App was decent and functional until last update. I used to open the app and be able to access each bulbs on/off, as well as a simple slider for brightness. Now I have to individually choose each light to get to brightness and the slider is supposed to look like a light bulb but it is way more finicky to change brightness levels. This was a terrible update, they destroyed the user experience for astetics.

The app is great, it has some minor issues (like manual controls) but overall great app. A LITTLE WARNING: If you have a galaxy S20 or a Note 20 you won't be able to add a robot vac (for whatever reason it fails to connect to the robot vac) I had to use my old phone (Note 8) and I used a Galaxy S10 and both worked flawlessly, no idea why Samsung is trying to re-invent the wheel but until an update is available from Samsung a lot of apps won't work

My rating is for Eufy, not for the app. Eufy does a good job cleaning my 1000 sqf. apartment. However, I've found that it needs supervision and help when operating. This is because it can get stuck trying to climb over bracket style chair legs, or bar stool leg. There are times it cannot find it's way back to its charging station and had to sound its alarm for help, Hope improvements can be made to correct these problems, I would like to be able to set it to work when I am not home.

Right out of the box everything seemed fine the app looks visibly pleasing. After going through steps the app sees the robot then attempted to sync with my phone. Repeatedly says phone isn't connected to robots WiFi which it is. I've done the process three times now starting fresh twice closing the app restarting the phone and deleting the app. This should be simple and easy out of box but it's not with Android phones. Without the wifi and Google home ability I'll have to return this. UPDATE: after troubleshooting with tech support suggested I use a different phone which I happened to have an iPhone 7 for work. Took seconds to setup and now my Android Pixel 2 sees the eufy vacuum. It's a shame app development can't get the flagship phones to work on Android without issue. This is very typical of developers not streamlining with Android devices. UPDATE: Pet Edition 11c continues to show offline on the Pixel 2 yet when I changed the name of the vacuum on the iPhone 7 it registers the change fine on the Pixel 7. Even on the iPhone 7 it showed error but when pressing clean mode it booted right up. Taking the iPhone off WiFi the app still works 😂 I must say this is five stars on the iOS version.

The color picker for eufy lumos bulbs is, quite frankly, aweful. It's small, doesn't provide any reference point for colors, doesnt show all the colors at once, is hard to scroll, and just overall sucks. Replace that garbage with a standard spectrum color picker and this app will be great. What is the point in having lights that can produce "16 million colors" if you can only choose from a set of 100 similar looking colors and you have a bad time doing it? A real flow feature would be nice.

I am satisfied with the device itself. The app is disappointing in that it disconnects for no reason and requires setting up from scratch every 6 weeks or so (no changes to my phone or home network to trigger this) and Google Assistant seems to have difficulty activating it by voice whereas other devices seem to stay connected and respond by voice more consistently.

Unusable. I just got this and wanted to set it up to work from my phone, but I couldn't even get past the screen to connect the vacuum to the eufy app. It says I need to connect to the eufy network, which means I have to disconnect from my working wifi network, which means I no longer have internet capabilities, making it so it's unable to pair it either way. Kinda frustrating. I guess I'll use the remote until this is hopefully solved. Such a dumb problem.

Terrible experience with eufy robovacuum. Doesn't function properly and skip tasks. The machine needs constant updates every month to fix the bugs, especially in the navigation system, but unfortunately, that is not happening. Sending feedbacks, but no one is fixing the problem 😅. In terms of navigation, the system of ecovac is way better and smarter.

Well, this worked great for about 6 months. Then it started dropping off my network. There is nothing wrong with my setup, signal, signal type, or network. Yet I have to physically remove the battery on my Eufy l35 to get the app to even connect. I'm starting to regret the amount of money I spent on this. Every reset causes a complete map wipe. This happens about 2 to 3 times a month.

The vacuum is awesome. Using a 25c vacuum. The problem I was having is with the Eufy Clean software. No matter what I did, I would get the error "your current mobile network is experiencing issues and cannot continue to connect" I went back to a old version of the software from November of 2023 and that fixed the issue. Seems there is something wrong with the new software version of the App.

I've had same model for a few years now. Cleans floors remarkably well. Keeps dust and grit away, until I get to do a deeper clean myself. Easy to clean & maintain the robovac. Have only replaced the brushes, which you can purchase online. Easy to manage run time schedules and obtain feedback (ie. eufy error messages) through the app. Of note; my son had the Eufy brand, then "upgraded" to a more well-known brand, only to return to Eufy, which he thought, did a far better cleaning job!

Had my C25 for a few years, and every so often, it would disconnect from the network and I have to set up again from scratch. Annoying enough, but now my vac won't connect. Connection failed, and tried every step to fix it. Have very little control over it without connecting to the app. This last update was trash, and without app support so is the vacuum.

Works well enough but a bit behind of the competition. I would like the ability to customize cleaning settings PER ROOM and save them for use each time a cleaning run is performed. At the moment it seems customs cleaning settings apply to the entire map. Besides this, some more unique options/settings would be nice, and some additions to the lab as well. This app does otherwise work well.

With my old vacuum, the app was sort of helpful. With my upgraded model, I love this app! It let me set how much to clean each room each time it cleans automatically, set individual rooms and no-go zones, schedules, manual controls, estimation of part deterioration, set what order the rooms are cleaned in, and even choose how often it empties. Despite so many settings, I don't find the interface to be overwhelming.

The app is decent, there are some features that it's lacking, the biggest one being able to delete a section of the map and to add irregular shapes to the boundary. For example, the vac scanned off a balcony and added it as room. There is no room there but I can't delete it from the map. But otherwise it's a good app and the robovacs are excellent! No need to spend crazy money on a robovac when eufy sells models for under $300.

App worked great until the latest update now whenever I set up a single room cleaning and pick my cleaning settings even after I save it doesn't use my settings. And it doesn't seem like you can modify settings if a cleaning has already started. Pretty annoying and seems like a step backwards. But overall system still works great just hope they'll fix the modify settings option and make it work again.

New update, now device offline, can't fix it. It was working perfectly until the update! I don't want to lose all my maps and history. A year ago, I had the same issue as now. Right after an update, connection fails (and there's nothing wrong with my network). It regularly disconnects anyway, which is already annoying, and I have to reset almost once a month--but in these cases resetting it doesn't fix the error.

Things were going well with the app, but then there seems to have been an update and now the map doesn't allow zooming in during cleaning. It keeps automatically zooming fully out whenever you try to zoom in to a specific room to see what area it's cleaning. Kind of annoying. Overall, the app does well and does the things I want it to with the mapping and cleaning modes.

Setup was hell, taking WAY too long, not enough directions. Different edits for one feature are spread all over. After auto clean, you'll see a map THAT IS NOT THE MAP!! Changes made there, are junk. You must "create new map" to get an actual map. This cost much time. They should make this clear + lock, change color of the pseudo-maps!! Once it's setup, and understood, it's great!! I can see as it cleans! Very cool!! Finding new spaces, poo. Usage good, setup and directions bad!

Excellent product. I had an issue with the app continuously crashing every time I went to set the schedule for my robot vacuum. I sent an email to Eufy home support, asking for help. Less than 24 hours later, an update was made available on the Google Play Store, and the app is fixed! I no longer have any issues with the app crashing.
