I bought the ticket with 100% refund policies. Turns out I can't refund since they ask us to press the refund button at the confirmation bus ticket, which does not exist at all. Plus the customer service dis not respond to me at all (Whatsapp). Bad app, do not recommend, I feel like I got scammed.

I just bought 2 tickets and they cant freaking retrieve it. Im using wifi my gps is on, hell everything is on. I just wasted money here (Update: They fixed it, still not giving a five star, ill be using this app for a while and if the issue didn't appear again, ill give it a five.)

Booking a bus is very easy process. But when it comes to refund, it is not easy to transfer back to bank account. I don't want my money enter the Easybook wallet. I just want the money enter to my bank account instead.

Do not book ETS ticket with EASYBOOK. Booked and paid for my ETS tickets and received notification that my booking failed and refund will be expected within 4 - 5 weeks. When I enquired refund status at the 5th week, I immediately received notification that my booking is confirmed. I don't need this booking anymore because I managed to book from KTMB directly after failed with EASYBOOK. I will be charged 25% for cancellation when this is no fault of me. I may want to bring this up to the tribuna

I had already top up to the easybook wallet, but there shown not yet, then I contact customer service also can't resolve the issue. For others want to purchase ticket from this APP, better use others payment method rather than easybook wallet. That is why why I only rate for 1 star

Worst experience! I booked a trip (booking id FKRLWI5I ) payment was deducted but system cannot generate order summary. In My booking shows successful but neither order summary nor ticket was generated.Ihsan Hakim was the person from their customer support to whom i explained everything via email but he is not understanding this and repeating the same that they can't refund the amount. He even said that i claimed the ticket and travelled even when there was no ticket generated due to system fail

1. Everytime I changed the language, it changes back to default. 2. Whenever I wanted to pay, it goes back to the main page. 3. After I've bought my ticket through web, it also doesn't show in this app

This apps misleading me to purchase bus ticket from BILLION EXPRESS!!! Curious about how the apps gave rating 4.0!!! Worse ever service, delay time to accumulate more passengers, smelly bus environment, terrible experience!!!!

After latest update to version 7.8.7, the Easybook wallet is not a payment option to complete the purchase. Please don't bother to top up to the wallet.

There is a note while booking with extra charges that 100% refund protection for cancellation. Make sure you read the T&C. As they state cancellation with limited options and you have to upload proof documents for this. Book only if you are firm on the dates. No point talking to customer care. You will get standard response to look into T&C as it was mentioned in the reply below. Waste of time apart from paying extra.

Why so suddenly after i updated the apps on Android, the filter function suddenly goes blank and does not display anything. While i installed it on my iphone, the terminal on KL Sentral also suddenly goes missing. Please fix this 🙏🏻

It is intuitive and easy to book. Love the filter function, it saves alot of time scrolling through all the different options available.

Cannot filter. Page blank. Uninstall app and reinstall app as suggested. Still the same. Cannot do any filter. Blank page shown. Update, uninstall and reinstall to latest 7.8.5 version. Still same issue. Cannot do any filter. Blank page. Just updated again. Filter is working now.

50% chances showing full booked bus in the list. Cant see the booked ticket through app. Luckily have email and able to refer there. Not sure why i didnt receive points despite me purchasing tickets using the apps. Basically no difference between having an account or not. Website is more reliable than the app

Beware of misleading marketing tricks like "52% off," but read the fine print. In fact only 6RM. payments can be blocked for up to 4-5weeks, if transaction is not fully authorised, with no ticket. the app is outdated and tricky to navigate. Main drawback prices are higher than on other aggregators, as they invest heavily in ads.

Terrible ewallet withdrawal process (currently still unable to withdraw after 6 months). not to mention it charges you to withdraw your own money. I completed the withdrawal process as instructed in Feb 2024 and currently still in process. Had to follow up in early July and the operator told me that it is currently in process. Imagine how many people going through the same and forgot about it. Is this fall in the category of scamming app?

I'm very disappointed. I couldn't choose the destination of my previous trip which I was able to book just a month ago. It just vanished and not available anymore. And I also couldn't login my account in the apps but was able to login in website. Please fix this!

I cannot buy my ferry ticket because I can't even search for my depart and arrival destination. Its says that 'Location is out of date'. It is only shows the popular location. And I can't even verify my email. When I click the 'Click here ....' on the email that I've received, its goes back to the apps and nothing happen. PLEASE FIX IT

Worst app ever..!!! Try to book using their platform.. No instructions on where is bus pick up trying contact them not reachable.. Even came in 30 minutes early on the said pick up point no bus pm sight never indicate which bus.. Try to ask all the people nearby the hotel they don't know too. Write an email to them and said they came in late.. Because they wait for other passengers on other pick up locations. Ask for refund no refund given..
