I give five star for this app because I'm working with it daily, I'm also interested with features added just like fuel payment option a suggestion I have on this option is that, there is no adding car or deleting option. It is better to have, because I may need to add or omit the previously added car. Please work on it. Additionally I appreciate the QR code added recently.

Nice payment system. The app is really convenient specially when you are away from the sim card and want to use your account. Anyway nice app. Just a little request: please stop asking us to add car payment method, it's annoying.

I am using Samsung Galaxy A12. This app is not working on my phone. Every time I try to log in, it asks me the activation code, which is filled spontaneously but inactive. I have contacted the CBO branch but they couldn't solve the problem. I don't know if it doesn't work on some devices.

It's a great app! I recommend the service to everyone. Great job. Just one comment, can you show more (if possible all transactions) in the mini statement. Being able to access my financial history would be great for me to manage my transactions. Thank you for reading.

There is annoying pop-up (Car Registration) that appears when ever you open the App. The refresh button is hard to acces, it's on the edge of the screen, so if you've screen protector on your phone, it's not easy to tab that wrong-placed button.

The app was great, but if u choose the online option, you will lose money. no one to ask to also. (ገንዘቡም አይሞላም ግን ይቆርጣል)፡፡ The interface is well done and comfortable to use even for newbie(parents). developers please fix it, Its easy.

It's almost perfect. One drawback I saw was, it doesn't have an option to transfer from Bank to ebirr, Also u can add the option of cash out locations for Ebirr on da app. No pls add utilities payment on ur option. It's Good Keep up da good job!

It is good , but there many things that require improvement. 1. It requires update every week with no visible change 2. It only shows a maximum of 10 recent transaction. 3. It doesn't send sometimes confirmational message when you receive money.

Use to be cool, easy to install and use but now it keeps asking me an OTP sent to my emails ,i don't even remember adding my email and I couldn't get no otp in my emails

The last update that included OTP is such horrible now days I stopped using of this app cause the update please remove the OTP even you couldn't be sent by Gmail

It was very good apk at the first but now it says that OTP has been sent to your email! While no email has been asked so far. Even they didn't fix within a month and has no centre to ask help. It's really annoying apk to be relied on. I'm now outside Ethiopia and can't send to my family anymore.

It is good and easy to use it but in this version (2.7.5) it always asking to enter your phone number like first time using but before this version it was not like that. On the other hand, it only shows mini statement but it is good if you add it to show minimum 3 months transactions like the app of hellocash shows the transactions of around 5 months and above. I hope you will consider this and improve it soon. Thank you for your consideration

Recently you updated the app and added additional features, it says OTP sent to your Email but when I look in to my Email there is nothing sent to it, so guys consider updating this feature.

It sucks constant otp, car something, and there's no unsubscription or delete account setting. If it's easy to install it should be easy to delete.

The recent update made the app completely unusable. How i am supposed to find an otp that is not sent in my mail box. Please remove this anoying method it wont harden security, it will just make your app useless.

The app is good. But needs more work to improve its uses. It should consist of short and brief parts like sender, receiver acct numbers transfer done through and etc.

I like the app. But what's with the "otp sent to email" popup with today's forced update? That just made the app completely unusable. I don't even remember if I was asked to add email let alone know which email the otp is sent to. I looked everywhere but no email from ebirr. Can you please stop these annoying popups?
