User friendly interface, but I am shocked at the amount of times I struggle to log in via the website, app, AND Trading View. Always getting this message "An error occurred while processing your request."

Avoid as you will be hassled to complete your account, which incidentally allows you to deposit funds into even without full verification. The problem here is they allow you to carry out trades but you cannot withdraw your funds, seems flawed. They should not be allowed to let you deposit your funds before the checks are in place, then tell you once you’ve traded that your account bars you from withdrawing. A one-way bus! The point is that I wouldn’t have traded if this was apparent, its quite grey?

As a new comer I had experience a difficulties on a first attempt to login after completed signing up, I couldn't reach on the platform account that I signed on and the App so slow to open, I think these had to be sorted out.

Great app for a beginner, two major negative points. 1 the graphs never load . 2 which is most damming, is by time you have broke even on here you could of made money using mt4 or mt5 . Also why do you start with the whole amount as a deficit . Only people making money on easy markets are the owners. Stand corrected reinstalled it, graphs now loading up Furthermore in the interest of fairness If can consistently make money on here you'll be rich on mt4. Benchmark

1. App shuts down when I try to close multiple deals /trades together by using "Select" option in Positions tab. Please look into it. 2. Often currently open trades disappear from ope positions tab and I have to restart the app to get all trades on the screen again. It's a great app to work on. Just need to fix above bugs. 😊 😊

This broker is such a disappointment. The easytrade function is rarely profitable as the breakeven point is too high. Spreads for daytrading is also quite high, compared to many other brokers. The app is lousy with constant lagging and most of the time requires user to either refresh, restart, or clear background data. There have been many occurances where entry can't be closed due to lagging. easyMarkets? What a joke. It's not easy at all. Should've given them 0 star instead of 1.

my phone is smsung s8+ not to old. but app take ages to open for the first time, and everytime I lock my phone need to loading again to open the app, sometimes error when closing the deal and I missed the profit, default chart setting will be good so we only need to change the chart we like once, on the chart theres no information for our open position,profit/stop loss become confusing to maintance.also adding second click to buy/sell/close the deal sometime I press it accidently and i regret it

It could be a good app but...it takes far too long to open it too often - on trading app sometimes seconds mean a little fortune! Do not even try to tell me my internet speed is an issue - it's not! It is super fast up to 200mb and I open all other apps instantly!

the most skam software ever used. how convinced for the software, when installed and deposit some money, the default trade is futures. after deposit my money, 1 hour later I had 87$ less in my account, because I thought that I place forex order, but it was futures..

I requested them to close my trading account with them, since I do not view them trustworthy any longer, suffered heavy losses and I am suspicious they had a hand in the situation; at most I can say withdrawals are honoured. They can deny about not trading on behalf of clients, but they know behind the scenes they have software which makes it difficult for one to be profitable, they scammed me into losses; they are "simply NOT honest"

When i launched the app, i will get 2 issues, either it will say internet is too slow (impossible as i have 4g as well as fast broadband) or something wromg with the app. The solution is to force close the app and reopen. Please update this app. Speed and consistemcy is key when trading. Appreciate if you could add new features such as price alert

They have a good platform no doubt. But the only dissapointment is that its easy for you to deposit but when it comes to withdrawals, they need you to have so many documents which begs the question, why not ask for the documents during sign up. I had intended to invest more but then again whats the point if i can't withdraw.

Overall love it, customer service is very good, I had a problem and it was sorted in the matter of minutes, apps simple but has all you need packed up in 1 app, I especially like that you can connect your account to trading view and place trades right through the web platform!!! 5 stars for me

I deposited my money to this service last 3months money was debited by this service but money never riched my Dash board of this service upto today I haven't recieved my money hence I followed everything they said I must do the customer support, they say information I provided is not good enough when given them bank statement to prove it was deducted on my bank successfully

Normally it's a 5 star product/app. Highly accurate, easy to use and informative. Couple things I suggest to get it to a 5 star First is a bug, the graph occasionally will not let me change from candle stick to line or any other graph styling for that matter. Restating phone, clear cache did nothing. Second, see if it's at all possible for the application to remember me, so if I switch tabs or apps I don't need to sign back in every time. (Forex sometimes requires us to be a bit faster)

It is not responsive to networks. Of all the apps I am using this is the only one giving me trouble each time I want to log in .
