I ❤️ ❤️ the Money Management feature. It tells me for example, how much I spend on groceries and so on. I love being able to deposit a check by just taking a picture. I love being able to transfer money from my HYSA to my checking. I love the EECU app.

20 + years with EECU wouldn't change for the world. Love the Mobile App super convenient and all transactions go thru instantly no delays . Deposit check is the most amazing feature and so much more just at yiur finger tips. Thank you EECU for your services all these years .

Still Bad! HOW LONG TILL YOU FIX THIS??? DO YOU CARE?? THE LAST VER WORKED BUT NOT THIS ONE, this update not as good as last. I don't like the automatic picture taken when mobile depositing check. I don't understand why they wanted take my option away for me to snap the picture !!! it doesn't not help and even takes longer I think because it didn't wait to be focused. I get tired of people changing things just to say it's been undated. Just because you can change stuff doesn't mean you should

Pretty easy to use. The only reason I didn"t give it 5 stars is because it's a little confusing when I "Transfer" money from my checking account to make a payment on my EECU credit card. To me that's not a transfer. That's making a bille payment. Also, when I check my balance it doesn't seem to be accurate even though the crefit union reps say it's live & immediate.

Love this app. Have had for a LONG time. Can manage accounts (even rename and resort), bill pay, auto transfers, EECU credit card payments, etc. Downgrading from 5 to 4 stars because widget has stopped working for last several weeks. Once it starts working again, will go back to 5 stars.

It's great as far as convenience, not perfect. It does not read the amount accurately. Nor the date. Centering the check with all edges visible lessen the clarity of photo of the check. More than 3 times, I would fight traffic and weather to the bank to physically deposit my check.

Bill Pay takes too long to show up in my account and not show an updated balance for days. Very frustrating that I need to keep an old check register to keep track of what the app should be doing. It should debit funds from my avail balance IMMEDIATELY. No difference in avail/actual balance. THAT only shows the difference between what I opened the acct with and how much is in there now. I can only imagine this helps obtain overdraft fees. Help gives one short answer before making you call EECU.

Depositing a check is a nightmar!! Forget using auto capture, it takes picture too fast. Manual capture is awful as well. You have to keep guessing where to aim to get the picture of the check just right, which happens to be the same as the previous 50+ pics aken!!?? Not being able to click on account activity is a huge negative as well. Can't get any info without calling and talking to a live person. I wish it was easier to deposit checks like it used to be. not broken, don't fix it!!

It does pretty much all I need. I really like depositing checks via cellphone vs. having to go all the way to the bank, especially if I get a check when the bank is closed. The check shows up in my account almost immediately. Also, you can transfer funds from checking to savings or vice versa. This app is incredibly convenient.

After the update I've had no issues. Can access my accounts in a flash! Okay now it's been twice that it has crashed. App sucks I'm unable to use it. This app has never failed me. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and just need to confirm how much i have and can easily check. I love how they merged all my accounts under 1 single user name and password. As for the bank omg I absolutely love this credit union. i used to be with boa and have not looked back!

It works most of the time. I have to keep retaking pictures of the checks often, which is very frustrating. 8/27/2016 - update - it's getting better. Mobile deposit function is much improved. 10/05/2018- update- just keeps better over time. We haven't had any issues. 12/10/19- still works great. Does what it needs to and its rarely down.

Although app is intuitive, I wish it had full features, like being able to see what transfers are coming up. Little things like that would be nice. I wish that the MC portion of the app would show ALL the pending charges. Like this morning it shows "BALANCE " of $571.01 yet it also shows available amount of $88. while my current credit card limit is $1000.00. $571.01 + $88.00 = $659.02 This is $340.99 under the $1000.00 credit card limit. I am unable to find the missing $340.99.

1.) When making transfers, from the app, you are not able to categorize. You have to go to the desktop version. 2.) When payment is in the process of getting paid, processed or delivered, it gets removed! You can't see it. I won't have it on my ledger and then I make a double pymt. Needs a flag or an alert or a grayout to lock that that pymt is about to either post or its pending to clear or that it's taken care of. You got to go out of that screen and go to bill section look the bill up and see when it was last cleared but it doesn't notify me if it's pending, there or not there 3. Ads on app while doing your financies, are annoying.

I downloaded the APP when it became available and it has worked for me every time I needed it. Whether in a foreign country or the middle of the night, it has been there. ******UPDATE****** One of the coolest and greatest new features is the ability to turn debit/credit cards on or off. My credit card had recently become compromised and I noticed an erroneous charge to my card. Turned every card off and waited for customer service to open. Saved me a ton of headaches and money. Awesome!

Good app. My only issue so far is that when I make a mobile check deposit, it shows the entire deposited amount in both the "Current Balance" and "Available Balance", which is confusing, since there is a temporary hold placed on a portion of the funds (which I could only see when I open transaction details). This has led me to accidentally make an overcharge and incur an overdraft fee. It would help if the mobile deposit did not show held funds as part of the Available Balance on the main page.

This app is great with the new update done. But the text notifications regarding activity on the account like a charge at the store or a withdraw does not come in right after the transaction is done. So if I dont notice my card is stolen it will be drained and I won't know until the next day. I hope there will be an update where we are notified immediately when there is activity on the card. Thank you!

Update: App issues still not fixed Takes 10-20 minutes for a deposited check to show up. App is extremely slow, ask you 3-4 annoying pop-up things when trying to deposit a check: look at check, look at the amount, look at check again, do u want to depost...annoying and slow. Everytime login and want to transfer money, transfer screen is blank. I have to login and out several times before the transfer screen will show my account to transfer to/from, and not show a blank screen.
