Suddenly invested with ads, I've been faithfuly adding photos, information and reviews of charging stations in the app, basically adding value to the app, for the last 2 years, now I get rewarded for my work by ads.

In Italy, I started 3 times and stopped 10 second after by using badge at 3 different referenced charger points. Very disappointed, with Ionity, it works better! And no answer for helping!

Search function doesn't work internationally. This is very bad. Although it works on iPhone, the Android app does not find any international cities. (powered by Google! Lol,! What a. Joke)

Update: Clearing app cache/data fixed it. Still not the best experience. App is broken. Google login always says "something went wrong" and my correct username and password never work.

These charger-network apps are absolutely terrible. I spent 15 minutes not eating dinner with my wife because this app and the other "approved" apps won't activate two different charging stations that I drove to because your app said they worked. PUT. A. PAYMENT. TERMINAL. ON. THE. PUMP. You do it for petrol but somehow this eludes you.

Buggy unreliable app... Upon first install and opening of the app, it shows (JSON? like) code fragments on its pages (on what seems an "available time of charger" field). It should not show that, that's bad quality programming.

Hi As a reviewer pointed out the Android app DOES NOT WORK. I have just put on 50 euro credit!!! All stations are marked 'not available' It is NOT a filters problem it's the same with all filters off. I can't understand how I could switch on a charger using the map

I like the app but would prefer to see color indication( or more information) if the charger can be activated with the app, electropass or i need to install a 3rd party app. I wasted so much time to install and register into 3rd party apps.

Customer support is non-existent! I was wrongly charged 46€ when I was charging in a free station (said it was free in the station and I later charged using another app and confirmed that it was free). However, Electromaps charged me 46€. I sent an email to their customer support about 1 month ago asking for a refund (Case: 00625902) and received no answer...

Doesn't update real time charger use. Sometimes shows chargers in use as vacant or vacant chargers as occupied. More serious issue is regularly unable to stop the charge / disconnect the cable without using the emergency stop button on the charger box. Also extremely expensive- using this app only as a fallback.

Every time I try to get information, it doesn't load and gives the "Something went wrong" prompt. Edit: I get the error in the main screen, when selecting any charging station around me. I just sent a screenshot to your support email. Thanks.

i tried to use token to charge at the charging station in Wijnegem Belgium : CenEnergy The charging station beeped when holding the batch, but turned on red light indicating failure. In the app Electromaps charging history a session was started . Since the charging failed to start, i tried to scan a second time to stop the session instead a second session was started while the first was still running. The red STOP CHARGING button does not work No possibility to stop the session in the app.

I've found that paying via this app is 10 to 17 cents per each kw/h higher at every charging station, compared to the price of the provider. Even saw 70 cents starting prices, 2 times higher than I've ever seen. A real rip-off. Might be a useful app to find chargers, however there are many apps that will do that and all of them are offering much much better pricing.

Very disappointing.. the app will continuously loose the authentication, forcing you to log back in, except that the login process itself is broken if you use ie. Google accounts, and you need to clean the app data for it to work again. The app itself is also pretty much garbage, it breaks while loading info all the time. Thse issues are not new, and despite reports for a long time the owners did nothing to address the situation.

App seems to be the only one that actually works for foreign nationals to charge in Spain & covers main rapid charger providers, so it is very useful. Not all rapids work with it, presumably because provider has not built the capability into some older chargers, but there is a map filter that is *supposed* to show only chargers that work with an app. 2 stars dropped due to: 1. Filters not working on app (do work on web page). 2. Hard to navigate around the app 3. Can never stop charge via app.

Ok to use, but does not remember the last location you were looking at. Demands location info to be able to charge, making it impossible to charge remotely (e.g. friend borrows your car). PLEASE remove requirement for location to charge, replace it with a warning like in other apps. Needs better identification of operator on charging station info and whether other payment types (e.g. contactless) accepted

The stability of this app is absolutely awful. It crashes non-stop. It crashes when panning around the map checking stations on remote locations. It crashes when trying to load charging station details. It crashes often on its own as well if left alone. It crashes also on login too when you tey to use google accounts after a few days of inactivity (and you need to wipe the app data for it to work again). It's a true piece of art on how to make an android app crash.

You have to put money in a wallet (at least €20) before you can use this app. No indication of what plug you will activate. Of course I activated the wrong plug and had to move my car. In the mean time the activation had timed out, but the plug was locked. It would not reactivate until after ten minutes! Worst of all, every time you press activate, you get a pop-up advert with a timer for 4 seconds which you have to wait for. And I won't even mention the atrocious registration process.
