Can't even sign up. There's a place to sin in but nowhere to sign up if you haven't already done so. Uninstalled.

Used this after SimpleTix easy entry. Happy to see something outside of IOS environment. Ticket scanning has improved which is awesome.

From the old paper ticket way to this, I loved it. I would like if the app had a few more of the feature the web site does, that's why the app got a 4 and not a 5

Seems like a nice app, but I have already spent the morning just trying to create an account. I will say again, there is no way to create an accoun. If you do not ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT you will not be allowed to use this app.

This ticket selling platform is a game changer. It's less costly to our business and our customers. Additionally, being able to link sales to our Square payment system makes recording sales a breeze.

Initially the software wouldn't allow us to process payments in CAD. However we were promptly contacted and the issue was rectified. Updated from 1 to 4 stars. good service.

App is very user friendly and simple to navigate. Ability to have all events in one panel and see number of tickets sold is great. Biggest criticism however is we have noticed the app changes the ringtones of our phones to a faint clicking noise. It only does it with Google Pixels, but it will override the ringtone to a series of numbers. Tested it several times. Had to go into the app settings and deny the app permission to modify system settings. Not sure why it needed to to begin with.
