Turn your photo paper the Long way(like a typewriter) to get the best version of the subject like your putting in paper, you'll be able to see the photo paper and the computer will signal with a beep, it knows it's there, face down photo paper, the blue guide can get down to 4x6 photo paper

Every couple months this app doesn't want to connect with the printer. I don't have the problem with the Canon Print app, which unfortunately doesn't print a few documents on one page.

Crashes a lot, crops your photos in a reeeeally weird way and doesn't let you fix them properly, etc. Even bright colours turn muddy and grey in printed photos. This app is trash. Save your nerves and time, forget this one.

It does whatever it wants with you pictures cutting people off you can't set anything, the app is slow as you know barely works and after a while it's just stops working completely. I expect more from Canon. !!!!!!

It's ok for creating a simple ID picture but gets a bit tedious when you want multiple picture cutouts.

I'm old and do not understand the instructions. All I want to do is print pics and my printer is spilling ink and I'm wasting too much paper and I have to print one photo at a time. It's not fun.

I enjoy using this app, and it's easy to use and keeps me going making different photo escapes of different occasions throughout the years of many photos we have and the newest ones with the new phones and apps... Thank you, Canon Easy Photo Print

I have a Canon Pixma TS3322 and this app will only allow my printer to print on regular paper. Even though it is a multi function printer that says it is compatible for photo printing. So all my photos come out looking horrible because it's not allowing photo paper printing. Your falsely representing what your machines can do on the box and on the Manuel.

Frustrated because you have the option for "auto" printing. After you select "auto" you need to navigate and find the proper method/paper size/which tray that meets the size/tray then you're told you need to find the exit for the paper. Low stars because usually the auto option doesn't require so many manual steps. Btw, you need manually figure out how big you want the print on the your paper. I'd probably give it 4 stars if they just took out the auto option. 5 if they deliver.

The app is okay. I was able to print photos well but wasn't able to size them the way I WANTED. The borders was not sized with each picture, and even then when you could size the border...it didn't fit...The stamps for the photos need to be updated. More borders and more sizing would be nice other than that...just used to put several photos on one picture and to print your photos.

Great so far. Can't find a template or tool that will automatically adjust the photo selected to fit the chosen template. Can move the picture around inside the orange frame to adjust what portion to show, can't zoom out to display the whole picture. It would also be nice for it to be an option to lock size of the photos in place or to choose to freehand the size. It's hard to resize the frames and reposition correctly. Kept moving frames by accident. It makes swapping photos around hard also.

There needs to be more paper size options or AT LEAST a way to change "custom size". You should be able to shrink image, not just enlarge, and move it to different places on the page. These are very basic editing tools. There's not even a "half letter" paper size option. Never mind any label sizes. Take a page out of Epson Creative Print App book. Very good basic editing & user friendly.

App crashes often while browsing photos to print. When it crashes it resets all your work. If you put all the photos you want to print in an album, You can select them fast enough to beat the crash, almost like it's timed. Once you get to the part where you're printing or setting up the photos you're safe, usually it doesn't crash after photo selection.

The app works really well, with of course one exception. When printing photos, unless the paper type is set to plain paper, the printout appears unsaturated and dull. I have literally wasted so much ink and paper trying out each and every paper type and the only one that prints the image as seen on the phone or camera is when plain paper is selected, even if you use glossy photo paper. Thats all good and well, but the plain paper selection comes bordered only. Kinda disappointing

I like the ease for setting up the printer. However, I would have preferred it to default to the letter size paper as opposed to the 4" X 6". Due to many days of bad weather with thunderstorms, lightnings and flooding we had in Texas including Houston, I lost my AT&T home Internet WiFi. It was promptly repaired by the technician sent by AT&T which included a change in password. This app correctly connected to the WiFi and printer without any intervention on my part.

I'm impressed!! Super easy to download and use!! I've tried other apps and they were complicated and frustrating to use, not this one!! I was printing pictures within 2 minutes after I downloaded the app onto my phone 😁 Very happy with this app!! The only thing I would like different is the settings. Every time I print I have to change my settings back to the size and type of paper I'm using, it doesn't save that information. But it does give the option to add the date and red eye correct 5*'s

Difficult to use, can't crop or edit pictures properly. I tried to use a pre-made template But you can't fix it the way you actually want it. It makes it the way it wants and when you try to move things around to fit the pictures where you want them it's very hard to get them to fit into the boxes and not show outside of the border. I thought this would be easier but it's actually more difficult.

Good functionality allows print sizing based on print size in inches instead of pixels, which makes it easier to print to a specific frame. The only issue is difficulty setting up connectivity from Android phone to the printer. Connection also gets deleted from time to for no known reason. 07022024 I like the options, but it is very, very, very difficult to setup printer. I don't have issue printing from any other app.
