This app is horrible. It crashes constantly no matter what you're doing.

This app sucks. It's always giving me a problem and it thinks I'm driving when I'm sitting still

Displaying the insurance ID card works very poorly. For my car the ID is tiny and zooming in just makes it blurry. For my motorcycle policy it doesn't even display an ID card. It just redirects me to their website. It's been this way for years and I've told them a long time ago.

I use fingerprint to login. Today app displays message saying for security login using email password. Won't accept my password. Reset password, won't accept that either. Can't use app now. What is more secure than fingerprint?

This entire process is trash. The app chews through battery, it doesn't know that I'm on an airplane, it notifies you of things while you're driving which seems like exactly what an insurance company wouldn't want. why would they do things to draw your attention to your phone while driving? Now i get an email saying I'm not using the latest version of the app except i am only this isn't the DriveSense app or is it? i don't know because the email they send from isn't real and returns badd address

App is a bit counter intuitive. If you have login issues make sure to send the email before the portal times out to enter the code. Had to try 3 times before this was the case. Make the app able to safe the card as a pdf and not have to take a pic on my phone or text a pic to myself because the option is unavailable. A doenload option not to the app (in case it crashes) would be nice. Thanks.

App use to work great could make changes to policy, add/remove vechiles, add/remover drivers. Liked this bc when looking to buy a vechile was able to see how much insurance would be before buying it. Not being able to do anything on app for over a 2 months. Apparently I was the only one with a claim n stuck with awful customer service. App still isn't working

Very difficult to file a claim. The app lost the information and each field isn't optimized for mobile. Seems very not user intuitive and way too many fotos after the initial fotos. Really? Too many cars to choose from and can't type them in? Can't switch apps to get the other vehicle information. At least I can see my insurance card but also not optimized for mobile or sharing. Just a very small print pdf on 2 pages? Really?

1 star is re Roadside Assistance function. 1)the location portion is so complicated, you almost have to turn on location svcs. It didnt locate the address despite using their insane format. 2)no setting to turn OFF location svcs. That's shady, All State. 3)They "text" you info about svc provider, which is a link that opens the app. NONE of this works if you have no internet. 4) 2-hr ETA & 5) app kept getting stuck locating providers so i had to call. App NOT 10mins faster svc. All for flat tire.

This App needs to be up loadable to all devices that operate off of the App platform. This would include desk top units. find it a bit archaic that a company of this size can not open something as simple as a One Drive Link to receive the pictures and videos from an accident. Due to email data limits this method often requires multiple emails to get the pictures to you.

Proof that insurance is a total scam that sucks as much income away from those who don't have it. My policy ended as I could not pay it until a day after it lapsed. But worry not! An automatic payment was withdrawn from my account conveniently as I'm trying to pay for the food that kept me warm on the coldest night of the year. But worry not! Esurance got their money for doing absolutely NOTHING! And my server paid for my food. Thanks esurance. You suck.

Easy to sign up. Initial response to a claim on the app is quick, but that honeymoon didn't last long. I experienced threats when I wanted to use a rental, blatant lies, unpaid claims, a car with mismatch parts, and no return response to any supplemental charges. If you want to pay and then be left stuck high and dry this is it. Luckily, the body shop I used took care of me when my insurance didn't.

It's a very simple system. You can see your coverage and policy, make policy changes, open claims if you've gotten in an accident, open your insurance card whenever you need it, make your payments easy and hassle free every month by saving your info or you can also sign up for automatic payments. If you aren't using the app, I highly recommend. Even if you'd prefer to talk to someone, you can always get in direct contact with specialists and they are very quick at answering and helping.

Use Esurance if you want to pay $100 more for insurance than you have to. March 2021, started paying $270 MONTHLY for a pt Cruiser, got it down to $230 by paying on time and in sums. March 2023, I get a notice that my insurance is back at $270 with no way to fix or lower it, because of "state fees" (FL) they have no say on. Went to progressive, am now paying $16/month for renters insurance and $170 for my car!! Worth the $138 cancellation fee Esurance is charging me, go to progressive instead.

Much cheaper than my previous insurance bill, very easy to sign up and navigate. Everything on the app is short, sweet, and straight to the point. I love how you have the ability to delay your payment day as well ! It helps out tremendously on weeks where I'm not getting enough hours at work and I have to make adjustments to expenses. Greatly appreciated, Esurance. :)

Great and useful app! You can do everything with your policy on this app that you can do over the phone with Esurance customer service. The app is well laid out, easy to use, allows you to access your current insurance card, and has many other endless features. If you have Esurance, this app iss absolutely essential. If you don't have Esurance, get it! They have been the best insurance company I've ever dealt with.

I like that all of my insurance info is easily accessible, no file cabinet full of papers. Fast and simple to request roadside assistance. I've not needed to file a claim so I'm unable to comment on that. I bought a second car and within minutes it was added to the policy with insurance cards were on line. No added fee to make payments. 4 stars? Almost immediately I've had trouble with the Drivesense app not reading trip info. No resolution yet, but I'm not giving up! Thank you, Esurance!

It's a great app! There's so much info and it's already saved me $5 monthly. I just found out I didn't have to pay the $5 monthly installment fee by paying ahead of time myself on the app. I was under the impression you were required to pay $5 every month for autopay as some companies do that. I've been letting it autopay for 3 years! Haha sucks.

App will make your life so much easier! UPDATE: I have now used this app for almost a year and I still stand with my first rating. 1) App keeps me up-to-date anytime i need it without having to call customer service. 2) Easy to use and request for roadside assistance, which I am forever thankful. 3) My cards are printable with just a tap. No more waiting for mail. 4) Gives me a breakdown of all my coverages 5) I was able to easily choose and change my coverage with just a tap :)

Very buggy app at times. Keeps logging out when trying to change autopay payment account. Sends new ID cards every single time upon logging in and subsequently sends another message notification to print a new ID card every single freeking time. So totally frustrating that probably will be looking elsewhere just to get away from the app. Pity to lose a long standing client for such a simple issue.
