I installed this device in my basement a couple of days ago, and I am so glad I did. I had installed a radon mitigation system a couple of years ago, and apart from the one time measurement, had been flying blind regarding whether the investment had been worthwhile. I installed this tiny cube within 5 minutes of opening the box, and started getting readings within a couple of hours. I discovered that the radon concentration sometimes even climbs above the acceptable threshold. Super easy to use

Bought this to check several homes within family. Recently purchased a home and decided to check the radon level and was nearly 18. Had mitigation done and it's still averaging 4's.... wanted another device to know if this thing is right and the new device is averaging around 3. A friend of mine has an older radon device and that one has been checked against an expensive unit that an inspector uses. Was within .2 on the readings. 3rd device reads within .5 of ecocube. Seems good.

Earlier in the year I had some radon mitigation after a charcoal test came back a bit high. I bought two Ecoqubes to try to keep a more continuous eye on the basement. About a week ago I wanted to do a little experiment and placed them around 12-18" apart on a desk. I'm currently looking at readings of 2.9 on one device and 1.5 on the other. One of these means I'm fine and the other means I should probably not spend much time in the room. How am I supposed to trust these devices?

worked well for a few years. moved it and tried connecting it to the app and it constantly crashes. I can't get it to work anymore.

Aweful app. If your network is not broadcasted then dont even bother buying the device as you cant install it on the app. And since the decive is just a black plastic cube with no display, its gonna be a huge was of money. I recommend a device with a display on it.

Easy to use and updates levels every hour. Would like to have the option to updste more often Also email alerts dont seem to be an option i can find.

Our device kept disconnecting from the network. The app seems to work reasonably well though. We ended up sending the device back because it could not maintain a connection.

The app is very simple to use and helpful for minitoring radon levels home everyday. The device is also really great. It seems to update radon readings every 10 min. and they are accurate and fast.

Need the ability to add notes on specific dates, visible on the graph. Like, Radon mitigation returned and caulked the cracks. That way it is easier to track the effects when changes are made.

Works pretty good, no issues with connecting or losing connection with WiFi either. Only issue is that the day of the week along the bottom is off/behind by a day. For example it says"Mon Aug 22" when it's actually Tuesday.

Notifications do NOT work. They come through on IOS, but not Android, so this is not a settings problem. Also the requirement to have audio alerts enabled to get app notifications is stupid. That kind of design decision makes me think that Ecosense employees don't even use this device in your own homes.

DO NOT BUY RETURN IF BOUGHT. Absolute garbage app. Multiple phones continue to have issues with the app. It's crashing EVERY TIME during setup. Reinstalled the app, apple, Android all failed. This is completely unacceptable. Why didn't they just include a digital display or RF connected device you can place nearby to see the read outs? Not everything needs an app for this reason. I'll never buy from this company again because of how bad this is.

Simple, but consistent app. Keep me logged in, has all the historic data for several months.

Simple and works well. To be perfect, I'd like a notification option so that I don't have to keep checking the app to see if levels have exceeded my threshold. Better yet would be an email notification, so that I don't have to keep the app downloaded after setup.

worked well for a year and a half and then just stopped working. the app won't connect to my phone and won't connect to my device. I called and emailed customer support and they told me to do everything I had already tried and did not offer a solution. save your money and buy a better product

Excellent product that gives immediate results. Only issue with the app is that many of the names that you enter get cut off on the mobile display.

Constantly freezing and crashing. For a mandatory app of a 200$ device, this is very bad.

Notifications are broken, and there is no way to integrate with Smart Home devices, so the only way to know there is a problem is to check the app on a regular basis. It seems to work well otherwise, so it's very disappointing that Ecosensee is letting the value of the device go to waste.

Works great, but...... I really like the device and this app. The only thing I wish I could do is add a location (room location) that shows up on the graph. Every few days I would move to a new location inside the house, but it gets tough remembering the exact time or day as the weeks go on. Otherwise great product!

Works well enough, but very basic functionality. Really needs to allow room name or description to data and graphs. If I move the device to another room the data carries over unless I delete the device, in which case the data is also deleted. Also not sure why I needed to have location turned on to connect. That was frustrating, especially since I have to manually enter my address anyway.
