Very bad experience. No security for our money. Anyone one can loot money even without an OTP generated. Will not give any genuine answer if you complaint. One of the wrorst bank in UAE.

Terrible app. The account balance shows different from the SMS msg, creating confusion. I'm not sure how this has gone live.

I tranafered 3 payments from my enbd app to islamic credit card. Asper i checking balance showing differwnt amount and one i open card details showing corret balance. I don't understand what happend? I needs to pay one payment. Payment alredy in card last transaction message also showing correct balance. Once open bank app showing different amount. Can i get any customer care chat option?

App is too slow to show recent transactions update. Many user friendly options missing, which were available in previous version. The developing team got skills which is not useful for the users.

Too many issues with this EI + app. - The cc data and the outstanding amount shown in app is not correct most of the times. - Previous cards (cancelled) also keep showing creating confusion. - Remaining Credit limit of the Credit cards (in particular Supplementary cards - Zero effective support from IT team to resolve issues.

daily limit and withdrawal settings is no longer showing on the app for credit card. it used to show up in previous versions.

Application is very slow... once you login it keeps on scrolling for several minutes to open the application properly! Developer need to be updated!

Useless and downgraded, the old app was excellent enough. Im pretty sure this is because specific departments in the bank want to keep their jobs relevant. Now i have to learn the entire interface and waste time.

I am not able to reddem my points. For the last two weeks I have been calling the call center, sending emails with screenshot of the error, sending it through whatsapp and no proper solution or help. I was thinking about moving banks to EIB. Thank God I waited before doing that. Technical support is really slow.

I am not at all happy with the version of app EI+... Option to send messages to the bank missing after 2.0 upgrade.. Another issue is that I have two types of credit cards, and when recharging NOL card, the wrong card will always be selected, and I lost cashback for 5 or 7 payments... There is no option for refund of wrong payment, no option to set specific card for default payment, and no option to get a prompt to select the card before any payments from the app. It was there in old version

very very worst comparing to the earlier software. too slow to opening in any emergency situation and most of the options not helpful and important options are not included like credit card transaction limit settings, and if it done from online no reset option available, all debit &credit transactions are showing all together as line items transactions and too confusing. after getting these much negative reviews and disappoints from customers why not taking helpful updates to solve these issues

I am overseas and few weeks ago I successfully registered with the new EI+ app. Fast forward, I just tried to log in and it wouldn't let me log in and the prompt on the screen says that either I am putting the incorrect log in details or I am not allowed to log in. I have tried both, using it through the EI+ app on my phone and tried using my desk top to log in and neither one of them works. I have to pay my bills from overseas and this is causing much inconvenience. I miss the older version.

Frustrating, smart token is very dump. It takes 20+ tries to go through once! It's faster to go to the branch instead of using the mobile app. EI bank, you need to seriously to replace this app

It's so frustrating, my valid kyc was described as expired, the4 I cannot do anything until its update, BUT this a newly created bank account with valid emirates ID and passport, I called customer service amd it was a huge waste of time and balance in my phone because they never answered

I received a new RTA credit card that promised 0% interest and 0% processing fee for quick cash advances,up to 80% of the card limit, as confirmed by the salesperson and also mentioned in the message I received.However, after receiving the card,I called customer service to request a quick cash and was informed that there would be a 1.5% interest charge, despite being initially told it would be 0% interest.This inconsistency is unacceptable and feels like a dishonest practice towards the customer

I am not able to do any transaction on the new version of the application as it never allows me to activate my smartpass. Whenever I click Activate Now, and click verify on the email sent to me, it says that I am verified but when it routes me back to the app, I had to relog in and the verification is never reflected. I had try a lot of times but to no avail. Very inconvenient, time consuming and frustrating.

Don't recommend anyone deal with this bank. The app doesn't allow login using proper credentials that have been used for too long. Now I can't pay for the credit card. Your call center takes ages to get hold of anyone. Do not update your app if you change the way people can login. Even recovering anything is super annoying.

Contacting the customer service is a pain, almost impossible. No way to raise a request in the app other than the options provided. Very difficult to activate or deactivate any feature and always tell to call. I didn't even know how direct debit feature is activated and neither did I know such a feature. Just terrible.

After last update, always getting "smart pass token invalid or expired", when using thumbprint. It works after 2 or 3 times of retry! Despite several updates, still NO option for credit card limits setup. No option to set daily or montly limits on credit cards, and NO option to redeem credit cards rewards using the mobile app, EVEN WITH THE NEW EI+, EVEN BOTH ACCOUNT AND CREDIT CARD BALANCE DOESNT GET AUTOMATICALLY REFRESHED!
