The app works well. Unfortunately the ticket QR codes (AH tickets) were just cut off at the top of the screen so they could not be scanned. I had to go to customer services to get a paper ticket.

The Efteling have now stopped distributing paper maps so you are now forced to use this application. Even the largest phone screen area is tiny when compared to the size of the map. - Requires Google Services to be running. - Very Cluttered - The scanning of tickets didn't work. - The GPS didn't work no route planning. Give us back the physical maps

Ate my battery the day we were at the efteling. My battery was drained by 6pm, when I was mostly using this app. Also, I would recommend adding the option of filtering the relevant age range, so we can see what best fits us, and not be overwhelmed with options and information.

Heel goede app, ik had helaas op het zinde van mijn bezoek wel een probleem waar de locatie en oriëntatie onjuist was. Voor de rest super, zelfs de slechts georiënteerd persoon kan zich hier mee peefect in het park oriënteren. Really good app, unfortunately I did have an issue with the location at the end of my visit where it wouldn't show the correct location en orientation. But in general it's amazing. Everyone can move easily throug the park with this app.

as I remember, app was in Dutch. Now in English, follows phone language.....another brilliant idea of a developer, wake up, lots of peeps use English OS, but need the app in native language (so kids can read it too for instance). Put a Language select back in the app and let users decide for themselves!

spent a day there. i had a paoer map vut the app is very practical for looking for places sorted in categories. the only downside is that you can orientate the map . i got confused walking due to the map irientation. thisbis a point of improvement. for the rest, i really recommend thisbhap to improve your experience.

One of the most useful apps I've ever seen! Most of the time, apps like this are bad, slow, or defective, so the bar is pretty low. However, everything in this app just works, and it gives all the information you need!

The app does function very wepp, but the queue times were incorrect, the difference being sometimes more than 10 minutes

App does not activate my camera to scan tickets, no matter what i do, reinstall, doublecheking rights etc

Nice especially for waiting times, but the map and navigation need improvement. Zooming out and in is a challenge. It would be good to know exactly where you are on the map for instance, maybe with a marker. At the moment it seems to just give you a general area position. I saw many people with the app open still needing to look at the physical map in the park.

Fantastic app, made it really easy to find our way around, collect photos and see show times. Gives you a live marker on the map showing exactly where you are and live queue times.

Excellent app! It worked really well throughout the park and helped us to plan our time at Efteling. We were able to make decisions about which rides to go to next based on the queue times and busy periods graphs, we also used the excellent map and navigation system throughout the day. Best theme park app ever!!

Super helpful and useful app - for adults. Quite a fun for kids. Definately recommend if you are in Efteling (and you won't create garbage)
