It was an amazing app that I used to do everything through for 2 years. But 3 months ago, it started to be useless and can't do any transactions through it & keeps to stop working and it makes me feel I am getting ages backward.

This app was working fine until the developer(s) decided to do two things: link its security to the OTP app, and decouple the account semantics from the OTP app! Reset/reactivate the account on this app and you will have to reset/reactivate the OTP app, although both are the same account and the security element is what is different. OTP app completely ruined the UX for this app and there is no seamless integration between both apps.

The program crashes every time I login, I can't even see the main screen of my account. Also I wish if there is a proper way to show my installments for credit card to know how much is paid and left.

1- you need to fix the session issue, it's not logic if i closed the app or even crashed i can't login till the session timeout ends. As a simple suggestion if there exist a session when i login in just terminate it and start a new one simply. 2- regarding the new feature using the biometric fingerprint, i passed the login, the security question, once i tab smart touch, the app log me out, and of course i can't login again as a result of #1

it is a great app but i experienced some flaws. -It freezes at peak hours. -When you try to write bank name in intl. transfer it says no option .. -It keeps processing till it tells you timeout log again. It times out so fast not considering the customer ability to type fast. Always busy and it stop processing the requested task. Great bank with average app.

False update message always appears. The user interface is the same for almost 5 years with no real update in the app just aaded fingerprint option so i think no team for app development. It has outdated Fawry payments so there's a huge gap between it and myFawry application.

In all honesty, This is one of the saddest apps I have ever used in my life. Registration process takes a week, just so they could send to me an autogenerated code. Then you have to receive a pin code via sms just so you could register. If you want to use the app you have to use the native keyboard of your phone. If you want to authorize a transaction you have to install another app, and that app requires a registration code that you HAVE TO APPLY FOR VIA WEBSITE and receive via sms. Not joking

very bad experience because each time I want to use fawry service or to pay the minimum of the credit card I got a message that "my account has been blocked", I did a complaint and they solved this problem but guess what !!!!! my account has been blocked again :/

There is huge problem in the application the soft token is updated & still the application force to update it without any way to skip the green pop-up screen after login the same with the online banking website no way to access any setting or check anything after login please fix the problem

The app needs to be tested before releasing the update, the green pop-up prevents using the app and there isn't any option to ignore it and it is now three days since the problem and there isnt any responce like the bank doesn't care at all.

I can't use the app after the last update, the green message of token updating prevents me of using the app, even after updating the token app it's still not working, it's asking for login over and over and stuck with the green update message!!! Very bad experience, I hope to roll back to the previous version please

It's not great, but it's not bad either. This app is suitable for saving accounts and it has a cool feature finger print log in which is good for adding more security to your account, but I'm not sure if it will be useful for exchanging transfers, money loans and other financial operations.

I am trying to register by using the debit card but the (continue) button on the (set password) tab does not work. I have tried to send a complaints feedback and I have entered my phone number but it told me to enter a valid number so the (send) button does not worked too.

I need to use the main app but I can't, it shows the Green Update Screen Overlaying the app and preventing me from that, even after I have updated the Token app.😔 I understand the complexity to make a secure app, but the apps should be tested well before publishing. Also please make something about the login session handling, I should not be prevented from logging back in to a period of time because I simply closed the app. I wish to see more concerning for User experience.

registration is terrible. To enter your date of birth, you start by current date and scroll by month: 480 scrolls if 40 years old! Can get "access denied" message without explanation, so repeat date of birth hassle. Three verification questions! After all this you are obliged to re-register with token app which also gives wrong messages "date of device should be automatic" which I already had as automatic! At this technical level I don't trust the correct functioning and security of this app.

The app is generally good, but I have two observations: 1. When transferring money using a phone number, the app does not accept numbers starting with "015" and displays an "Invalid number" error. 2. I wish there was an option to share a transfer confirmation as an image or PDF. Currently, when sharing a transaction, it is only sent as text.

This low rating is only for the app, otherwise the bank team and services are really great. The App mostly doesn't work for payment functions if out of business hours in Egypt, moreover, both of the App and online banking doesn't open due to a pup up message that we must update the token app. Despite the token app is updated, this message keeps on displaying so you can't access to your account and no option to close or hide this message, you will just be automatically logged out.

it's useless, you can't even check your credit statement... it goes "there is no transactions" it's empty

Signing up is a terrible process. Session timeout and staying logged out for 5 minutes is also terrible. All other banking apps allow you to reconfirm extending your session. Very limited VS. Web functionality. Timing out when copying data from other apps. Overall user experience can be improved substantially. Customer support is the worst ever! I spent 1 year having transfer fees debited twice and they could not fix it. In general, phone and email customer support is the worst in Egypt.
