This app is a big fraud, they took my money and I can't use the number I subscribe for whatsap, WhatsApp keep say this number is not a valid usa number. I have tried to contact their customer care no one is responding to me.

It does not work for my phone OPPO Reno. The app has "restore purchase" button that also does not work. Their customer support does not respond. They took my money, and gave me nothing. Life.

been using E SIM Plus for a few months now and Im overly happy with their service. I travel a lot for work and leisure, and E SIM Plus allows me to stay connected wherever I go. This is the worest app and service ever, after buying USA virtual number which showed it's for social media, didn't accepted by any app or website at all, then I said ok at least let me try to send SMS using the balance in it but also failed!!! And now more than 7 hours waiting anyone from support to answer but there is no hope, I've cancelled it and I don't recommend it at all.

Do not waste your money on this app. I have had a challenging experience with it. I paid the subscription fee and haven't used since then due to an issue that I have raised several times with their support and have not been attended to.

If there is a zero rating I'd have rated this app zero!!! This is the worst app to ever exist. It's almost a scam. Told me I can't make outgoing calls or text messages until I get verified. The chat support team, unresponsiveness and even emails weren't responded to!!! I can't even get verified hence MY MONEY WAS COMPLETELY WASTED getting this app. I might as well sue you!!!

Scammy ... Tells you that you can send any ID or a passport but when you send a valid ID like a driver's license, they'll tell you they only accept passports.

This app is good but the current update is rubbish, they removed in app purchases, I can't buy numbers with crypto currency. please bring back the in app purchase option.

The data works fine. The virtual number? Not so much. I have an active virtual number, and I have balance, yet I have been unable to receive any incoming calls or messages. I have a bank account that asks me to verify my identity when I try to log in from a new location. The only verification options are SMS and a phone call. Imagine how "fun" it is not being able to access your bank! Oh, and you need to contact support to verify your identity for outgoing calls but they don't respond to emails

I asked not to renew my purchases. Even that they cut money from my account. Fake numbers and don't work 😡 thief app . Return my money back. numbers doesn't work.
