Uh, yeah. Your app offers encryption for security, but you collect your users' analytics and sell them. That's not very ethical or secure. Bzzt! Don't pass go, do not collect $200. Google Firebase and Google Ads. Tsk-tak. By United States law you're supposed to have a privacy statement if you collect data on behalf of a company. Or you have mechanisms that does. You're breaking federal law.

Please increase the number of sticker packages and provide the ability to make the sticker pack by the app user(like Viber). Please provide access to GIF resources to send GIFs in chat. 💛Thank you very much💚

It doesn't work properly in Bangladesh. Sometimes it only shows connection but no connection. Cannot communicate with others. This is a fraudulent site everyone

Has not worked for days and we are all doing all kinds of things to try to fix it but turns out it's you! Network Error everywhere and everything. Fix your app!

Very slow compared to other Messenger apps. Takes too much time to load chats and sent messages sometimes doesn't go through and disappears

I can't seem to receive my verification I keep recieving a "network error" feedback all the time but I have a stable connection. All other apps are working fine

Nice app. Love the UX. Though theres a bit of a challenge when updating chats. Sometimes the app runs into a network exception, and the chats never get updated for a few days.

Please bring Status story facilities like what's app and Instagram to share pictures as status.This make the app best Sometimes feels like bug in the app. Make it more faster. Online indicator in the chat screen will help to know that the person online and can avoid opening the chat

YouTube videos opened from a link in the chat always shows "video unavailable" with a 404 error under it. The videos work fine when the same link is opened from any other location.

I'm facing notification problems. Most of the time enigma running in the background with two other applications, it doesn't show any notifications or anything.

Very good but please add the video call. Please fix the voice call between two calls is very low and make it difficult to hear your other partner. Apart from that the best app I have used so far. When the video calling is add up I will surely give you five star because you deserve it

The app is taking all my phone's internal storage. Currently, it consumes 3.7 GB. I already deleted many files inside the app but it still remains 3.7 GB. When i try to delete the app storage, it deleted everything from chats, contacts and all of the groups.

An absolutely amazing app to use, I love the user interface and the fact we can use our email instead of linking our phone number (works with both) Also! The features in this app are both smart and useful especially the reminders feature. The customizability of this app is phenomenal. Definitely get on this app rather than the Meta ones!!! Thank you Developers!

Downloaded this after new WhatsApp policy update. Loved it. Shared with my friends and they loved it too. The only drawbacks are video calling and adding people. If these features are fixed this app will get famous very quickly. Bugs: -App freezes when clicked on photo attachment. -YouTube, Spotify or almost any URL won't open. -Notifications are delayed -First letter isn't capitalized -Audio calls sound is low

Let's see: Twitter is dormant. Support chat unresponsive. Support mail unreachable. For support: 0 points Website needs more faq answered. Especially about cloud sync. App's interface needs more work and options. 14pt text size is still too big. UI is very large and not too accommodating, especially in landscape mode. Aside from that, messenger wise it has quite a robust system in place. So far everything is pretty good. Especially user to user chat sync, that's really a plus for Enigma.

This app has a lot of potential if upgraded to a better version.. My experience so far 1. It stops downloading content as you browse further, need to close then run app again to view content 2. Annoying notification on who joined the channel/group stacks up.. should summarized it, and to have a view option if i want to see who joined or left.. 3. Cannot load all the content when I view Media.. 4. Needs to have option to view media, like telegram, how media is arranged, and zoom to view content
