One or the other hearing aid fails to connect on opening the app. Recently, the app reverts to streaming even when not streaming. I open my phone to the app and after a few seconds it reverts to noise reduction/speech focus. Then when I close the phone screen the app reverts again to streaming. I think this rates as the WORST app I have ever encountered! I add that I have even called tech support and they have no answers. So, if an app is not ready for market, spare us and wait to offer it.

I rely on this app extensively. The restaurant mode is a godsend as it allows me to block out all the background noise so I can hear conversations. While it doesn’t always connect to both hearing aids I am usually able to find a workaround. The one feature I would love to see implemented is to be able to set a time limit on any alternate mode. Too often I forget to switch back so it would be helpful to make the switch automatic.

S23 Ultra on Verizon. The app is buggy. It doesn't close when requested. I have to "force stop" the app. Constantly disconnecting from the hearing aids. Streaming quality is very poor - constantly disconnecting or very choppy audio. Ive been to the reseller and they tell me it's the app and several other customers have the same complaints. When it does work, it's amazing! I love the flexibility of choosing different environments. I wish it was more stable.

I expected Jabra to be much more advanced with their software given their history. I am very much disappointed with this app; trying to pair of my hearing aids is an absolute pain, and they require elevated privileges that I do not want to grant. Poor sound quality. Additionally there's something really wrong with the interface to my hearing aids - whenever I stream music, it is like the filters are applied twice, and I always have to reset or rebalance the equalizer to make it sound decent

Edit #2: It started dropping connection again. Sometimes the settings go all out of whack and one ear gets loud and echoey for no reason. I have to swipe from a "favorite", then back to another to reset. If you're a Samsung user, I'd consider a different brand of hearing aids. This app is unacceptably glitchy. Edit #1: (S23 Ultra) I added this app to my "never sleep" list and as long as it is open in the background, my hearing aids are staying connected.

Agree with those that rate software as flakey. Sometimes it's easy to connect aids, other times difficult or impossible. Also, occasionally I had to wade through ads or other blurbs before it allows me to connect aids. There's also no obvious way to choose which app to download. Who recalls their model number? If I ran company, I'd make SW app much easier to use and more reliable.

I am really disappointed with my Jabra EnhancePro hearing aids. The box says, "made for iPhone, works with Android." It barely limps along with my Galaxy 22 Ultra. My wife has a new iPhone and we can't even find the Jabra App in the Apple App Store. My 10-year old hearing aids that don't have any blue tooth functions are better than these and I have been wearing my new ones for over two years. I would list all the problems but this app limits my message.

App conflicts with Android Auto. Can’t hear ring/voice until 5 secs after answer. (Force Stop on app and Android Auto works perfectly.) App drops one hearing aid while wearing. No auto reconnect- very inconvenient. Sometimes only streams to one. App is constantly connecting/disconnecting from hearing aids while they charge which causes constant notifications/sounds on the phone. Have to turn off Bluetooth to get any peace and quiet. This app does NOT enhance my Jabra hearing aids AT. ALL. >:(

Better than I expected but plenty of room for improvement. If I enable the LE Audio in Bluetooth settings I can use the tap to answer and HA microphones but caller on other end says sound is not great. I expect this is the HA not App. I believe it is a similar problem on iPhone. If you just use regular blooth and answer on the phone and use phone microphone the quality is great. I would like to see an option where you can use LE Audio but still be able to select the phone microphone to talk

S23, so far, the bluetooth stability is absolutely unacceptable. I haven't made one phone call where I didnt have to turn off Bluetooth. The right HA often doesn't connect without a restart. Frustrating. I can't even turn off the phone call portion. Needs to at least be able to turn off the unstable features or I'll get a refund on the HAs.

Still lousy app. Keeps losing connection. I think this app could be made better for android phones. I cannot answer my phone unless I answer physically on my phone whereas you can answer your phone by clicking your hearing aid button on an iPhone. Also listening to music or podcasts seems to skip. My inexpensive earpods ($16 on sale) sound better than these. If and when there is an improvement in this app I will update my review.

Hearing aids are fine, but app is problematic. More often than not, I have to toggle bluetooth on and off, turn on airplane mode, turn hearing aids off and on, etc. to get them to work with my Samsung phone. It's pretty annoying. Lately, the app says they are disconnected when they aren't. It would be nice if Jabra fixed the app.

Not useful. Loses pairing several times per day and I have to start all over again. Loses settings whenever I take off the hearing aids. Multiple times per day I have to restart it and it asks me again do I have new hearing aids and what kind and we go through the 10 minutes of re-pairing the hearing aids to the phone. Streaming is not clear and has dropouts every few seconds if I am moving about. My regular Bluetooth music ear buds app is much better. Adds frustration not benefit to my life.

I have to fight with this app almost everyday to get it connected to my hearing aid. Rebooting phone, close and open app, reinstall app. Any one or combination MAY reconnect the app only to fail again in a day or two. Since this is the only way to adjust volume or use the "enhance sound" function it is a mandatory app for the Jabra hearing aid.

Love my Jabra hearing aids. But this app is just not very good. When it works it's fine, settings are nice and easy to use. However, about every 3rd or 4th day the connection to the hearing aids doesn't get established or drops after getting connected-have to force stop the app to reconnect the aids. Upgraded my phone when I first got them because the app wouldn't support the GS 1O, now with newer phone GS22+, Android 14, started having the issues recently. Not ready for prime time!

Horrible garbage app. Streaming audio constantly stutters and drops out and sometimes one channel left or right will drop out completely and won't come back until I reset the Bluetooth connection. Often the app comes up frozen for 30 seconds, and sometimes it's frozen Forever Until I kill the app or restart the phone. I am stuck with this app because I have no other option with my hearing aid earpieces. Too bad there's no competition where someone else might do a better job.

When I attempted to connect my phone with the app, it could NOT connect. The app did not return to a usable mode. The only option was to connect or go into demo mode, rendering the app USELESS to control my hearing aids! There is NO way to exit the connect to a device! I tried to force stop the app, and after, it was still caught in the loop. I turned off my phone, and the app was still caught in the loop. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still, the program looped. The program is useless!

The hearing aids work fine. The app does not. Right as we speak, it refuses to open and I've done everything I can do a 1000 times. am totally sick to death of a failure app. Helpline tells me I need to find a neighbor to call them, because obviously I can't fix the app while i'm on it. It doesn't open, doesn't allow for adjustments, cuts out randomly and ping's my phone a 100 times in a row because it's trying to reconnect, or whatever. Who knows? You need to get your app act together.

The app works, but ... UI is inefficient, options are limited, and utility of app is questionable. I sometimes have to reboot for the phone to stream to both L and R HAs. It also would be much better if Sound Enhancer settings would stick to specific programs instead of applying globally. Custom presets are also needed. App documentation is basically nonexistent. I do like that I can stream from my phone and that Bluetooth LE works.

Buggy App, some annoying design flaws. Lots of pop ups on each program restart. Annoying. Sometimes it connects. Sometimes one aid and not the other. When it only does one aid getting it to connect properly is a challenge. Turn BT off, and on or kill the background active process (hidden menu in running processes) or reboot aids or reboot phone. Apps for other aids I have had in the past work much better. sometimes slow to respond. Unreliable! How does it have such a high rating??
