Works great for me and my Galaxy S7. What happened to the security feature under settings that used your Geo location to match that against where the card is being used? Also my phone reports to me the apps that crash or close unexpectedly and this app does it every time its opened and closed but always ends up working fine once opened again.

Overall a semi functional application. However, the app often crashes for no apparent reason. Even upon closing the app, it gives a system error message saying that the app has stopped working. The app has room for improvement, both in intuition and fluently pleasing movement, but overall It is a good placeholder while a better version Is constructed.

App used to be very good but for months now it's become something that can't be trusted. It NEVER remembers my device, NEVER loads smoothly, NEVER lets me into my account even after many tries. Then suddenly, for some reason known only to itself, it decides to work. I can't count on this app working correctly at all. I had stopped using Elan'S CC because of the app. A couple of months ago I decided to try it again. It's become so bad I will pay the CC off and get rid of it.

If you save more than 1 payment source it only shows the account number for that source. You cannot name each source so if you don't remember the bank account number you are paying the card from then you better figure it out. Once you select to pay that payment no longer shows the source bank you paid from...so if you made a mistake you have to call, cancel or roll the dice. Overall it's just not a good app. Some menus are not intuitive. Even the purchase alert system is janky..but works.

Constantly not working. Which is a huge inconvenience and messes with the credit score when you cant pay your bill on time due to the app NOT. WORKING...... (update for 22) the app still isn't the best. Its constantly showing incorrect numbers. My minimum payment was way more than what the app showed and as a result I got charged a late fee for only paying "partial" of the minimum. I called and they told me my minimum was at least 40 dollars more than what my app was showing me.

Very basic app, like a throwback with technology. Only use for payments, statements, and transactions. No rewards tab and No monthly FICO score tab to check. Sucks especially if you offer it. Also, the constant security questions verification is annoying. I dont mind when registering my phone but everytime I login and make a payment is ridiculous. Please update this application as well as desktop for easier use and appearance.

Eh. The interface is easy to use and looks nice & clean. Simple commands make for a smoother user experience. Good app, works as expected for a bank account app. But recently have had to uninstall the app, just to reinstall it again, in order for it to work. That's bothersome and I've called and asked if they're doing maintenance at that moment on the app, which is fine, but my user experience has gown down. Because then the company is always doing "maintenance" these past few weeks.

I preferred the old version of the app. Like other users, the app no longer remembers my device, even if I toggle the switch at the password page. Logging in is a 3-step process every time now. My phone (Pixel 4XL) does not have a fingerprint reader, so I can't speak to that, but I wish the app incorporated face recognition like my other credit card app. I thought the old app layout in general was more user friendly - now the account summary page looks like a bad mobile version of the website.

This is the worst app. It never saved any login info and always made me answer a security question every single time I logged in. Of course, that was when I could still log in! Now the login screen won't even load. Absolutely terrible. The performance (or lack thereof) of this app may actually make me cancel the credit card. Please, spend a little money and hire someone who knows how to set up apps!!

This app has worked well for me until recently. I have been getting crash reports that this app has stopped working on my Galaxy S7. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it. We'll see if the crash reports stop. Update: Uninstalling and reinstalling this app did not stop the relentless crashing. I just checked the system log on my phone, and this app has crashed 113 times since 11/17/18. I receive the message: "This app has stopped working," 3-5× a day, regardless of recent activity or none.

Card app is intentionally made to create difficulties for the end user. Specifically the login act is oftentimes disrupted. you can store your password and login relatively easily. But randomly you will be asked to re-enter your information. If you don't remember this information you have to look it up via their service. Which is very painful. also the amount of times to attempt to log in is sometimes one or two. This also causes your account to be locked and you will need to unlock it.

Just plain hinky. Continual problems trying to get it to open. It regularly says it has some sort of problem. Makes it really frustratingly difficult to stay current paying the bill. To avoid paying interest, I don't want to wait for a paper bill and then have to mail a check. This is the most difficult financial app of any that I use, but of course you cannot choose a different one to use with your card! Will definitely affect my decision about replacing this card with a different company's.

I have tried at least 10 times to redeem my points to no avail. Go to rewards and a never ending start loop (rotating circle) begins and never ends. Finally went to website and was able to redeem my points. Didn't bother with tech support because the APP is the problem. Going to uninstall because other problems (various other errors) also exist!!!! Website works pretty good.

Latest version (Dec 1,2020) does not work with blue-light filter overlay on phone. Prev version worked fine with my blue-light filter (cf.lumen). Took me a while to figure out, was forced to upgrade app, & when I did, I could log in, but no hot links worked at all when pressed. Cleared memory, re-installed, etc, but still didn't work til I disabled filter. Other apps have given error mssg when this happens (Google pay won't work without disabling blue filter). Pls fix to allow filter again! Thx

I have never been more disappointed with your company. My app used to be very user friendly, managing payments and seeing my pending transactions was quick and easy. Now it's very difficult to navigate, slow to load, and looks like a horrible port of your desktop version. I absolutely hate it, and I certainly hope you change it back, and not keep the changes your app department team made to sooth their OCD. It really looks like your financial institutitution threw up in my credit card app.

The app used to work okay and had a very clean, simple layout listing all the information you need at a glance. However after a recent update, now the layout now looks more "trendy" or updated but I have to hunt for the info I need, as it's no longer all listed without clicking drop downs and multiple font sizes compete for attention. Also, it fails to ever remember my phone, despite always clicking "remember this device" so I have to answer security questions for every log in.

I understand security but when I'm using my fingerprint to get in I shouldn't have to answer a question that I never seem to remember the answer to. This is the only financial app that gives me headaches. The best one is Discover and the nice part about theirs it always notifies you of purchases so you know if your card's being used fraudulently. About every third time I have to change my password and change all my answers and it's just stupidity. How about sending a one-time code.

Very basic app. Seems to work smoother for me now. My biggest complaint is that there is no option for app notifications instead of text messages or emails for alerts. This is the only credit card app that is this backward. Everyone else has added this option over the last decade but not Elan.

I just got a new credit card recently that uses this app to manage what I spend, I've only manage to log on to this app ONCE, I tried the website, same issue, currenly there's been an ongoing issue with "technical difficulties" that have not been fixed yet that prevent me from using the app, I can't log in at all, and oddly enough it's been over a week and the issue still hasn't been fixed. I would not recommend this app and would suggest looking for another credit card.

It works once I actually sign in and that's the only reason it gets 3 stars. It's been months now and I STILL can't sign in with my fingerprint. I get the same error message before having to use my ID, password, and security questions. It takes excess time and is extremely frustrating because at this point they may as well eliminate biometric sign in. Maybe someday they'll actually bother to fix this. At least the app functions once I get past the login.
