Good but can be better! I used the app on my trip yesterday and it was easy to open and find the map and basic things. Our waiting times did not realize we were at the park half the time, so we constantly had to close and open the app. Routes were not shown at all (glad I know the park almost by heart), and virtual line is great but could need a hand to make it either better working or easier to understand.Good app but would need a good update. Couldn't find parking tickets to buy so used google

Since it was renewed, this app has become a lot worse than before. The user interface is not intuitive and cluttered with PR and oversize pictures. The app response times are slow to the point of being almost unusable. On my Samsung S8 the app would regularly freeze. The very useful function of the old app version that allowed you to get quickly to an attraction with a Google maps type guidance doesn't seem to exist anymore, or it's si unintuitive to access that I couldn't find it.

The app for sure needs improvments. The navigation through the park does not work all the time, you need to go out and enter again in order for the route to appear. The option to find your friend for me did not work at all. And every time when I filtered the attractions by distance every few seconds it showed 5xxx,xx km distances and I had to go one step back and apply the filter again. I loved the park and I will come back for sure. Love you guys, keep up the good work with grate enthusiasm! ❤

Whereas the old app was a shining example of proper app design, the redesign doesn't do the app any good. This reaches from the new name of the app (hard to find and ugly) through the additional level of navigation you have to go through when selecting whether you're interested in Europa-Park proper or Rulantica (2 apps would've been better). The new fluid interface is moreover more difficult to navigate, the map less clear & filters less obvious in use. I also miss the country-specific option.

Very convenient app to browse the park map, check the waiting time and get "fast pass" tickets. The ability to set your favorite attractions is also a big + to consult waiting time. A few UX issue preventing the 5 stars though: - bad data caching / blocking API calls on the main page. - virtual line system not optimal: need to refresh constantly each 10 mn as tickets go in seconds - data freshness not communicated, forcing to go on the main page to cause a refresh (1st point) Still useful!

Clearly subpar compared to other similar apps (Astérix and Disneyland to name a few): no proper back button navigation, Virtual Lines unavailable without explanation, high battery usage, etc. Needs a rework.

The app has a long, unreliable startup time, often freezing or taking up to 3 minutes to start. It requires location permissions: "while using the app" for waiting times, and "all the time" for Virtual Line, which seems unnecessary. Virtual Line offers 10-minute slots for queue skipping, but due to the app's slowness and unreliable auto-refresh, it's a gamble whether you'll secure a spot.

The app keeps crashing, refocusing the map, is hard to navigate. Information is super hard to find. Tickets for virtual queue can only be entered with the number manually. Wait times are working though.

Horrible app. Drains your battery and overheats your phone, something which I'd say is not ideal for spending a long day outside without a charger. For some reason it uses your location services even when the phone is locked and the app closed. When you change apps and come back to this one it goes back to the starting page, making you search for whatever you had open before every time. The virtual queue system is broken. It needs a lot of improvement.

payment with google pay not possible, results in error. seems they never tested it properly. when payment fails, basket is empty, back to square one. process is very slow. this app is not fit for purpose when it comes to ticket selling. I have low expectations that this app could be useful when in the park.

Complete app but bugs after second day in the park. Need to reinstall. Then.tje favorite features doesn't work anymore. Can do better.

Useful, but drained my battery in 4hs so half a day in the park without beeing able to take a picture. Do not give access to location in the background to avoid this.

Really bad app, doesn't refresh, get's stuck. The virtual line is working from time to time. The app is not well developped. I guess no load balancing considering the many people using it or at least trying to

This app needs a lot of improvements to increase usability. When you have the map view open and press back, it closes the map. It does this also when you have a filter applied or a ride selected, making you have to reopen the map every time. It is very very difficult to get a ride or restaurant selected. Queueing in a virtual line does not sync across the same account from one phone to the other. Neither do the scanned tickets.

Pretty bad job by the developers The main point of criticism I have, is that this app will drain your battery This is the last thing you want this app to do, as you're spending a full day in the park, no charger and fully dependent on an app that drains your battery like crazy. Not amazing In addition, there are various minor annoying bugs

Made my phone (S22) run extremely hot and chewed through my battery. Frequently unable to get the virtual lane to work and the app frustratingly does not go back to where you were last consistently. It jumps to the default page and you have to dig down into it again. The route finding feature appears to miss many back alley routes and frequently jumps position back to where you are not where you want to go (or vice versa). Really frustrating to use.

Quite a poor app. It kept freezing on the opening screen. It drained my battery as it forces you to enable location at all times even when not using the app... This has to be done to book virtual queues. On the virtual queues section it was giving a time available but when you clicked on it it would not let you book the slot. When it did work the time slot was for much later than on the initial screen. Navigation in the park was also quite poor. Improvements are needed. EP is awesome though.
