Crashes continuously when I try to open the camera to perform a mobile. Edit A few months later and still cannot deposit checks.

This app is great when it decides to work! 75% of the time I can't get into my accounts. I have to delete the app & reinstall it over & over again. So frustrating!!!!

I have been using the app for years, but now I am told with their recent update that it is not compatible with Android....and "it's Androids fault." I can't log in, and it shuts down. It is completely worthless!!!

The app will not let you add bill payees. You have to go to a different app for that. Totally tedious. Their response to my complaint is that they use the same software as the other banks. Apparently the banks are too apathetic to band together and compel the designer to fix this annoying glitch. Certainly, the designer is rolling in so much money that it cannot be bothered to fix this problem. We users do not count.

Does NOT WORK ON ANDROID 14. if you get a current phone this App will not run. Just crashes out before even logging in. Have been asking for months when it's going to be fixed!!!!! I would hate to change banks because an app doesn't work, but I may have to. Time for your technology supplier to get their acct together!
