Its keeping up out from the app when I open the app and that starts when I create my account then I press register it starts keep me out

After exiting the application it should lock when I log back in, otherwise it is not good for privacy issue, I will give another comment after using the app.

The app must close immediately for security. Receiver information must be saved for next time to send. Security the first priority so app must close and must use two factors authentication. We also need chat or or some kind of contact information for user if something wrong.

They are just advertising an app that doesn't work . Secondly it has coding mistakes. So becareful before putting in your banking details.

This app is very bad and difficulty bcz if i create account i fill all after it doesn't accept password.. if i enter say lower case characterstics again if i entery upper case..by this reason waste on atime. Why this all difficulty case allowed in the app? please fix..

The app first crashed right after entering card number and then for some reason transaction fails no matter how many times I try. Has got many rooms for improvement.

Forget my password and after getting a reset code, I went back to change password and it says "too many attempts" and I got blocked when I tried to change once. Furthermore, data sent via app in not encrypted!!! How crazy is that and they want you to use your international credit card?? Read Data Safety information, info sent via app is not encrypted! Fix this nonsense so we can use it.

This application does not work properly.When I get back to login after a couple of days.It won't let me in.I used the correct pin and password.None of them working.I tried to reset my pin but I couldn't get pass code to re set my pin or password.Either via email or sms text no response.

We were exited to see this app and trying to use it to help our motherland. However, I found the following issues that in my view need to be fixed to stay competitive. 1. The app doesn't allow editing profile. People change their address, phone etc . 2. Settlement takes long (more than 12 hours in my last transfer). We are looking for instant transfer like worldremit. 3. Their is no customer service/ contact information for people in the diaspora. Hope you can fix these! 4. Ex rate is incorrect
