Based in CNY, this app has helped keep my card in my wallet instead of in my hand, buying things. It allows me to pay any personal or car loans I have with the bank and makes transferring from check to savings and vise versa, a breeze. Never had issues with the app.

New update looks good, but had some problems. When going into accounts the app crashes alot and you can't see what's available on your debit card without going through 2 menus, when before you could see it from the First account page after logging in.

App is trash. Cannot contact the developer on issues,cannot get any help from anyone on issues with it. Cannot dispute anything because you get an error everytime..Hit the button to remember device and request a code from a text message that never comes..

I mainly use this app for keeping track of my balance. I used to use the mobile deposit for my paychecks since my job doesn't have direct deposit, but now I don't use the mobile deposit because I have to wait 5 days for the money to be added my checking account. There needs to be an option where you can state if the check is a personal check or payroll check. I'm tired of having to wait almost a week to have the money from my paycheck.

For a smaller local credit union it's a pretty great app. Easy to use and has all the features I need. I moved out of state so going in person to a branch is no longer an option, but I've never needed to in 5 years since I can do everything right from my phone.

never functions properly. currently cannot even get it to open without uninstalling and reinstalling every time I need to use the app. Between this and the inconvenience of locations, and the constant issues with ATMs being offline, I'm very ready to move my accounts to a new bank.

Talk about taking two steps back. This new update is horrible! The UI is all over the place. They last version was much better. And they took away the PIN opt-in of signing in? Ridiculous. The website took a step back to. Maybe time to find a new bank since now it's all about the online and app experience.

My experience with this app is that it shuts my phone down when I try to access my account and wont allow me to fully go into my transactions without it kicking me off the app itself if not shutting my phone off, my phone is fully updated as well as the app doesn't show any updates needed, requesting help with this app to be able to manage my financial situations

Never had any problems until I logged in on Monday, I would put my username in then goes to password screen, I put my password in and it goes back to main sign in screen. was on phone with customer service they told me I needed to do a hard start on my android...no other apps are giving me problems..I updated twice...and still can't log in!😢

This app usually works very well. However it seems to be completely unusable now. Nearly impossible to login as well as track anything once your inside. Empower better get their act together and fix the bugs. Because all this app is for the moment a big inconvenience.

The app was great not anymore. I used to be able to access my account with Biometrics so it was quick and easy using my fingerprint now it's making me input all of my information every time I access my account. With the use of Biometrics I didn't even have to look at the screen so I can pull up my account while doing anything fix this issue and I will give five stars

No complaints, it's just kinda my banking app and lets me transfer money easily and 5 times faster than a McDonalds employee can get back to the register

Since the introduction of two tier identity verification I have to reboot my phone 40% of the time as I encounter some type of error in the Cloudflare site.

Terrible! was fine till 4/8/19 and when i called two different times i was told that there were no problems or calls about it. then when i called today i was told to uninstall then reinstall and no success. then called back and they told me to make sure my software was up to date, which it was. they said they're having issues with android users and that they would escalate my issue. but again, like in September 2018, they 'improve' something without fully testing it without concern for the users

Absolutely worst bank imaginable. Nothing but problem after problem as well as Collection of unnecessary data from customers. I can't opt out, so I won't use your bank anymore.

Since the new update. I cant refresh the disclosure to sign in. It says to refresh it then the message to refresh pops up again. Refresh to sign disclosure. It doesn't work.

I just got a new phone and my mobile banking app doesn't work on my phone it keeps saying I'm locked out and it's disabled.

New popup doesn't allow my fingerprint login so frustrating when you change things and now I have to reset everything to log in.

I wonder if other banks/Credit Unions apps have the problems this app constantly provides. might have to switch credit unions to find out. really stinks when you should be able to look but can't

For the past 2 days I have been trying to transfer money from savings to my checking... And it keeps boot looping to just show my accounts. It does the same boot loop for bill pay, for support, and any other option given - except log out. I attempted deleting the app and reinstalling it, logging off and logging back on, clearing my cache and storage, force closing, and restarting my phone. What is the point of having an app if you have to go to the bank for the same things? Very annoying.
