I've a number of wallets, and this one is unlike any other. First it crashed, had to force stop, which fixed it. It took some getting used to, The fact that it has RVN & DGB, which I eventually succeeded in setting up the wallets and getting them both into the wallet, is a standout plus for the wallet. Adding a browser for defi apps would be useful.

i switched my phone and I can't login because of unrecognized access, and now I have to wait 1 week to access my funds. In other words, they have the ability to block your funds indefinitely if they want to. I am withdrawing my funds as soon as possible and never use this "wallet" ever again

It's always something with this wallet. Every single time I go to use it'd services something is down/broke. They constantly blame xmr since the update but other wallets seem to work fine. I'm so tired of having to reseed a new wallet everytime Edge wallet doesn't work right. Which is every time I do any sort of business on the app.

Had some initial issues with selling but the support team for both Edge and Kobo worked hard to fix it. Thank you. The layout of the app is intuitive and informative.

I selected default currency in setting and when I make new wallets they come out with every currency but the one I selected, also the new GUI is awful please revert to the old style , this is clunky and unreliable I also lost a substantial amount of crypto in an exchange on the app. AVOID unless serious changes are made.

App is very clear that some methods are time consuming than others, credit card over debit card, card versus Pay ID. Patience is a virtue, works well, be mindful of currency and fees though. Tech support are quick to respond, clear, and helpful, respect them as they are the experts and it is their tech baby.

Stop working when you try btc or other wallet ,over 50% storage is empty, no other apps are in ram and pixel 8 pro. Last version of app 4.6.0 nothing help. Waiting for update for Android 15 last beta. I did contact support and heard about not to much memory in phone I had minimum around 50gb always now I swich to bigger and have around 450 gb free and 16 gb of ram for hope will be enough for running edge

Freezes whenever I try to carry out any action. Extremely slow. Literally can't send coins or export private key due to app not responding!!

Still waiting on a refund for a transaction neither edge or its partner can apparently help with. All the bells and whistles in a wallet mean nothing if you can't reliably withdraw funds from it. Customer service is quick to initially respond and slow to actually accomplish anything. Passing the blame between your exchange partner and vice versa also doesn't help a whole lot with getting a customer's money back. I'm sure someone will come along here to quickly save face on this review though.

I finally found the only wallet than got accepted for a specific app. I looked everywhere, tried many wallets but none worked. Until i found this one. I can't appreciate how easy and secure it is to create an account. No email. What i also like is how you can keep everything under your watch and be up to date with any changes made to the cryptocurrencies. I recommend it to everyone needing a nice, secure and convenient wallet

I love this perfect crypto wallet. It is completely off line except for security and authentication. You control your keys and seeds. Be careful and back up often and it goes without saying to keep hard copy backups somewhere safe cause if you're phone dies for some reason and you didn't have your address, key or seed then it's all gone Pete Tong.

The constant crashing is unbearable. Over a one hour period, I attempted to enter my information into the app over 30 times. About 16 of the attempts resulted in the app crashing right at the last step where i had to attach pictures of my driver's license for the verification. Feeling defeated, I finally just gave up. What a complete waist of time out of my life.

Never had an issue with the functionality of its purpose. There was eventually an issue with the app accessing/displaying my account, but they responded and resolved the issue very quickly. I expect things to work, and if issues arrise I expect those issues to be resolved in a timely manner. This group does not disappoint. Thank you.

Promising but with problems. I like the interface and features. But this app always seems to have operating problems on my device. Tried multiple times to connect with services to make purchases. Finally Edge support got things sorted out....then the very next time I use the app, I am disconnected and have to run set up again. Great support but terrible app on my device. Looking elsewhere. Goodbye Edge

The developers didnt notify their users that airbitz was going away and a new wallet needed. Now that im trying to use edge, its super slow & continues to crash anytime i try to send payment. Worthless. * edit * Apparently I missed the email they sent out 8 months ago, and never did see a popup in my other wallet. Their customer service is faster than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. An entire day later & I'm still unable to send $ or do anything since the app crashes continuously when i try. Support suggested waiting until the wallet had loaded - 20 minutes later now and the green bar has yet to move. Not really sure how long its supposed to take? Still highly unsatisfied that we've been forced out of one wallet that worked great and into the "new" one that doesn't allow me to do anything.

Consistent reduction in quality of releases. More and more errors and bugs with each release they attempt to improve UI on. Edge devs, are you aware that plummeting UX is not a solution to a UI that could be improved upon? Incorrect amounts being sent, issues sending period... I've had edge for a long time now, but it's time to uninstall. As a dev, I would be ashamed of this failure of a development team.

I'm impressed by the wallet but more so, the people behind it. The wallet works smoothly, reasonably secure. The 3rd party services can be difficult. Might consume more time than expected. I went several rounds, trying different services but hit dead ends after divulging a lot of information so my original review was not good. Great response from the Edge staff. Very professional. This is what customer service is supposed to look like so this review has turned around. I've also been able to reach the initial goal with one of the other services so I try more functions soon. Someone from Edge might have intervened to help where I last was stuck. That or the issues that were popping up just needed time to process further. I think I found a great wallet that fits my needs well. That's largely because of the team behind it.

Love this wallet! Everything is clear and easy to understand and do. While 100% secure, it is also easy to Update 12.23: I can no longer update the app in the Google Play Store. It just shows the error sign and says, "Could not update." And whenever I press the retry button nothing happens and I cannot manually update either. This is quite concerning, considering that this is the main vessel in which I move my coins.

BSV wallet not completing sync. This app has been great to use, except for one issue with my BSV wallet. It's the only one that never fully completes a sync, and it became a big issue for me yesterday, when I exchanged some BTC for BSV. The exchange was successful, but the BSV never showed up in my wallet, and I'm pretty sure it's because I can't complete the sync. I'd really love to know how to remedy this.

Updated for 2024. This wallet is even worse than it was the last time I reviewed it. I took an update hoping maybe some of the bugs were resolved, such as the desynching issue that has caused me to have assets stuck for years now. Unfortunately the input field to enter my password data is broken. Keyboard just pops up for a second and then field goes out of scope. Not only can I not sync, I can't even export my keys! My advice is to avoid this wallet.
