Should not advertise Goldcars as they are scam. You pay one price in line and they charge you additionally when collecting the car. I.e. I paid the fee for the car rental and they refused to give me the car if I don't pay 74 euro for insurance (not specified when booked).

Used to work great and now it's useless. I have a bonus amouunt to use, which clearly shows on my account, yet support cannot find my account with bookings back to 2015 and cannot provide any help to escalate or to accept emails (as proof of my amount owed which were sent by ebookers). Absolute scam

brilliant App for booking hotels and cars . I'm part of the bonus scheme (5% money back every booking) . I let it build up and get a hotel night for free. the only reason why ebookers AKA EXPEDIA isnt getting 5 stars is that sometimes when i book a hotel and im checking in i notice the room rate when signing is say €96 but i booked it on ebookers costing €110 so you feel ripped off especially when you get %5 back even they are not really giving you anything

So far no better than going online to website & Very disappointed & fed up with them hiking the prices up every time I'm interested in a hotel & ready to book, they put the price right up, they're not getting me that way! I avoid & go somewhere else !

They charged my credit card 4 times with 3 different amounts and 2 of them twice. These prices do not even reflect the flights I bought. The phone number for the support line DOES NOT WORK. They also have you chat to a robot with 4 options that are no help. It's a loop to scam you for your money... Do not trust it!

Best Prices Ever, that's what keeps me coming back, Always my 1st app for hotel search , then always my last place I end up reserving a room. No need to shop any other app. Really. They are Consistently the lowest price. Thank you so r booker's for helping my pocketbook

Can't cancel or change reservations in app or in website. When calling to customer service nobody answers. Basically lost over 300 euros because I my flights are cancelled so I can't go to the hotel I've reserved and due ebookers way of handling things I can't cancel the hotel. Absolute garbage. Will never reserve anything through them.

I certainly do NOT recommend !!!!! Gives incomplete or misleading information and instructions on redeeming airline credit. When you call the given number, the options are not suitable and you waste time trying each, only to find yourself talking to an underpaid stressed out call center worker who can't do anything anyway. Then they wash their hands of you and suggest you contact the airline. I suggest you seriously consider avoiding ebookers!

I use this app for years, always loved it. But for a few days the app crashes immediately once opened. I reinstalled it several times but no improvement. You guys need to check what's going on immediately!!!

Absolutely useless. No support for users who are stranded overseas. Chat doesn't work and there is no email option, only a direction to a phone hotline which puts you on hold for over an hour, on international roaming rates before cutting you off.

Read terms and conditions before you purchase anything you cant physicaly see. Even if you buy a full insurance (full) they still eant to charge you £€800+ in hour card. In case they steal your car so they can charge you the petrol fee! Unless you bring it back in a separate containers. Tried once never again way to go!

The app does not find any of my booked trips, for which I reveived booking confirmations from ebookers and the # itinerary. The virtual assistent also just tells "you have no trips scheduled". Checking my ebookers account, all trips are listed, so it is a problem with the app.

Avoid this service, there are much better and safer like booking com. Made a reservation via ebookers, got to the hotel and suprise... They don't work with ebookers! Ebookers is now refusing to give me back my money, even after sending them a copy of the hotel bill where I paid with cash.. so I paid twice for the same hotel .. Luckly they still had a room available when I arrived..

I am using Ebookers since 4 years, it is reliable page to book holidays, prices are competitive. But recently their way of handling the system has changed. They had helpline number quite efficient. But now you have to get through bot assistant first and it is nearly useless and time consuming. For urgent queries it is annoying. Downside of ebookers is payment system, you book a holiday, if hotel or airline refuses booking some payment goes through, but booking incomplete, return takes 3-4 days.

Booked flights out with additional bag but apparently did not add the same check in luggage on the return and additional 130 euro cost added to the flight that resulted in paying 750 euro for a flight between Ireland and Slovenia.

ebookers trivialized my first holiday plan without anyone's assistance, clearly stating extra services, what are included in each hotel, how much the whole thing costs etc. I can highly recommend this app for first timers.
