App won't allow me to sign up. To authenticate it requires email code and sms code. The sms code is never received so I was able to skip it after I hit resend multiple times. I got to set password and it says passwords don't match even though I know for a fect they do match. I would stay away from the app.

The best app for cloud mining. It's very intuitive and easy to use. In the app you can do the same on the web if you don't have a computer or don't use it the app is the best option. There are many options to buy contracts and recently you can buy portafolios it's incredible. The transactions are safe and secure. I love ECOS cloud mining app.!!

I don't normally write reviews. Judging from the e-mail verification system I would have to say this app needs work. Clicked send for verification, it said "sending..." then a window with this msg "Email verification...Dear sir, an email has been sent to the address you provided during registration to confirm your account." Yet when I went to check both main and spam folder of email there is nothing; not one email for confirming, so there is no way for me to get started! Fix it for more stars!

Haven't been able to access the app in quite awhile, I am guessing been scammed out of everything I spent on this app. Everyone beware!!!

This app is a complete scam I transferred my coins worth 20$ in BTC and they mysteriously vanish On attempt of contacting the staff they are very ignorant Stay away from this app...SCAM!SCAM!

Stay far away scam scam scam. Bought a 799.00 contract. Been three months still haven't hit 10 dollar return. The amount of bitcoin in your wallet changes with the price of bitcoin ex. .008345 in wallet shouldn't drop to .008000 when the price of bitcoin drops. Impossible to hit an amount you can withdraw. Asked for refund told to get fuc*ed. See below response typical of what the "policies" are, this company is a total scam I lose more money than gain each day response from company confirms. U

This people are just using people in Indexes. Don't you dare listen to those notifications and weekly reports. THEY ARE LIES. I had doe. Research on AI and trust that the market was good. And I had invested somewhere else... later to realise that these people I'm down 11% and on the other end of the investment (Another company) it's at 12% and they don't even show you how the investment is been done. THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE! Withdrawals pathetic!

Scam company I invested with them, but after my contract expired, there is nothing no revenue as they promised, and even what I invested didn't get paid for anything just they scammed me stay away guys from this scam company

SCAM Been almost 2 years since I bought a contract and even though the price of BTC has increased I haven't even made half of my initial investment back. The withdrawal is set extremely high to prevent you from getting your bitcoins out. I cannot even exchange cryptocurrencies either.

They turned into a scam site for failing to adjust contracts prior to BTC halfing.. my legal advice said they have broken our contract.. but the support sucks and I can't get my money back.. I've been with ECOS for a few years.. and I never anticipated been treated with such disregard.. If I don't get compensation I'll never use them again! So think twice these guys don't care. So why should I? I'll update TrustPilot also! *Your reply means nothing! I'm not ever buying anything from you again!

No support at all App will not load now on my phone. Has not worked since February 10th. I have contacted support over 20 times and no fix for my numerous problems. Started with not being able to sign in my account. After trying to recover my password it ended up setting up a new account and I was only sent to the new account.

Terrible app don't use. Total scam they list promo code on the Google Play download but yet u cannot use it and the only promocode they give u forces u to spend high $$$ to even keep your reward. Don't suggest to anyone

I haven't been able to access the app or website since 2023. I've tried to access the website on multiple computers. The app has been updated, but still will not let me access my account. Not recommend. Updated Review: 01/19/2024, Still cannot access my account. 4/12/2024, Still cannot access my account. 6/26/24, Still cannot access my account. Can I get my money back?

The app is a bit clunky, and can be downright unusable at times. There seems to be multiple issues when the app does load properly, but most of the time it won't even load for me. I've resorted to using their website to see my info. The mining profitability calculator is... ambitious in its estimates. The estimates it provides are potentially achievable, but I doubt most will meet or exceed it at current mining rates. Please consider updating the calculator with more conservative estimates.
