You just cannot withdraw or transfer money. Like the devil's logo, they want to keep the money and not return at all. This is open fraud. There's no way to contact customer support, all bots give irrelevant answers. You can't just transfer from etoro money app to any BANK ACCOUNT at all. Money is just stuck. You do everything in the end when you get otp it just don't process, later it logs out and ask you to repeat. After multiple failed attempts, it tells you your otp limit has crossed.

The "wallet" is an absolute joke, needs a lot of time for receiving funds from the eToro exchange and has high fees (for transferring fron the exchange to the "wallet" and when transferring from the "wallet" to an actual wallet like Exodus). While there are 30+ cryptos on the exchange, the wallet only lets you transfer 6 of them from the exchange. The design of the wallet looks very cheap and outdated. I do not recommend trading crypto on eToro as well as its spreads are very misleading.

Don't use or install this app. It's literally a scam. Withdrawals don't arrive instantly, and you can't withdraw USD. This app forces you to change it to local currency, and withdrawals from this app are difficult as the only method is to your bank account. No PayPal, no Skrill, no card payment is available. Stay away from this app ❕❕ ---

App is really basic, nothing special but does what's supposed to do. It's just a wallet, after all. I find it appalling etoro applying fees to transfer from exchange to wallet but, worse and a lot more frustrating and annoying: 2021, digital era, criptoassets, from etoro to etoro, the process takes 3/7 days! Which is almost laughable... But not quite. It's daunting.

Completely useless. The app is trying to tell me that blockchain fees are 408.00 to transfer 30 worth of BTC! So frustrating! 😡

Only "instant" if they happen to be at the office at the time and charges added after the fact, probably still advertising as free but likely changed with the quiet email about terms. It has already failed on both the reasons to bother. Just as expensive as bank transfer and much sketchiness besides. A disappointing liability of pulling the rug out from a decent idea. Needs actually instant withdrawal and not charging five bucks toll to move money out. Else Do not use.

Scam!! You can deposit/send crypto to your etoro wallet, but you can't do anything with it later. An error appears when trying to transfer to another wallet. Customer service is non-existent, you can only talk to a stupid bot. I don't recommend it, if you want to lose your money this is a good place. The waiting time for a response to your ticket from CS is approximately 14 days!!! Where on other platforms the response is a after max. of 24h.

Predatory methods to lure people in. Went to withdraw some funds on etoro, they market it as "no hidden fees" and easy to use. So without doing much research (my mistake), I of course chose to go with it. Thought I could use it on the computer, but it kept transferring me back to the etoro homepage. Lost at least $68 when I actually got it on the phone. Then to actually get the money had to insert it into etoro once again and then do default withdraw.. So yeah not a great experience

It's good when it works, a few times I was unable to transfer out, errors kept happening. One time the app was just blank when I logged in. There's definitely room for improvement. I would like to be able to access from my desktop too. Be nice if there was a "select all" to prefil all of a currency to transfer out. Also be nice if I didn't have to break out the calculator to work out how much I can send.

Very, very poor experience with both the website and the app. Their fees are priced in whenever you buy or sell, very misleading. I can't even transfer crypto (ETH) to the mobile app per their instructions! I lost a few more dollars because of trying to follow their process and still trying to figure out how to withdraw my funds smoothly towards it next intended destination. Website UI is too confusing, and I have been trading in other platforms. NEVER AGAIN ETORO! You've taught me well.

Sent money, (added funds), didn't arrive, but is deducted from my bank. After some time it arrived, but is very stressful due to the uncertain gray area that the transfer can last up to 5 business days...

Withdrawals are really really slow and you can only transfer like 3 coins, do not use this cex, go on coinbase/kraken, with 5 minutes withdrawal 24/7 instead of 3 bussines days or more if they want to. Also etoro's support is so bad, you are on your own.

Very bad this is the second time I'm allowed to put in 2000.00 and then it is frozen and not allowed to withdraw use or even talk to a person and I'm about to make a lot of noise about it I've tried for days to talk my accounts been verified not sure what else they want besides a bunch of bad reviews and news

Apparently instant transactions with etoro. Not true at all. Transaction pending all day, no explanation from customer services. Just that "it will probably clear today". That's not very instant etoro!

There is no guaranteed quick withdrawal. I needed the money for the weeekend and the process takes more than 2 days. There is no mention that they cannot guarantee quick withdrawal. I hate apps that are lying to their customers. I would give it -stars if possible.

Awful deceitful app. Is absolutely not instant, takes days even from your etoro portfolio to etoro money, so what is the point of using it. Also has fees higher than my bank. Regret using this terrible service, typical etoro substandard product. EDIT: they replied and lied, I've been waiting over 48 hours now and no sign of my money.

This is useless for me. I have deposited into etoro in USD. I can only withdrawy to EUR. WHY can't I simply add USD as a currency. Although they advertise this as a method to avoid conversion fees, there definitely IS a conversion fee because I'm getting less money than I should. For example NOW 795 USD is 729 EUR according to google. If I use this app I would only get 719 EUR. WHY the difference??! Yes I've accounted for the ridiculous 5$ withdrawal fee, which is applied even here.
