Honestly as expected, not working and the service is totally bad. A whole government is incapable to create one working app, such a let down!

This app is good for nothing. I do regret wasting time downloading and checking it. It doesn't even support with locating the nearest branch. I wonder why it's up here!!!

Horrible.. Just horrible.. In this era the egyptpost has no functioning website (which is. Org and not even. Com).. And an app that has no function (server errors), back in the stone age you should be... Shame shame

The app is not capable to connect to the internet, still giving a sign there is no internet connection despite the other apps are working normally

The application is very bad, the capabilities are weak, more than an hour to register an account Wait for the best, I will vote with 4 stars for support

This app is trash; Bad servers, bad quality images, bad user interface, bad experience and needs to save tracking numbers.

The app is absolutely useless. It doesn't help at all in regards to checking the account status online. It's by all means as stupid as your site is.

Registration is so difficult for good level PC user . What about others!!! I couldn't complete it.

2 stars not one because it was working good about two years ago Now it deserves no any stars I think the app itself is OK but there are no current support for it Better they remove it from the store and inform users to uninstall it because it no longer active

Tried to register account on the website like 20 times but there is problem after problem. Now trying to sign up on this app but if keeps telling me "you don't have internet connection" I am started to think they don't want people to register

I couldn't register after filling the registration form and pressed register... it does nothing and no error messages are shown Also I dunnu what are the service that this app provides. If I want to send money to someone using his national id and he receives it in the nearest Egypt Post branch. Does this app has this feature?

The application is not user friendly ( the website is not user friendly either on the mobile, it is more easier on pc or laptop but not that friendly also, the website and application need to be improved). Simply I cannot sign up from mobile app or website. The app don't show the price calculated I need to open it from website from the pc

I am not exaggerating to say that this is definitely my worst experience with an android APP in my whole life. This is extremely frustrating and dissapointing indeed. I really wonder what is the point of developing, funding and advertising for it when we as users/potential customers are not even able to register their accounts or to even communicate our horrible experiences to you. Adding to this trauma is the network failure when I trie filing a complain for such a fatal and critical issue…!
