The concept is good, but I expect my reservation to stay on the "My Rentals" page until I've completed the trip similar to how the airline apps work. I've tried on both the app and the website and every time I go to "My Rentals" it says I have no reservations and I have to enter my info all over again. Then it shows me my reservation, but it doesn't stay in the folder.

Love this app, easiest of all rental car apps in fact should be a road map to logic driven apps that do not challenge the user. They are like ergonomics applied to IT, intuitive. Some work went into this. I have no affiliation to enterprise either, I know it sounds like it. I just like well designed software and so many change theirs to their detriment. I travel alot and very frustrating so if you want to change your, please look at this one.

This app could be very useful, easy interface, it takes a minute for it to load but it runs smoothly thereafter. The part that makes it worthless is that the reservation you make on it is worthless once you arrive at the location, because it is "1st come-1st served". And they don't care that you'd wasted your time going there only to be told "we have nothing for you today". Their goal is to have zero vehicles on the lot when the leave. No matter how many customers they turn away in the process!

Updated: I still continue to enjoy the ease of using this app, the easy cancellations and modifications. Very good app 4/12/16 -I have been using Enterprise car rental for years and have been wishing for an app to book reservations since I'm always on the go, and not always near a computer. Thank you for this app. It makes these last minute reservation, changes, rebook, and even cancellation so much easier.

Enterprise as a service is great. The app for it is just terrible. It doesn't recognize a Mastercard as a valid credit card type. The interface is clunky and a pain to navigate. And it forced me to do a password reset because it didn't recognize my password when I typed it in (I checked 5 times to make sure.), but then when I tried to reset my password it told me I couldn't because it matched the last password. Fix this app, Enterprise. It's bad.

Simple to use with one massive caveat: this app doesn't have real-time access to what's on hand locally. You can book whatever you want but you're at the mercy of what's available. I just ended up getting bumped into a substantially larger rental than I wanted ($$$) because that's all they have locally. Quite disappointing and something that one hopes the tech crew at Enterprise is working to address.

I have always rented automobiles from Enterprise in the past. Everything went véry smooth. I was always provided with top of the line vehicles. Recently, I went on it's app to find a Intermittent SUV because I am moving from one state to another, about 1500 miles away. I was shocked to learn that the drop off fee was more than the cost to rent the vehicle. I checked out competitors. These car rentals didn't have a drop off fee. It was all inclusive and half the total price. Some were even less!

Not to excited about the app. When it comes to finding out more info on your rental or reservation it kinda sucks.. I do think their on the right track. It could be a great app, but it definitely needs some improvements and more options. It's great for making a reservation, and extending a reservation without having to wait on hold, or stand in line. It would be nice to have the option to view, download, print or share your rental contract, for personal records, or Insurance reimbursement.

Easy to find and order a vehicle But... I wanted to know who doesn't have a drop off fee and that was super hard to find. I had to just keep trying locations for one way. Also, it says I have three free rentals. 1400 points, yet, it must be for a super small vehicle because the compact ones they want 2,000 points or more. That's frustrating and really not fare. I don't even know if I could use if for an upgrade. Other than that this app, rocks!

Over all easy to use app once you get a good idea of your area and where to go. just wish they would be able to show which actual cars are available at each location that way there no wait time on the phone or having to just go to the location to find out and think a car that you want is available but then find out it isn't is a bit of a let down.

Dependable and user-friendly app! I've never had any problems signing into my account. My profile and points are always accurate. The search function for reservations is great. It takes me about 3 minutes to reserve a vehicle. The app should include options for picking up/ dropping off the customer if needed. My experience with customer service over the phone with multiple rental locations has been excellent. Vehicles are always clean and in good shape. (People need to stop vaping in retals!)

Here's a new one. If they don't have a car for a reservation, you're on your own. The app or people at the location do nothing. I have no idea now if they cancelled because of the unavailability. The app lets you schedule a pickup AFTER closing. Note that is an enormous problem. Solution is drive completely out of the way 30 minutes or wait another two days.

I don't stress when booking with Enterprise. I had a misunderstanding with the phone operator, him not knowing the rules or me thinking they changed their policy? But they went above and beyond to help me out. So greatful! The app is easy, and I love it. Sometimes, when it's fully booked, call them closer to your date. If you can't find one beforehand, they might have an opening.

So easy to use! Plus the benefits of collecting points for renting. I've gotten several free days which helped out so much! I've rented from every car rental service out there but NOBODY compares to Enterprise whether it's customer service or vehicle options and quality. From top to bottom Enterprise checks all the boxes you want when your renting a vehicle!

App gives an error trying to sign in. Same credentials work on the website and worked previously in the app. Since getting a new phone in December I have been unable to use this app. The error returned is 'Call Us' but the 'call' button opens the phone dialer without a phone number. Trying to use the contact/phone icon or Help& Customer Support options both crash the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled each time there is an update available and the experience doesn't change. Generally works well and is easy to follow. Sometimes is a bit glitchy when choosing pick-up & return times. It needs to stop displaying message about after hours return, it blocks the later return times, & is frustrating. It is easy to modify reservations. I also like the notifications to keep us up to date on our reservation.

The app itself is great, when it actually works. When it doesn't, it takes 5 days to hear from customer service and no resolution afterwards. When a customer redoes their contract and stays in the same rental, the app will not work at all, forcing you to call locations and hope none are busy for every single extension of that contract. This is highly unnecessary, when all it should take is a few clicks on your phone. Please fix this! I rent very frequently and it is beyond frustrating!

The app is very easy to use, but unfortunately, it also basically lies to you. It tells you the reservation is confirmed and even sends a confirmation email even when the location has no cars available. The local office is great, and they do their best, but if the car is not actually available, the app should say so -- either that the car is not available or that you are on a wait list. Very disappointed with this computer system.

There are a few things I would like to see improved.... When editing your reservation, instead of deleting all your information that you spent 10 minutes inputting to create the reservation only to adjust a pickup/drop off time.... I would like to see an option for only changing needed areas.... Not having

Enterprise has one of the most user friendly apps, not only in comparison to other car rental apps, but from most mobile apps, period. The user experience is pleasant, looking for what you need is simple, and all other extras are transparent. The Enterprise point system is also front and center making the option to use points easy to determine.
