So far, connection works. Like the data it provides. Trying to track food and calories burned is worthless. I don't have the time to enter all the data for each food product. The bank of available choices is very limited. Apps to connect are very limited as well. I get a reminder to enter food, but who has that kind of time. Connect to Samsung health. But overall, the data is very helpful.

So far so accurate. Been using an old spring scale for years, and this scale and app combo is a great improvement. Seems to be keeping a good track of my underweight mass ratios (able to tell pretty fine day to day differences between 10 and 13% body fat). Been using the scale and app to try to keep more consistent watch on myself, and it's pretty much automatic sync with the scale unit, which is convenient. I just wish there could be more integration with Samsung health.

I'm happy with the scale, but the app has some issues in my opinion. It's laid out in a way that is not particularly aesthetically pleasing or user-friendly. Some of the data within the "details" section seems wildly inaccurate. There is no explanation of the recommended weight ranges, and as others have noted it does not seem to take muscle mass into consideration. Further, the BMR numbers seem outrageously high. I went to several site to calculate my BMR using my weight, height and body fat % info from the app. I was getting calculations back that were about 700-800 kcals lower than the app was giving me for the BMR. It would be nice to have more transparency around where these numbers are coming from. Edit: App just updated and it hid 90% of the reporting functionality. Muscle mass, TDEE, etc, no longer in obvious location.

The app use to be fairly easy to use and navigate. The new design is terrible. When you go to look at progress, it restricts to a week, month, or year. The worst of it is, it only shows you data from the most recent monday to sunday or the start of the month/year. Not the entire previous week, month, or year. PLEASE REVERT IT BACK TO HOW IT WAS

Please add the ability to calibrate your measurements - the fat and muscle %s are off by about 10% for me, based on a more accurate body scan test. If that's not possible, please add the ability to customize which metrics to show in the app, as I'm not interested in being told every time I use this app that I'm abnormally fat, when your measurements are inaccurate. 2 stars instead of 1 because the app is fast to sync, and has a fairly intuitive UI.

I have had this app for a while, it is very useful for people who need or want to track their weight. There are times the device won't connect but I find it catches up, if you will, when it reconnects. It has a history ability which is very helpful when evaluating how other things affect my health. Overall I would recommend the scale and the app.

[Update 2019.09.16 - Got a new phone (Galaxy Note 10+), app will not sync with the scale. Now the whole "smart scale" thing is useless to me. Now I can only know my weight and lose the rest of the information. Now it's no different than a "stupid scale". I have no issues with my phone pairing with other Bluetooth devices, so it's either the app or the scale.] works well. Sometimes has issues syncing with the scale, but mostly just works.

This used to be a fantastic app, it was simple, fast, logical layout, and all the information I required was front and center. I wish you folks would have left alone what was working, instead of changing the interface where it is terribly difficult to find anything without investing a considerable amount of time. Your programmers should do their research before tampering with what was already excellent.

I have been using the app for about 8mons. Initially, it was great. I was able to keep track of the history to see my progress. Now with the recent updates the history is a mess. The app shows recorded weights that I never did. It show that I weighes myself multiple times in one day and the measurements are all over the place. I only weigh myself one a week. The data is now completely useless to me. I am very disappointed at this point. There was nothing wrong with the original interface.

Last version crashed everytime it tried to upload data, from the scale, this update seems to have fixed that. Thank you! Now, please add Samsung Health integration for Galaxy device users. Also, please add a trend line to the Trend bar charts. It is hard to see trends when looking at all of the ups and downs of day-day variation.

Update killed my login and now I can't access my profile! Was able to reset my password and get in, but this new UI sucks. You have to go three screens deep to see all the measurements and then you have to scroll through them to see all the information. Just put it all on the same page like before. We're not blind and it doesn't need to be huge!

My scale used to connect to the app immediately now as of the past couple weeks it doesn't want to connect. I have tried turning on and off Bluetooth, removing and reconnecting the scale, turning off the scale, exiting out of the app and back in again and it still takes a ridiculous amount of tries to get it to connect. Plus the data is ridiculous. I'm being told that I have 2,655.5 lb left to reach my goal. Really? So I'm an elephant?

The App stopped working completely. It seemed to happen when the Android 10 update was pushed out, like it's no longer compatible with my phone. I have force stopped it, cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled it already. Nothing seems to be working. I have the Google pixel 3 XL. This app had 5 stars, now I can only give it a 1. Please fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

The way the app is formatted makes it difficult to visually track progression. You can only pull the weight tracker portion for a history of 1 month and then have to scroll back to see, but are unable to enlarge it and the min and max are messed up. I don't care about all the other stuff you are able to track using the app and the weight loss could be a lot better. I ended up downloading a better app and manually having to input the readings from my eufy scale.

This is a GREAT app. However, there are two things that should change. First, it has very limited food options when logging in your meals as compared to other apps. Second, everything is not only measured in grams, but in 100 grams, which requires a lot of recalculating calories for nearly every meal. If those things were different, I'd give it 5 stars.

There are some navigational & functional difficulties, but they could be fixed. When creating a new user profile, the options are "Adult, Baby, and Pet" what about a child or teen category? Also connecting devices could go smoother, it connected the scale via Bluetooth and added it to the profile, but faild to conenct to wifi. with no notification it succeeded any subsequent attempts to "add a device" failed. Once I figured out that the devices was already paired I was able to correct it.

Connected fairly easily. However, the only sex option available was female with the male option greyed out. What this does to the calculations is unknown. Update: User error. Selections are done by sliding the selection into the window. It's an elegant solution, but a radio button, check box, or direct selection would have been more intuitive.

the app assigned my husband's stats to my account, despite there being a 100+ lb difference between us, and there is no way to remove his data. customer service was friendly but ultimately unable to fix the problem. I removed my old account and created a new one which is not pulling data from the scale. I would not recommend this product for the app. body fat data seems suspect as well, which was the primary reason for getting a smart scale.

I have been using the scale and app for 5 months with steady weight loss etc but this past week the metrics are way out of line. I've lost 4lbs in the past 2 weeks through healthy eating and exercise yet my body fat percentage has gone from 23% to 31% in the space of a week which I know is completely wrong. the app also needs to show a graph to show total progress over the duration of use from the 1st point of use. 1 month report is pretty useless.

I like the idea of the app, but it's not functional. It's very disorganized and difficult to navigate, but my biggest complaint is that weigh-in reminders rarely work. I'm in the app daily, so deep sleep isn't the issue. Plus, I have every setting on my phone set to keep this app awake. Still, I get a couple reminders, then they stop. I have to uninstall and reinstall every few days to keep them. Help takes you to a chat, but never connects. I'm shopping for a different brand smart scale.
