I've been using eMag for most of my online shopping for more than 10 years. Even though the prices aren't the best, at least the quality of the services were good. But not anymore. The support is garbage, they gave up phone support for a chat one that doesn't really work. Vouchers that are available only on the mobine app (just, why?), making the app hard to order with shipping instead of EasyBox. Sadly, I've updated the reviews from 5 stars to 2, to better reflect the current state

I used to like it a lot but it became pretty buggy. I often have issues with payment orders not being processed properly and I need to redo them. The most recent issue: I can't add a discount voucher to the basket. It gives an error saying the amount is not big enough (but it is!). Support is just awful, it's impossible to communicate the issue to someone.

The app is good, but recently I am very annoyed by the promoted items. Whenever you want only some items to be shown, to restrict your search and make it more relevant and easy for a user, there are promoted items that have nothing to do with searched items. This annoying fact defies the scope of restricting the search in order for the user to find things easier. For example, if I am looking for woman sandals, 36, white, the search triggers a list with promoted items that are for size 40, red

It's a necessary evil. The prices aren't the best, they opt for showing ads on google on the first page but if you look some more you'll most probably find the same products for less elsewhere, then you have the notifications which can buzz you even 3 or 4 times a day for stuff you don't need. But on the other hand it's a very ellaborated portal, it provides almost everything you want and it really helps having the easybox experience.

It's pretty easy to navigate the app. What I find extremely annoying is that the app doesn't allow to select specific items that you want to buy, from the cart. For example, I put in the cart what I'm interested in. If I want to immediately buy 2 items from the cart, i have to first remove all the other ones. Or go on each individual item and first add it to Favorites, to save it, then delete it from the cart. I also don't like that they save my card detaisl for future payments

App is incredibly easy to use. The only minor thing missing for me, as an expat, is a possibility to auto-translate description/reviews to English, or, at the very least, an option to copy text from description of items in order to translate it outside of emag app. The only workaround for the moment is to open the item in the browser and use the auto-translate feature. But again, other than that, the app is perfect and allows for amazing flexibility in everything, including payment options!

You keep pushing the app with discounts. Great, but... The filters are not like the ones from browser and annoying to use. The paying page is a bit confusing. My reason for not installing this app, is that I can't open more tabs. Since I do most of my shopping online it's very annoying to keep going back and fort to one page, since sometimes I have 30 or more different products that I'm looking at. When you can implement an option to open multiple products then I will install it.

LE: Fixed now. Can't select "Easybox pickup" as a delivery method. The app is pretty ok but missing this delivery option. I couldn't even do it from the desktop interface..

One star because you have removed seller ratings. And because you no longer allow users reviews to say at what price they have purchased the item. This way you allow inept sellers to set whatecer price they want, for items they never send. Will change after you add it back.

Easy to use and easy to shop. Intuitive UI that is quick and responsive. Seemingless experience shopping where if you have your cards and details saved you can finalise the payment and shipping details with 2 clicks and it's done, wait for it and it comes sometimes even the next day at your door. Gg eMag!

Using the app with a VPN active is a pain. I get disconnected randomly and sent back to the browser page that checks that I am human which sometimes does not want to work properly. If I got through that already, why the need to do it again? Update: If I have unchecked the Google tracking option, why do I see ads in other applications of items I was looking in the application? This is anti consumer practice, counter to the GDPR.

If I switch to other app, emag app it's not put in background, it just disappears. If I reopen it quickly, it still keeps the last page. But if I reopen after 1min or later, I have to start from beginning. This is not funny when I have to make payments and jump to online banking app and after payment approval I have to go back to original page where I started the payment but that page is lost because of this odd behaviour.

Emag gives false promotions. I fulfilled the requirements for applying 20% on my purchases: had products delivered by emag, from dermato category and passed the min.threshold by 40%. And surprise! The code cannot be applied on my order. It happens 8 out of 10 times whenever I tried to use any of your promotional codes. You are a joke! You don't care about your customers.

I have waited for my order6 days, the order was supposed to be delivered on2nd, on 3rd I have received an message saying that the product will be delivered on 4th. I have contacted the customer service and they have contacted the shipping company. The package was delivered on 3rd. However, the product's box was opened. I have contacted the customer support and they said that i can return the product and wait for a refund. This company deserves 0 starts. They sell unsealed products at full prices

The app is mostly good (with a few flaws), but the chat support is just awful. As long as you don't have any questions, or need help with an existing order, you're fine. If you actually need to talk to someone, get ready to spend at least 15 mins with the robot trying to figure out what could you possibly select to be transferred to an actual person. In my experience I managed to get to talk to someone for roughly 1 every 3 issues.

There is no contact info, the store has no real, accessible option to contact the seller. Any issue with an order is very time consuming and next to impossible to solve. And this is coming from a genius (premium) account. UPDATE #1: The fact that they send people to a Facebook profile shows exactly the problem. Why does one need Facebook to fix what is wrong with an order? Just post an email address. Is it that hard? UPDATE #2: Contacted the store a week ago via Facebook. No answer so far.

A fourth time I make a review for the app. It is always deleted after a couple of hours. Horrible App in conclusion ! You cannot even do a re-search for a product by adding some extra key words ,instead you have to re-enter the whole searched phrase all over again... Load time is awful, random selection of delivery address and payment method from the saved ones inside the account...and many other bugs. Top store by sales in Romania and they cannot afford a decent application...
