This app is a total flop. Needs to be shut down and reviewed before being released for commercial use. Total disgrace. Can't transfer money for simple business transactions. Rubbish

If there is a zero star, i would have given it. This is the most useless app i have ever seen. I started using it today n i don't even want to continue, it looks like some kind of amateurs bank app. Ecobank this is disappointing

It's a bad experience using ecobank app. I couldn't login to my mobile app so I called the customer care line and I was told to visit the branch which I did, I was told to download the Internet banking app which I did and up till now I still couldn't login. Horrible experience

Had this app on my phone initially,but was mistakenly deleted,I have been trying to download for the past two days now, it's just showing pending,not downloading,I don't know what the problem is.

The app doesn't allow change of region from Benin to any other country. Which means, I'm unable to log in and use it since my account is a Ghanaian account 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾. If you're not ready yo put out an app for consumers, just don't!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR HEALTH This is the most annoying and irritating app I have ever used in my life the User interface is soo 2009 the log in process is annoying,the transaction process is worse, the app is so slow there are alot of product designers oit there please this is the worse

Hmm, I don't even know what to say. I was able to put my details but when I try to log in I get a pop up message saying access denied. Meanwhile I get an email saying login was successful. I've therefore resorted to using your website for my transactions because this app is just useless...ecobank kindly work on this issue, it's really frustrating and disappointing, especially from such a highly reputed bank such as yourself.

According to the Self-onboard instruction, a debit card or account number is required to onboard. But I can only find Debit card thereby preventing some of us that do not have debit card to onboard. Kindly allow customers without debit card to use their account number to onboard as stated in the app onboarding instruction.

User experience has reduced drastically. User can't transfer money from forex account to cedis account. Users can't check foreign exchange rate like it used to be. All fx account transaction notifications have been wiped off. The app is no longer easy to use. Features that were easily accessed is now hidden from the customer. As a user, I can't even send money to and from my accounts without knowing my account number ofhead. It now very difficult to acess very basic tasks.

A very confused app. Cannot do anything on it.......the country selection at top right never changes from Benin no matter what you select from the options. Does not allow one to log in using your details. I keep getting notifications on Gmail that I've successfully logged in, but the app boldly in red tells me I'm not allowed to log on and denied access. Na who I offend like this? Ecobank has failed us with this app.
