Don't leave the app to find personal info elsewhere on your phone. You'll have to go through the whole login process again (and again and again!....)

complicated. the need to download the app will be difficult fir thise not on WiFi or thise who do not have a smart phone. Canada visa much simpler.

straightforward process, make sure you have all information to hand even though it allows you to save+ exit easily.

Everything is going well, until i got to the travellers details part, scan RF it then shows my details name dob etc, and that's it. No next / continue button, just frozen on that page. If click back it just shows, the previous page. I tried 4 times, each time it stays on the Travellers details page. I have a Samsung 23 ultra, and I noted some action buttons below cannot be seen properly. You cannot rotate page around either.

Very good. Found some of the questions a bit awkward in relation to contacts. But otherwise I started it and came in and out of it several times via save and exit. Then reviewed it and paid and it was all very smooth.

awful interface for entering info, makes you scroll through a list rather than letting you type. Doesn't recognise UK phone numbers and other aspects of the validation haven't been properly tested. Needs to learn from UK government digital services.

Very easy to use. Very straightforward. Reading the front of the passport took me a few attempts to work out. You move the phone around the cover until you feel it slightly vibrate then hold it still in that position until it finishes connecting to the chip and reading your passport.

Take your time filling it in,have all your info ready,hotels,phone numbers etc,very easy to use,I like the passport scanner,saves on filling in a lot of info. Good App👍

WHY does this app require a video photo for minors?! It took me an hour, several flashlights, and a lot of tears to get a 4 year old to take a photo that the app would accept. Absolutely ridiculous extra hurdle.

Was a bit apprehensive after reading the negative reviews but the app was easy enough to use. Only problem was getting it to accept the photo page of my passport as it didn't like this taking up the whole box as shown in the demonstration but held my phone a bit further away and it accepted it. Some sites say to apply for this before booking anything but a US point of contact was needed, luckily a friend let me put her down. Applied last night and less than 8 hours later it was approved

It is impossible to renew your esta Visa on this app ! It is impossibly complicated to renew the esta visa every 2 years, and as I get older, I need more and more help for that - and the app certainly is not helpful at all in that!

Frustrating to say the least. Able to scan passport photo page. Have tried multiple times to scan passport cover page without success. Not happy!!!!

Pleasantly surprised - very easy to use. The NFC reading of the passport and digital validation from photos was particularly well thought-out. There are some things that could be improved - easier tracking of your application once submitted, for example - but on the whole it's very good.

Who writes this stuff? This is an app written for the US Government. The so called most powerful country in the world... And it can't handle simple things like payment issues? The need to constantly spin the wheel to get to dates and countries. Someone needs to look at private sector apps for design and ease of use. This is clunky beyond belief.

All over a horrible experience. Terrible user experience and it's actually impossible to enter correct information. And the app makes no attempt to remember anything you've already completed.

Very user-friendly app, both UI and UX wise. Thank you for that! Albeit the idle timeout period is a bit too short IMO, and does not allow the time needed to retrieve the required information on some stages of the process. Make sure to always press "Save and Close" whenever you need to gather additional information as required.

Unable to proceed past the screen after I placed my phone on the passport to read the RFID information. The traveller information screen comes up with all my details on it, but there is no bottom to confirm and proceed. Pressing the back button just puts you in a loop of having to scan the RFID again and not being able to move forward. I can't do the application online, as every time I try it forces me to either open or download the app. Please help!!
