Currently broken - first time run (and every subsequent run), the app freezes during startup, never getting past the initial splash screen. Reinstalls, cache clears, etc. no effect. - currently running on a Oneplus 7 Pro, Android 11. The app is getting the lowest possible score for quite simply not actually working.

Not bad, but a note to some of you here - you need to choose your country and that is only available when you first install it. For me, I had the app previously and removed it. When I installed it again, I got the option to sign in and Google had remembered my credentials. However, the app hadn't remembered my location - you still have to choose it from the bottom of the page and do it before signing in at the top. That does not make sense - bad UX. The app should not have a default country. Emailed support like suggested by them, no reply.

Uninstal. I've been seeing some ads from obuvki.bg recently and decided to purchase. On the website I got a message that if I get the app, I get some money off. Downloaded the app from the link, found the item and got another in app ad for a different promo code. Got to checkout - promo code doesn't exist, not a clue for the money off, advertised on the website. Bad UX. If special conditions apply for the promo codes, make sure to communicate it clearly.

Romanian version has an error. I have one product in the shopping cart, but I cannot proceed further with the order placement. It give an error.

I started a return on May the 30th... today it's June 17th and still have no update. I can only track the parcel I left on tje local post office which shows up as delivered on the 3rd of June. Deffinetly not even close to an OK experience for an ecomerce.

Crashes every time I try to type a word in the chat form. Does not notify me when I get a reply from the customer service. Can not copy the order number to use it as information in the chat.

I am usually a big screen fan when online shopping, but the had an incentive of an extra discount if the order was placed through the app. And the app wasn't working, huge disappointment. Tried several times and finally gave upp and sent the order through the webpage. I inform them and ask for the price difference and the anser was that the app is now working. Disappointed again by they meek answer.

Lots of nice shoes but terrible application. Sometimes it is not working. Sometimes it is just impossible to check your orders, returns, to register a return, to open your basket. And sometimes, when you are choosing the items, putting in the basket, something happens, that all is deleted! Similar with favorites. When I was complaining, they asked me to renew application! It is the newest version and there is no more of updates!!! Shoping is not a pleasure at all!

Since the last update can't even log into my account which basically makes the app useless. My account works fine on the website. Wouldn't recommend. I tried clearing the app data, unistalling and installing again, changing my password via the website and i still get this error message: "The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later." The worst app experience I ever had.

Login issue was annoying. Somehow now it appears i managed to log in. One annoying fact is that the ad redirect does not work. I see an ad - on any site - normally click it and expect to be sent to the product page. On mobile this does not work, the app opens to the homepage and thats it. I need to search for the product. Also, the functionality to request push/email notifications for product sizes that are just currently out of stock is missing. I just add them to favs and regularly check 😞

disappointed, the app is rather slow at times. looks like it was developed years ago and not properly updated to today's standard. the shop/listing looks and works fine, however I was not able to complete a purchase with PayPal. I attempted it twice and both times it got stuck at the PayPal loading screen. also there's no option of contacting customer service through the app

Not a review of the app, but of the store. Horrible service, convoluted returns/complaints system, and most importantly the descriptions of the products are just plain lies - for example, they state a product is natural leather, and then when it arrives it's fake leather. Edit - I did contact customer support, that's part of the reason for the low rating. That and the fact that you're basically selling fake products.

Horrible app! I'm absolutely unable to add anything to the cart! The app keeps saying "Error adding to the cart, no internet connection", while the internet is working just fine! So I'm unable to buy anything in the shopping app! Please fix this! Also, almost impossible to swipe through the pictures, the slightest movement that is not strictly to the side will close the window you're on.

One of the most annoying first contact with an app. It's lagging a lot, starting with the logging phase and also when you're scrolling the items. Other than that the filters are useless, i've done the exact steps 5 times and i got a different result each time. Women's footwear->the time of footwear->converse->price range. You have to work a lot on the functionalities if you want this to be used. It took me 25 min to find an item that it took me 2 min to find it on the web page.

This app is a joke. I selected the country, logged in and imediately received a message that something went wrong. Tried several times, the same thing. Finally managed to log in, added some shoes in the shopping cart, went to check out and again the error message appeared. Tried to look in the app settings and received error mesaages about not finding the webpage. Seems there are serious problems with this app.

Nice deals but mediocre software. The Favourites is nothing but a pinterest board of Items You Have Ever Saved, missing size & stock information. Even if a price is listed with the item, it doesn't mean it's available. I have saved products that have been out of stock for several seasons and their price still keeps changing for no reason. So you're forced to play a tedious point-and-click game, tapping through saved items one by one to see if they are still available in your size.

Nothing works in that app. If I want to add something in the 🛒 error appears that session expired. I retry on that button but keeps appearing same message. I am logged in but cannot use it actually, only view stuffs. When I perform "advanced" options does not work. It s really useless. Welcome for testing your app. Give me an email I will send you the results. ;)

Promotion telling me to download the app and I'll get 5€ off my first purchase is a COMPLETE LIE. what type of company needs to lie to get downloads on the app?Service is also terrible, tried 3 times with the chat bot to cancel an order and got 3 different answers, one was that my shipping information will be sent to my email. Not what I asked. Cannot cancel order without a representative online which seems criminal when the order will be processed in the morning. Do not give these people money

Not review for app , but the store itself . Footwear are often wrong sizes,and not the same as described.They sell me sneakers with two different sizes ,with same size (Uk10) labelled,one is normal another one is two numbers bigger but labels on sneakers is the same which indicates that they selling defective goods.What is worse they do not have real person as contact but bot ai assistant.I do not recommend store or app.

The app has big issues. Out of 4 orders placed in the app only one was delivered to me, the other 3 got stuck in the system. They take your money, you wait for your order in vain only to learn it was never processed. Then you have to send a lot of emails to ask for your refund. A big waste of my time, I will never ever use this app again.
