Hard to negotiate increasingly intrusssive with ads, some emails not available on phone but accessible on laptop. These are from my most important senders, the Veterans Administration, and ADT, my security service.

I'm having serious issues with my email. It is deleting my emails before I can read them. I have very important emails that are disappearing before I can read them. And some I am trying to save them are disappearing also.

not getting any emails since I was forced to change. tried sending an email to let the developer know but couldn't send. it said error. so I'm stuck with no email ability. 😕

Too many ads, The emails don't always load, And when I try to open any of my deleted emails it just kicks me off the app completely! I have never had an email app have this many problems.

I have to uninstall and reinstall it frequently as it doesn't always want to retrieve my email!! I just did yesterday and had to do it again today!!! Today makes 4 days in a row of uninstalling and reinstalling in order to retrieve my email!!

an advertisement b4 u can read yr mail...making g u download everytime b4 u can read yr email...also only shows last 10 emails and u can't go back further!!!...a pathetic free email..

I cannot get to my emails without seeing a bunch of ads. I also cannot delete ads.

It hasn't been updated since 3/27/24. It's now 4/2/24 and I have a link to a zoom meeting that I can not get to.

Too much junk mail....and when you block it just keeps coming. Also you do not see the same on your phone, not updated

I get tired of having to upgrade this app every other week. I can'tget my emails. Please try and correct this because it's very annoying. Thank you

Easy enough to use and I enjoy simplicity. I don't seek out ads and having them always to contend with is issues. Otherwise this app would get the full five stars.

Very poor app. Ads don't stop and I can't barely read an email without some junk all over the screen popping up. Don't use. Junk. 0 star. If there was negative stars they would be a -5 star app!! Garbage!!!

No instructions on how to delete old folders. Does not delete mail. Just seems to be in a loop showing the same mail that you marked for deletion.

This app is just plain S..T do not down load it. To many adds that won't move easy. One add keeps covering the bottom buttons so can't delete my e mails. Only let's you delete one at a time. Some of them come back when you've got rid of them. Takes so long to sort out your e mails very very FRUSTRATING..I HATE THIS APP.

It is still one, big, ad!!! I keep getting bounced out by an ad, or an ad just pops up regardless how many times I have decided the company. It's very, very annoying.

Terrible. It doesn't update my mail and tries to pin me off onto an unrecognized name to mess around and maybe I'll be able to see my mail. I'm not happy with this. I can't access my mail it doesn't want my password either. I don't know how I'm supposed to access anything in Hotmail or Outlook. I can't find a phone number to call to solve this issue. I was generous and gave it. 3.

installed fine but won't let me open any emails and it's very slow. I get an error message it has a bug. Same worth Microsoft outlook.I will try this app again some other time because I liked the layout, etc, but worthless if I can't read emails.
