Seamless experience so far. Payments are received in minutes no matter the amount. ✅ No hidden charges. ✅ No minimum deposit / withdrawals. ✅ Support has also been very smooth and fast. ✅ Memory management optimization may be required because app closes in the background quite often but may simply be a memory issue on my phone. Edit: Lots of people complain about documentation delays, it's them being strict and preventing abuse. Also, received cash just after publishing review. Its <7 minutes ❤

Worst app ever I used, don't use this app they will make you mad asking for tons of documents and proof's for every single transactions and reverse your transaction. When you complete all those documents they again ask for more documentation and reverse your payment again. They will make your life hell and still don't release your payment asking for documents although you already submitted your documents they will again ask for something else. So please don't use it. They make me mentally ill

Despite submitting all the required documents, my account was not approved by their team. I urgently needed to receive a payment, so I contacted their support team via email. Unfortunately, I received no response, which was quite disappointing. It's perplexing how this service has received a 5-star rating from other users.

If you are looking to purchase anything online without local taxes then it is best. One main issue, if you transfer money from PayPal to Elevate, it will take a month to arrive. Happened with me twice.

It is good but has some important features missing, like how can we send a payment request to our client for them to pay via their credit/debit cards. Secondly, we can transfer funds to UAE, UK, Europe, China and other countries except few. I recently have got issues with Biometric as well, my device has biometric but application is not detecting and enabling biometric sign-in

Working great for me, but will suggest some improvements on the UI of the app and add some more non-functional features. Also a physical debit card can make it standout more.

Previously I added my review as worst app because I faced lot of difficulties in account opening procedure, even I tried my info so many times but after facing much difficulties and Patience I finally got my account approved. After using it from three months now I would like to add that I didn't faced any issue in the app, I am able to receive funds in my account and I can freely transfer my funds from my ElevatePay account to Pakistan. So I am quite satisfied with the app.

Both the customer support and the onboarding team are super bad at their job. The app has bugs even at onboarding. Now for the onboarding team. What a bunch of jokers. I uploaded my signed contract, SS of the email which showed I received the contract, National Identity card, SS of receving funds from employer in Payoneer, Bank statement showing name and address, My linkedIn SS, The company's LinkedIn SS, bank statement that showed my address. They are still asking more proof. Shittiest app!

Their main intention is to collect and sell your important personal information in the near future. Additionally, your personal information could easily be accessed by hackers. Elevate made payment acceptance process for our company 1000% faster than other freelancer platforms. I really like to see some more improvements like USD card issuances for Pakistani members, a web based dashboard to see all the transactions and manage more effectively. On top of everything there must be an option to invoice anyone for payment through ACH or MasterCards etc. That would be game changer for Elevate.

Very disappointed me ! I don't recommend anyone to download and create account. I know it's not for everyone. but i am a freelancer 🤬 is very problematic way to create account not esy like payoneer or any other international payment gateway. Cause I have a faced problem. Everything was fine then why reject? Everything was approved. Only identity verification was ongoing. Then comes the rejection mail

I'm extremely disappointed with this app! They rejected my account without providing any explanation or reason. When I reached out to their support team via email, they claimed they couldn't disclose the exact reason for the rejection. It seems like they're only interested in saving fees charged by Payoneer or other platforms, but they fail to provide adequate security for users' funds. Absolutely love this app. I used to use Payoneer before this app, and it was a horrible experience for me. Late transfers, excessive transaction fees, false currency conversion rates etc. etc. Someone recommended this app to me and I'm thankful that they did. Keep up the great work.

They don't issue virtual debit cards anymore. I'm on the waitlist for almost 1 month. And every time I email on support mail, they just say 1 thing that it's turned off for now, we will let you know that when the card issuance stars again. Without a card, we can't even do the transactions from marketplaces. Overall, very bad experience.

Lowest fees, best conversion rates. The most reliable and efficient solution for freelancers and contractors. I send my income from deel to elevate and withdraw which saves me quite a few bucks. The only feature I miss is getting paid through credit/debit card. If they come up with generate payment link and card payment features, there won't be anything better.

The UI is clean and beautiful, and the elevate card is working great. This is an awesome feature but You need to improve the conversation rate, which is less than wise, and you also need to improve the request for payment option because there is no option for the client to pay us without having an elevated account. Add option of request for payment option just like wise and payoneer so that the client can easily pay through thier credit card or paypal.
