Be *extremely* cautious with this service. They will collect far more information about you than most are comfortable with. That includes anything you write or say within the app. This data is not anonymous, meaning they can literally see and sell your unique personal information. They will also sell your data to *anyone* willing to buy! Don't be naive in thinking you can opt out of all these things either. It's to the point where I actually think this service is a means to an end—your data.

This is what is supposed to be "THE BEST" this is a MAJOR let down. EXTREMELY difficult ui to navigate. and there is many voices to choose from. I'm just not getting the hype.... There are many easier to use, and they are FREE! NOT worth it!

I was using it for the first time and it said that I was trying to use alt accounts to get free, but it didn't even let me try the demo. So for what good reason are you going to even let me do anything if I buy the subscription, such a scummy way to try and make me subscribe. I've seen better alternatives out there that are not even expensive as this or more or less they are free. 1 star deserving!!

Of course its a great tool for when you want to be a creator, especially faceless. But you should really put on the ability to put in subscription via the app. it makes it terrible to use in my opinion and its inconsistent, I dont want to wait a whole month for my credit to reset and for my audience to wait mindlessly for something that catches the eye. I really want to support you guys but im not putting my debit card on your websites.

I can't even use it. I got Falsely detected for "abusing the free tier" as this is false the only reason WHY I got this since I had to log in several times in different accounts, when I used the website version it kept asking me to Log in or sign in, then just today when I was gonna be preparing making videos I randomly got a pop up saying I got detected for "abusing". Please just, fix this. edit: forgot to mention, you are ASKED to pay to not get the abuse detector to work.

The speed meter doesn’t work on Android. Adjusting between full speed and slower speeds produces the same result. It works fine on PC, but on Android it seems unresponsive. Please look into this.

I like how realistic the voices are. And the variety of characters are fun to try out! I love ElevenLabs! I make videos and they are indispensable to me! I totally recommend ElevenLabs for all your voice over needs. Or just experiment, try reading out a favourite poem, or speak the Declaration of Independence! Do you have a dream maybe! Speak it out, record it and share it! These voices are worth talking about! 👍🏻

This app is an utter waste. I'd rate it zero if I could. I tried so many times, but the free version doesn't work. It makes up some nonsense excuse that an unusual activity was detected and says I need to switch to the paid version to be able to use it. The free credits are just for show. How can I pay for something when I'm not allowed to know how it works? Scam!

When I downloaded this app it told me to enter my date of birth so I entered that in. Then when I entered it, it was just a black square with a ok option in the right corner. So I pressed it but absolutely nothing happend and i did it on the web version but it didn't allow me to make a text to speech. i don't know if its better on the desktop version but I wouldn't use this app version...

On free tier, voice decrease to extremely low decibels after a few minutes of reading text aloud, as if it's going to fade completely. Stays at that level for a while before suddenly returning to the previous level. Guess they don't want us using the app to read aloud for too long without paying.

I was using free 10,000 credits for 2 months and suddenly 'error no app check token was provided in the app, please update the app' is coming again and again. there's no issue with my phone or update it's just you guys blocking my ip I guess. Now switching to another app, hope you guys get a long way with paid subscriptions. best of luck eleven labs.

generated a voice, got charged but the voice didn't play when i was selecting the options. refreshed and was deleted. not showing up on my history but ny credits are gone. Trying to navigate support. the website has about 50 links on each page, trying to direct you to social media etc. they want all this information for a support ticket but the website is a nightmare to navigate. been looking through for an hour. the ai chatbot helper is bugged out

The bad review is mainly due to the extremely high prices and the customer service. I cancelled my subscription after a couple of days of use. A month later, I was charged. I didn't have money on that particular account, which is why I didn't go through. After writing an email, I was assured that everything was cancelled and a mistake on their part. This has happened now 4 times! I keep writing, keep getting assured my subscription has been cancelled, and I keep getting charged!

Extremely expensive for no good reason. The speech generation is okay, but it costs way too much for simple text to speech. I can't even get much done. It takes an entire month for free credits to come back. You can ONLY SAVE 3 VOICES. This is just ridiculous. Edit: Now I'm getting blocked for "unusual activity", and it's demanding me to buy the paid version. Yeah, no. Dumping this app.
