Worst money transfer company ever. If you are sending an emergency cash through this app then you will cry blood when it fails. It will take forever to get your cash refunded. Never risk sending much needed cash through this app or western union app.

Can't even register. Keeps asking for password 8 letters etc...but no combination works and keeps stopping from registering.....terrible app

There is no option for cancelation of the transfer unless you have to visit the ersal office asking to do it, but you have to wait for your turn due to hllong lanes and the money takes up to 14 days. There is no service customer to assist

It took so long before the money you've transfer has been receive and also the customer service ain't good at all the way he talked with the customer is kinda sarcastic

Cannot login to my account. Doubled checked username and password 10 times but still the error message persist. I can login normally through the web portal nonetheless.

This is THE WORST money transfer app. DO NOT USE IT. It deducted my account but did not complete the money transfer and now they are not refunding the money. Their customer support is even worse. Stay away from this app.

I wonder how this company runs, they are close to impossible to contact and their service is soooo poor. I haven't still received a refund of money that I sent in more than 4 days now. A transaction that was declined on their part.

The APP is not working at all. When trying to register, I got an alert pop-up saying, " we are sorry for this. Please send an email or call." I sent an email one month ago and didn't get any replies. I also called them and stayed on the waiting for 15 minutes and didn't get any replies

I can't access my account. The customer service didn't really help me a lot about the issue. The customer service asked me to visit a branch to update which I did. It didn't fix the problem so I was referred to their Whatsapp account. Up to now still no reply.

Worst app. The app is freezing quite often. Amount not delivered as what promised. Even nothing is updated in the app post remittance. Very bad experience. I could have sent the money through WU instead of ersal.

I sent money to my account using ersal app . The money is not yet received to my account and I'm confused as I didn't receive any confirmation message that includes MTCN and ather transfer details yet they took my money already and I can't see the transaction history in the app

Total of a waste app coupled with very poor customer service. My money has been locked up for a while month by using this app. If you want your money locked up for weeks, download this app and try using it for transfer. Ersal really has to sit up and upgrade their mode of operations.
