Worked flawlessly. Really impressed. The one thing I think they could work on is the price for the unlimited data packages as I felt they were a bit steep. Otherwise really good. Using a Redmi K60 Ultra.

The app is disaster and it can not recognize the esim most of the time you need to reinsert the sim and insert again then open the app and once you open the app and after you scan the code of the esim you can not activated with enable option and then the app ask you to reboot the phone and if you did you start the same cycle again and again.Note: you do all the above while you are traveling just imagine the hectic process and then decide to purchase physicl sim for the country you visit

Impressive technology. Great services. providing Sim cards that be abled to save eSim profiles on it. The app in android devices used to write the profile of eSim in a physical sim [special physical sim provided by eSIM.me]. then you can use this physical sim in any device without installing the app on it. Respecting their innovation.

Was working fine and now I can't install new esims, and the worst thing is that they do not mention that the physical sim has a storage limit and it is hard to tell how big is the esim, all depends of the carrier. Poor service, don't try it

Doesn't work at all... Paid for the Sim Card and an E-Sim but even though my phone has the technical capabilities for esim.me to work (OnePlus Nord), it doesnt! Always a new error message where I should restart my device. Sometimes it doesn't recognize the Sim Card, next try it can't connect to the server, next time the app doesn't start.. Rather save your money!!!

Far too easy to disable a SIM card permanently. In my case the app stopped recognising the SIM card immediately after I deleted a profile which I was no longer using. I deleted the profile via the app itself. After that it never recognised the SIM card again. There was no warning. Also I need to stress out that I did not disable the SIM via android settings (that's a definite no-no in this type of SIM card).

Kind of thrown 80 Euros to the ocean, the app would never allow me to swap esim, it is so buggy that 99% of the time it cant recognize the card, the 1% time that it recognized the card but it cant swap and shows error message asking me to restart the phone and everything just repeats itself. Raised ticket but no one replied, app finally released an update claiming that bugs are fixed, but nothing seems to be fixed.

Support gave me a rude response about the review instead of actually helping. I had two tickets open and the high priority was solved. Low priority literally mocked me shameful. An initial issue was solved, but now after adding a second sim I'm stuck on one profile and the sim isn't even recognised. This product is very buggy.

At first I thought this was a great idea for non esim phones, but the actual sim provided and the app are BAD and it might have been a non issue if only the support was good, but the support is even lower than bad, it's the worst! They are non responsive, one time they even were rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company product and app. Currently their sim is not recognized by the app (it is by the phone) so it is basically useless.

6/5 stars for this product and company customer service. I had many issues on my end from international travel & trying to set up everything on my phone in a foreign country was an arduous journey. They were always quick to respond to my emails and polite. Additionally they went above and beyond to ensure I received my card in time. Although it is a German-based company they fluently understand & speak English if that is a concern. Would highly recommend if you need an esim-converter SIM card.

I purchased this for an older phone and was able to get a new esim plan working. Yay! Support is very fast, considering the international time span, and was even able to advise me on the plan retailer issue that was the problem when I couldn't get data. Note not all carriers will provide esim support for phones not on their list of esim devices, so I'll still physically swap cards on the plane. But it's still a benefit because I can easily switch to an eSIM plan without buying a new phone.

I have a eSim for 5 numbers. The first number works fine, but I could not add the second number. The app gets into an infinite wait. Restarting the phone and the app help to get the second eSim information into the app, but Enable it does not work (the app gets into an infinite wait). I read somewhere and explanation that it take too long for the app to access the sim card, if that is the case don't tell me that my phone is compatible, and why it did not have an issue with the first eSim number?

Great concept but it needs a LOT of work. Problem nr 1 . its expensive and doesn't work as intended. Its buggy ,you add profile and can't disable it. You add another profile and can't active it. Problem nr. 2 bought esim that was valid for 30 days and I can't use it because 1profile can't be disabled. App has not been updated in months no bug fixes. Update: after talking to support team I was able to resolve my issue esim is working and my phone has network connectivity.

Do not trust compatibility. Only consider this if there are user reports of your exact phone working. I tried on a "compatible" phone and could add profiles but not switch between. Support sent me a user-created screen recording of using hidden menus via activity launcher to disable/reenable things and rebooting. It didn't work. They know this happens and still claim compatibility. Their only pro is they're the only game in town. Check responses to bad reviews and proceed w/caution.

I needed an eSIM for an upcoming trip to Europe, but my Samsung Galaxy S9+ doesn't have eSIM capability. So I ordered an eSIM to allow for my continued AT&T connectivity stateside along with using an Airalo card when overseas. This concept was completely foreign to the customer service people at AT&T, and I needed a bit of help from eSIM's support staff, but in the end, they were able to get it working for me. Now I can switch between my AT&T service at home and use an eSIM abroad. Thanks!

At first it wouldn't recognize the esim as an esim.me card. I had to clear data and reinsert the SIM a few times to even get to the point where you can add profiles. The first profile I added didn't have any issues. A few months later I added a second profile and tried to switch to it. Disabling the old profile crashed the app and after restart it showed no profiles installed. Cleared data and both showed back up but still the old one active. Had to use my old phone running older android to fix.

The esim card is a great gadget that does exactly what it is supposed to. The ability to add in an esim to phones that only have psim is invaluable. One issue that came up was that my provider (TMobile) did not understand what this card does. Certainly not on script for their store techs. I had to coach TMobile person extensively to get running. The accompanying App is solid and works though it appears to very occasionally have a little hickup. Bottom line - well worth minor hassles!

Absolutely great product ! But no support at all, really frustrating. A good product comes with a great support. If you guys are really passionate and proud of doing something unique please have a reliable support. I have 5 esim.me cards was just able to load profile to 1 of them and with all the others I have been facing errors and have reached out to you guys on emails and tickets no reply yet ! Update : Support reached out to me with a resolution. I'll update once things work!

The app usually can't recognize an esim.me card so you often can't use e-sims that you have have paid for. Not being able to switch to my home sim when I fly back home means that I can't use my regular phone service until the app decides to work again. It is appallingly unreliable. I tried changing the app settings as the developer recommended, but the settings can only be changed when the app recognizes an esim.me card. The developer recommended disabling the SIM slot, but didn't say how.

This app insists on connecting to their server to see the eSIMs and change eSIM. This had the unfortunate effect that when you travel, if you don't change eSIM to the destination country *before* you arrive, you cannot change the eSIM when you arrive, *unless* you can get access to a WiFi connection, and that's often impossible in many airports. It shouldn't have to be this way. EDIT: Still have this problem.
