Love hate relationship with this app I love the idea of this app however am always running into issues with it. Mainly when I try calling a number from this app it instead calls my easy app number not the number I tried dialing. It's frustrating mainly because I've complained about this issue two or three times now with no resolve. Also PLEASE make an option to delete multiple messages in a conversation at once rather than deleting one comment at a time, also keep messages deleted when deleted

It stopped sending notifications after 2 weeks and even if the app is open it sends calls to voice mail. It won't let me renew or upgrade. Now my number expires today and I'm stuck. I've sent an email and haven't even gotten an automated response. I'm in the middle of a back to school drive and can not get calls or text anymore.

Good features, but I wish the interface was better. Plus some bugs which made got with different app. When you dial a number you have to click again to confirm your call. Instead of hearing Phone dialing you get a message waiting to connect. Unable to receive calls when connected to wifi calling, but it is able to make calls over wifi.

Do not make the mistake I did and use this app for business, you will lose all your customers. Phone calls rarely come through. You must manually open the app to refresh it, then it will notify you that you received missed calls hours earlier. Texts also rarely show up. The app will notify you with a preview of the text message, but the actual full message will not be in the app's inbox for at least 30 minutes to even days

This app has cost me business. The phone cuts off after two rings, and half the time it doesn't even ring. The customer service has a major delay (even the "live" chat). As soon as I figure out how to port my number this app is going away!

I had got the free trial for 9 days paid $9.00 then tried to make a call and it said expired number and they wanted you to purchase the monthly plan don't get ripped off I wouldn't give this app any star's don't waste your time with it no customer service to talk to

Started out okay, but then almost immediately had problems that never improved and only continued to get worse. To start with, we weren't receiving any messages that our customers said they were leaving. Then our customers started complaining that the number would just ring and ring without ever going to voicemail until finally the number just stopped working all together. I canceled our subscription and we'll use someone else. Not worth the hassle and definitely not worth losing customers over.

This app is TRASH and disappointing. I've missed out on a client because the notification of an incoming call fails to notify and you also can't hear voicemail when you click to hear it. Bad for business. And it gives you the option to chat live with support but it doesn't work. Don't get this app. There's no way it's 4 stars.

I really liked and enjoyed this app till I started getting missed calls, little to no voicemails even though it says I have one. Then the most important part of my business is sending photos. My customers want updated progress and this app on my phone won't send photos to anyone. No point in using also I paid for this service and there is no way to cancel the subscription.

I don't who in their right mind giving this app 4 and 5 stars because for 1)I don't get no notification for incoming calls nor text and, it doesn't provide the caller the option to leave a voicemail. 2)Customer service is no good simply because on the app they have an option that says you can speak live to Customer service but when u do, they reply you to your email whenever they get to. That's very misleading, that's not live 3)The app evey so often doesn't work, can't make calls nor text

I couldn't even make it past the very first page where you pick out a phone number from a list of them. Every single one I tried clicking on, it would give me an error message, tell me the number was no longer available, and tell me to lock another. So if go back to the list, try another, and it would keep happening over and over again. I tried everything, from closing the app and re-opening, to uninstalling and reinstalling. Still did the same thing. So, I just Uninstalled it.

I'm not a fan of this app. I have been trying to cancel my free trial and pending subscription for days now. When I attempt to do so, I am asked to provide an email. The emails I receive tell me to cancel through Google play store, which I am unable to do. I have tried sending emails and using the chat feature, and all attempts have been unsuccessful. I get random calls all the time, and I have not shared my EasyLine phone number. I'm pretty sure the app and the 4.9 Star rating are a scam.

Dont get this. Bad tech support! I want my money for the last year refunded!!! Ive lost so much money by this app not doing its job. Too many bugs and unreliable. Doesnt notify you of calls or texts so you loose business. To expensive just get google business and get something reliable and you can use on more than one phone. They respond to contact them to help with issues EVERYONE IS EXPERIENCING....how many times with no real help do they expect a person to try that before they move on ??

This app never really worked right for me and I paid for it! The calls are tough to hear. Just woke up to a text of a VM from a potential new client. When I looked closer it was timestamped June 16th, but I just got it this morning June 21! I also had a text. I replied to that text to ask the persons name. They replied and I got a notification. But when I click the notification, it takes me to the text but their response isn't there. Annd now the notification is gone. Waste of time and $!

Absolute garbage! Terrible costomer service. I'm Unable to talk or get a hold of anyone for help. The app has stopped working 3 times in 2 months. Clients can't get a hold of me and I'm literally loosing jobs because of Easyline. STAY AWAY! Update 9/8/22 - Phone line is not working again and I can't get a of costomer service! This makes 4 issues now in the last 3 months! STAY AWAY! Worst experience I've ever had with an APP. This has lost me more clients than I can count!

Delay in audio when talking on line, no notifications of missed calls or voicemails, texts auto-delete when you click the notifications to go into the app and check them. So many problems this caused my business. The final kicker: being told you have to pay $80 to get the info to port out your number to another service provider if you want to leave (illegal per the FCC to force port out fees prior to port out). I wish I hadn't used this app but I'm finally done with it and have moved on.

One star coming from a paying user. This app is awful & I regret choosing it. The free trial is a scam. All it does it secure you a phone number; you do not get to use and test the service for 10 days. The app sends an intro text msg that can't be deleted. The Caller ID shows my own name, not the caller's name (so that's useless). People knew immediately that it wasn't a real number due to something in the call/msg delivery. Bare bones interface. Feels like a free or beta app. Disappointing.

I will adjust the score promptly when warranted in either direction, and will not be unfairly harsh. That said, I made it 2 taps in before the app became useless to me. I was prompted to to search ANY US area code. Unfortunately, every one of them came back as bad. I will note that upon getting the red error msg, the area code examples which appear IN RED (901 and 731) do work, and frankly that's why I am giving 2 stars rather than 1. But since I need a number in my area, it's unuseable.

Does not ever notify me when a message or call comes through. I updated all notification settings, tried everything to get it to let me know when someone is trying to reach me and nothing works. When I open up the app, I see all of the missed calls and texts. But there is no sound, and no notification number next to the apps icon. None of my other apps have problems notifying me for anything. Frustrating because it's very important for my business that I don't miss calls.

Way too many issues. This app logs you out all the time. I miss text messages and phone calls frequently because of this. I send pictures that are received as a link that cannot be opened. IF I received a pic its because it had to be sent again when I opened the app. Just about every feature is frustrating. I gave my rating because the app works, when it wants to but ONLY at a very basic level. Support has NEVER been available to address my concerns.
