Unusable. Can't pay for flights. Website forced me into installing the app because it would have additional payment methods but the one additional option doesn't work.

-Shows error in shebamiles -When trying to claim miles on partnering flights -can't set the flight date(can't set dates from previous dates) -can't view shebamiles membership card When logged into web browser and fill out the form this error shows *Exception occured while executing the controller. Check error logs for details.*

It's very good application contains all my shebamile history and other flight profiles in one. I have booked my flights twice this week using this app and it's perfect and user familiar.Great work by Ethiopian Airlines, Member of Star Alliance!!😍😍

You guys need to fix your payment section every time i get to the payment section, and i put my card details in, and it says, unable to perform the requested operation I've been trying to book a ticket for the last 6 hour's nothing still i even tried to do it on the website it says the same thing

The app is performing well, but we should have a way of converting the currency from USD to TSH, as of now I'm stuck because I'm not able to contact the Agency through their phone number just to know the price in tsh, as a result of that, I'll have to drive all the way there.

Not user friendly. Not Convenient: Not clear to find a fare at specified dates for inside Ethiopin flighs. In general they app is interesting not attractive to use in a simple manner

I have been flying with your airline and I like it because of the option of the hotel during the layover. However yesterday I flew with you from zanzibar -Addis- Accra Et 921 on arrival my suitcase was damaged. I filed a complaint to aviance who took pictures and showed to Ethiopian airline only for me to be told the damage was not enough to merit a report to be raised. No apology nothing that it must have happened during transfer.Not using this airline anymore

Very Awful App. As a Businessman I value my time extremely. This so called app is worthless. It's a waste of precious time. I tried several days booking a flight in the DRC to Ethiopia then to COTONOU . It never worked. I have to call my Secretary in another country to book the flight exposing my privacy. So sad!! This is an Airline I use to recommend to friends and associates. I even went ahead to message the manager of The Airline in DRC,no response! Extremely disappointed!! Never again!!

It doesn't show the correct miles earned in the app. There's always an error, and I can't access my Sheba miles and profile using the app just recently, which wasn't the same in the past. If this issue is corrected, I definitely give 5 stars 🌟.

It was and still is the BEST airline in Africa and the best app I have been using. Very simple, elegant and friendly. Especially for flight booking, check-in, and follow-up. One issue comes with these days is the app doesn't show the exact Shebamiles, and always shows an error message, although the system sends a one-time authentication OTP via email. I can not see my digital Shebamiles card, unable to update Shebamiles profiles and other services. Shebamiles via Web is working well.

All in all smooth experience. I personally didn't experience any bug or lag, email confirmations come in almost instantly and overall reflects the general good standards of Ethiopian airline. Definitely a favorite company for travelling in and out of Africa.

Its a very nice app with a simple UI. Plus its built to the highest standards in its industry. For the betterment of the app I would like to highly suggest you to include 2 things. 1. Add a cancel option for a booking. Sometimes we book on multiple flights due to many reasons. After paying one of the bookings we can't cancel the rest to make it available 2. Add a countdown for the time left to expire the booking. So that we can pay at that time and save time from searching again. Thanks

I am able to login to my shebamiles acvount on the laptop, but this app could not let me login despite multiple attempts and upgrades of the app. It shows me error message "something is wrong" or "null". Please revisit and update your app. All other comments and complains about the app is legitmate. Please look into them and make corrections so that your costomers can use the app to manage their flights. Thank you.

Something went wrong with the recent update of the app. All historical records (past bookings and flights) have disappeared, and whenever I try to add a new trip, the app returns : "Technical error during processing the request." and it does that constantly. I hope the developers will urgently look into this problem and get it resolved.
