App itself is ok. Getting tired of waiting to re-verify my licence every few months though. The service is lackluster when compared to others. Certain cars are only ever available in certain places, and must be returned to their place of origin. Want a fun sporty rental? Sorry, they are only available 40+ minutes across town. I settled for a car that was a 20 minute walk away after a 10 minute subway ride. Clean vehicle, but low on perks such as gps like other services offer in their cars.

Search results don't make sense. It does two things wrong: brings up cars that are not available for the time selected and does not bring up cars that are available for the time selected. You can double check by going into a car's schedule and finding when it's available, then search for that time. The car will not show up. Rubbish.

1st time, we were told that we have set your booking and your budget won't go above £59 but £90 were charged from my bank account. 2nd time I booked a car for 24 hrs but returned in 10 hrs. When I tried to use the "Early return" button, app didn't let me select the time of return. Finally we ended the trip without using early return button, and the app said, "you will be penalise for late return". Then £114 were taken from our bank account while we booked for £76. No one is responding my email

Literally had not 1 single problem. Opening my hire car, getting the keys, and going took less time than adjusting my seat, used for a whole weekend, and then was returned easily, and resecured just as easily! Was given my mileage so I knew how much I would be charged, and payment went out first thing the next morning. I couldnt be happier with the service, and will absolutely be using again (have 2rentals booked already!)

Excellent app! I've been using it for just over 18 months and I find it very practical and think it's a very good way of managing to use a car (when you don't have your own car). The app allows very good searches of all available vehicles and lots of choice and flexibility. I would thoroughly recommend

Rubbish GUI, when you enter your time slot you get a list of cars with addresses and a map the size of a stamp. (samsung galaxy s20fe). It's all well and good telling me there's a Corsa at Whogivesash@t Street 10. but I'd like to see how far that is from anywhere I can reach. Other than that there are pretty much 0 cars between regional centres. I'd say the coverage is worse than that of actual car hire centres. Also there's obviously no option anywhere in the app to cancel your membership.

Not so much the app as the organisation behind it. The availability isn't updated as often for the app as for the agents, so you can spend ages selecting cars that show as available just to get a 'cannot create reservation message' when you try to make the booking. The agents in the call centre can see what is and isn't available though, so it's frustrating that app users can't. Also, the discount for normal Enterprise car hire is tiny and only applies to a few very expensive cars.

I was charged a cancellation charge for a booking on an electric car which when I turned up was not charged and had no keys. Apparently this had be reported by a couple of people beforehand but they still let me make the booking. After 3 emails and 2 months of trying to get a refund, I'd had no reply so I called and eventually managed to get them to agree to a refund but it would take 6 weeks. Over 6 weeks later and no refund. This is just one of many issues I've had with the car club.

Easy and convenient to reserve a vehicle and start and end the booking with just your phone. Only improvements I'd suggest would be to be able to compare prices of different vehicles on the same screen without having to tap on each one to view details, and an ability to upload photos of any pre-existing damage directly to the app without having to call support.

Initially had given 5 stars. but after using it for a month or so have realized the service is quite horrible. Firstly the competition such as zipcar provides transparent pricing and no extra charges for mileage. works out to be much cheaper. secondly on two occasions the car just didnt respond to the membership card. i was unable to use the car on one of those occasions as the car just didnt start. even customer support was unable to help

Car was great. However, I was quoted £60, then charged £128 when I went overtime by 20 minutes. This charge was completely without warning, it just showed up on my bank statement (poor communication). Furthermore, I had to pick the car up from a car park where it had racked up a £23 parking ticket that I had to pay (should also be made aware prior to agreeing to rent). Car club is a good idea, but very poorly executed.

I've recently signed up to the club and so far I'm happy with the app. I've done 2 bookings with no issues. It's very easy to search for vehicles, see where they are and book them. When you book it shows how much it will cost, so it's easy to control your expenses. I like that I can book any vehicle available in the country, which is very useful when travelling. I like it even more that I can choose from a wide range, from small cars to big vans. Useful for leisure, work, or removals.

Since about 2 months the app started acting up. First, it was crashing when trying to log in the app. Second, after reinstalled it recently when trying to choose the area/county or whatever in the UK it does not show me the drop list. It only does so for the US and Ireland. This is just ridiculous. Would you be kind to mend this app as soon as possible? Thank you.

It's generally good, does the job. Features that would make it much better. 1. App allows vehicle photo taking before and after use. None of this emailing nonsense. 2. History of previous rentals 3. Special instructions - some of these newer cars have strange ways of starting them. Either a sticker in the car or a note in the app would get rid of lots of support calls.

Not perfect, but pretty good. The most annoying thing about the app is if making a mistake with booking it's not possible to immediately cancel or amend it without paying a cancellation fee

Charged me £322 for milage on a TWO HOUR journey that I drove 16 miles total in. Initially, payment bounced, so I called up and was told the charge would be removed immediately. It was not. Then, not only refuse to refund, they suspend my account, demanding £250 to unlock. Then, despite confirmation I am waiting for a call back and the account and all charges are held, they continue to take the £7 membership fee. DO NOT ignore the reviews. I did, and am £350 lighter with no realistic chance of

Really disengaged with potential users. I've been contacting them on and off to consider locating a car less than a half hour walk away. I get occasional standard messages chucked over by AI. A couple of potential promises to 'look into' my request, but no action!

My experience using this app has been absolutely flawless. This is my must have app when I need to get a vehicle on short notice anytime of anyday. Theres just one improvement that will make this star shine brighter, and that would be to add a feature were a person can have more then one debit or credit card on file As oppose to just having one. PLEASE ADD THAT FEATURE.

If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.
