area after orders are completed and paid without having to delete them or keep them mixed in with active invoices.

Been using bookipi for a while now and it has always worked great. Verybeasy to use, easy to create an invoice or a quote. Recording payment and syncing it with expenses bookipi was great till last month. Now, I record a payment and it won't mark it as paid or move it to archived invoices therefore bookipi expenses is not really up to date. I guess I can always un sync it and do it manually but my invoices will still remain as if they were unpaid. Please fix it bookipi.

Not entirely thrilled with the ease of use and functionality of the app, let alone how the invooces arrive. The app itself is relatively simple, yet too much at times. It also allows you to send an email of an invoice, but it doesnt show up clearly in the email. It takes you to the link where the invoice is, whixh is extremely elementary looking, and does not allow you to sign it where it is needed. But, from what o understand, the services are free of charge. That is a plus.

Great invoice creation application. Easy to navigate through. Features such as adding photos and the ability to receive payments. Make this app fast and simple for users to create a professional looking invoice. Out of the other apps that offer similar abilities I've tried, used, and some I like. This is the best one I've come across.

The product itself is very good, but the past update has made using it on mobile very difficult. The Terms & Conditions field has been removed, and it's contents are added as a default note. Whenever I attempt to edit the note field to add information on what was done, I am unable to save the changes or back out off that screen, and the only way to do anything is to close the app completely. These issues aren't present in the web version thankfully, but it makes mobile invoicing very difficult

Customer service is a little slow but comes through. Only thing I dont like about the program now would be the invoicing system. Its good for product sales and such. Im in the automotive industry and it doesnt break down cost to expense well. I wish there was a private section for cost and markup or items. As well as a better structure for labor but overall it is a good system and get decent feedback. Love being able to include pictures

I downloaded this app close to 2 years ago and I absolutely love it. It is very user friendly and I like how easy it is to adjust pre named items to make it your own You can add your own logo making your invoice look very professional. Once you email your quote/invoice to your customer, it has an icon that tells you if they opened it. I did have a glitch that didn't last more than a few minutes. The live support helped me out right away. They have either chat or email live support. Great app!

Best invoice app I have come across. With the ability to personalize the invoices and other forms it gives, to the end of the month, quarter and year reports the app produces. It allows you to see where your business is flourishing and shows you the places where you might have to step it up a little. All of the information the app produces and the ease of sending invoices and collecting payments online. You will be SHOCKED to find out it ALL IS FREE, thank you so much developers of Bookipi!

Unprofessional and disconcerting. None of my paid invoices were actually pulled from the customer's card, and subsequently sent to me, until I email bookipi. Every time. And they didn't actually respond to my emails, the invoices just magically paid out. The payouts option isn't even available until the payment goes through, so that isn't it. They just give out receipts with confirmation numbers, then never process.

Used it once, no issues. Then I received a verification email and set up a password. No problem. Today I went to log in and it asked for my name. I entered it and there's no continue button, just stuck on that screen. So I tried again, same result. Then I tried going back to "log in with google" and it sits and spins, doing nothing more, so I'm off to find a functional app. Edit in response: I clearly stated the issue.

Update...newest version fixed the problems...back to 5 stars... although pdf by default should be the standard. Now I have to go through hoops to get pdf sent. The new version does not keep carriage returns. Often in an invoice I have to seperate a paragraph or other information with a return or line break. When you go to preview your work all line breaks are gone and all information is thrown together. That makes this app almost unusable..

Warning!!! *SCAM* Do not use this app to invoice anyone, even if you turn off payments, the app still sends your customer the option to pay the invoice online thru them. There is no way to turn it off on customer side. On your side it will appear it is off. When you preview the invoice it will not show on your side,but on their end the invoice shows option to pay,and when they pay you, the app keeps your money!!! Don't do it!!! Please!!

I love the invoice part of the app! I like the layout and ease of use. The only reason for the 2 stars is the difficulty in reaching and having a conversation with customer service. The "live" chat is never live, emails are responded to but the delay sucks when there is an urgent issue. I turned off card payments on the invoice, but a client was able to pay using a card. I never got the funds but it came out there account and customer support has been no help unfortunately. May keep, may not.

I've tried several of these. This app is super easy and full featured. I love that it isn't easy to lose your work like so many others. I have used several that reload the screen every time you leave the screen to switch apps, message reply, answer call, & in some cases just checking the notification drop down, not even leaving the screen. I can't tell you how many hours of work I lost to this major flaw in other apps. Got my vote and I'll tell all the trades I work with to check you out too!

Been using this app for around 4 years. Best I've used. Easy to get a professional look. Perfect for my side hustle needs. Bonus to be able to see past year reports. Even better that you can sync it to Expense Bookipi to figure out actual profits. Best thing is they are always listening to the users for improvements. What more can you ask for. I just hope the don't start charging like other apps did hence why I chose Bookipi and glad I did.

After navigating the app it became easier and easier. Very professional . Easily adaptable. The phone app is a little different than the pc view. Wish the pc app would be able to show income and expenses like the phone. If It does I can not find it. I like the phone view in that area better. Glad i can make and send an invoice through my phone but pc view is always superior. Would like more options for pc.

Some things could be improved. I would like the (save for future invoices) button to stay off instead of having me shut it off every single invoice. To be able to search for any word instead of just the title would be great. Be able to hold down on one invoice and bring up a bunch of circles to one side so I can mass pick them. Something like that would be nice to hit up a bunch of paid or delete options.

at the end of 2020 they decided to completely overhaul the entire app even though there was nothing wrong with it. I've been sideloading an older version for the last 4 years, decided to try the new one today, and was inundated with nothing but pop-up advertisements for other products from the same company. I will never, ever, allow this app to be updated on the phone where I actually do invoicing. what garbage

I used to love this app. Yes I have the paid version. Very cheap. My only complaint is the amount of adds that have recently started to become an inconvenience. Also they started offering payment processing and when a client opens the invoice email on their end it could be considered misleading by the way its formatted. I have the " don't allow payments through the app " option selected but it still allows clients to attempt to pay through the app causing me to have to explain to my clients.

Be careful! They now enable a link to take payments with stripe without the owners permission to take payments. That should only be an option to turn on! It doesn't even show up on your copy of the invoice! I had to sign up for stripe to get paid, now they take a ridiculous amount of fees and I have to wait a week for my funds to hit my account. This option needs to be turned off in your settings when it should have never been active without a stripe account in the first place!
