Very easy to use. For someone that is very indecisive, it's helpful in deciding where i want to eat, there are many options that i can go through to make my decision. I like that everything you need to do, is included in the app. I can make requests for my food and i add the tip to my bill all in one place. This makes for a less akward delivery, they drop off the food and go. You dont have to sign anything in the doorway and you can eat your food as soon as it gets to the destination. I will definitely continue to use this app over and over again.

This app makes it very easy to order food from local restaurants. On average I get my food between 45mins to an hour after I order and they're pretty good at making sure its still warm when it arrives. The negatives are that between delivery charge, tip and "fees" it can add upwards of $10 to your order, and if the driver messes up, sometimes they give you a coupon good for your first purchase only as an apology. overall a great app though.

In the last week or so the app has had a problem making it nearly unusable. When items have required options (type of cheese, dipping sauce, etc) it will throw an error message that you haven't selected these required options even if you have. This means these items are un-orderable. Talking with support was no help. Uninstalling and reinstalling worked a couple times but now doesn't help at all. I just want to order a burger and some jalapeño poppers. 😞

Once my go-to app for ordering food, I have probably used EatStreet for the last time. Lately, I've had issues with food arriving late, cold, and soggy. The final straw has been the We've Missed You offer promising free delivery for a week if I would use the app again. Tried it, food took over an hour to arrive and had to be thrown out. Tried it again and all 72 available restaurants showed a delivery fee. Contacted customer service and they were of no help. Too frustrating to continue to use.

drivers need to verify all items before leaving. I have been missing items the last 2 times I ordered. Update: in response to developer comments. When I have had missing items I have contacted you but only get a refund for the missing item. I don't want a refund. I want the item. That's why I ordered it. I had to pay an extra delivery charge to order somewhere else so my son could eat because it was his item missing the first time.

I don't do reviews, but I feel like I must for this app. This is the worst delivery service app ever. There is zero customer service. No contact number, and the live chat option gets an error. The tracking does not function. It stays stuck on "preparing." You often don't even know who is delivering your order as it just says "courier." And whatever your total cost of your order is, double it! That's how much you'll pay in fees. I'm deleting the app now. There are much better options out there.

This app allows restaurants to enable or disable items that aren't available at the time. This helps because unlike UberEats & DoorDash, one doesn't have to haggle with customer service for a refund (one won't even place an order for the item that's unavailable). While EatStreet has long delivery times, its availability is way better than UberEats. The app's ability to predict delivery time really sucks. My delivery driver has been 1 minute away for the last 10 minutes.

Missed an item on my order, but there was no way to report it. There is not even a way to rate the delivery. Found an email address under the help section. You would think they app would have something a little more convenient. You would also think the driver would have verified the order at pick up and confirmed it and delivery... he set it on my steps. I might as well drive and pick up a to-go order myself.

So far so good! I am impressed with EatStreet. Delivery is very fast and always arrives early. There are way more restaurant options than other apps like this. I love all the free deliveries. I haven't received any orders with mistakes and the deliverers are friendly and professional. Most delivery apps like this are amazing when brand new, then get overloaded and deliver consistently very late. But not EatStreet! I haven't experienced any issues.

Great way to order food. Usually I've had excellent experiences with my orders. Update: Still great and getting better. Only knock on EatStreet is sometimes there's a delivery fee for places that wouldn't charge a fee to deliver. Hopefully some of that goes back to the driver but I'm not quite sure how that works. All I know is it is a lot easier than me trying to call and negotiate an order while looking through a menu. Usually on the phone it takes forever to put in the same order so I see it in part as payment for the experience. Cheers!

I like the app for the most part but there's something wrong, it shows restaurants that are both open and closed with no distinction. You shouldn't have to go into a restaurant to find out if it's open. I also think the food categories in each restaurant profile need to be collapsible. The payment part is put together very nicely though. I like the clear area for delivery notes.

The app has been horrifically slow. Even just trying to add an item to my order takes over 30 seconds. So frustrating!!!!!!! Plus it will occasionally just randomly crash while I'm trying to checkout. I've had to switch to my computer to make sure my order even went through. At this point I just use Uber Eats because it saves so much time.

App has been pretty alright, but I have to delete it. Reason being: 1) no coupon or credit when your order's delivery never gets finished (I had to spend half an hour trying to get at least a refund while I was hangry). 2) when you reorder delivery orders, it defaults to pickup but acts like it's for delivery by asking you for your address. I didn't even get a notification or anything on completion. I check back later and see that it was put on for pick-up. That just ain't right.

ETA: the time it takes the app to load is absurd. It feels like I could walk to and from the grocery store and cook the entire order from scratch before the app loads between opening and each menu item selection. I know it takes money to run eatstreet, but i'm not thrilled about paying the same price as an entree just to use the app. Unfortunate. Have been using it less and less. Have had a perfect experience so far.

I think this company's service is wonderful. Some local restaurants are continuously awful at getting with the program and using this service to it's potential, but eatstreet has always had phenomenal customer service and tried their best to make it right. With that being said, the security is unacceptable. You need to secure your customers debit and credit information better, and continue to work on that. Tech never stops advancing and I simply can not trust this app with my sensitive info

I used to love this app. Until I started having repeated issues. Orders canceled without contacting me, delivery getting delayed minutes before it's arrival time, drivers forgot something but can't look it up and you can't contact them. Customer service hung up on me. The chat function takes forever. Most of the time they just refund you and your left with no food and have to restart all over. The app crashes. Item are more then websites and they charge you a fee. Never using it again.

Definitely one of the best delivery apps out there, especially as far as fees go. But the most recent update has made the app very annoying to use... Much harder to just scroll through restaurants due to random category break downs, and theres a link to apply that takes up like 1/3 of the screen so I can barely see 1 restaurant at a time, and I can't make the alert go away. The app is also running SIGNIFICANTLY slower than before

Edit3: keyboard switches from numpad to alphabet every time you hit a number on the custom tip line Edit: the app keeps asking me to leave a review even though I already left one, so I'll mention that order tracking breaks frequently and the UI is kind of ugly. Also kind of crazy that there are no pictures of the food. Seems like a no-brainer, honestly. Fast and easy but could use some quality of life improvements. More or less the same experience as using the website.

App use to be fine but their support is so useless they just blame the customer for their mistakes and messups. My address is correct in my app and shows correct on the order but somehow it's different on their end causing them to deliver to the wrong location all the time. I asked for a refund and they walk me around in circles for an hour and ask me to walk across the entire complex to look for the order. They say sorry we escalated this and it will be up to 72 hours before someone calls me.

horrible customer service. It would not let me add my card to my account and when I tried to ask live support for help I would only get generic answers like "check with your bank" or "did you make sure you put the card info in correctly". I did all of those things. Nothing was working, but it just kept saying "There was an error adding the card". One of the reps just ended the convo because I was "taking to long" trying to do the thing they asked me to do. It had only be 10 seconds.
