plays easy. I prefer to play it on my tablet, but the game does run better on the phone. The cards are hard to see, but once you are familiar with them, you rarely need to re read them. I do like that you only need to tap them to check the info. It's a nice feature. Most games I play an accidental tap means it's screwed up your turn.

Great experience. My family and I all love this game! I would recommend an update for playing Miner Mole, Chip Sweep, Doctor, Wood Carver, and Monk. It's a great annoyance when I think I've selected a production to copy or I accidently press on the wrong part of the screen, the game moves on to the next turn without me using the card's power. I think a warning box (like when ending a season) would resolve this issue anytime the game sees a card's power is being skipped. Thank you.

Excellent game with almost excellent app implementation except in 3/4 of the games I've played some of the basic functionality has been randomly disabled. Either I suddenly couldn't place a worker in an Event space when I met the requirements or I could ONLY place workers, I couldn't play any cards despite having more than enough resources for most of the cards in the meadow. I really like this game but currently this app implementation is severely broken.

Graphics look really good, which is a plus, but they're so good that my phone overheats. I shouldn't be performance limited on a game that can be played on paper. And as others mentioned, the interface is incredibly unforgiving. Screen real estate is dominated by the beautiful graphics making game text tiny- forcing scrolls and zooms to interact- and the lack of action confirmation makes it very easy to get locked into an accidental mistap.

I really enjoy this digital adaptation. My son just turned one so it's great to not have to worry about pulling out all of the little pieces with him around. The game runs smooth and I really enjoy the Challenge mode that is included! As an owner of the Physical Complete Collection, I look forward to seeing the expansions make it to digital as well.

5 month edit: reduced to 1 star. Due to the game not having and undo or confirmation button we've lost another game due to a card being played when someone just wanted to move the camera. So... Game over. Hopefully there will be an update in the future to fix the fatal design flaw. Love the game. Great animations and game play. 2 small gripes and 1 big one... 1: expansions aren't available yet. I assume these are in development? Removed to allow space for above edit...

This app desperately needs an undo button. There are so many things jammed in a small area...tree, meadow, your cards, player areas, 25 worker placement spots...for mobile it does not all fit on one screen, so you're forced to navigate around. The last 3 games with friends ended with someone (different person each game) accidentally clicking something that had a huge impact on the outcome. DireWolf, you implement this so well in Dune Imperium, it would be so easy to do it here as well.

Absolutely love this...it's just like the board game which is my all time favorite board game!! The graphics are awesome and the game runs very smoothly. I love that I can play against family and friends! It's pretty addicting but it is getting a little boring with not many cards out there. I am hoping they will add some of the expansions or at least throw in some of the cards from other expansions because it's getting a little stale already but overall it'd awesome!!!

The game is aesthetically pleasing and fun to play, but there are issues that need to be fixed. There are cards that tell you, "You MAY....", but oftentimes the game doesn't provide the "Skip" option so you either have to click "Cancel" to undo that card selection or you are forced to do the thing and click "Confirm". For example, this happens if I have a "Judge" in my city and I cannot choose whether I want to exchange the resources or skip doing so.

My favorite game got its digital adaptation and it delivered! Great 3D graphics and animations as well as sfx and music. 3* cause GUI needs some serious tweaking as it's too small for cellphone (ok for tablets tho) and dragging critters around should be reworked as it's too easy to make mistakes when moving them around. AI seems to be okay but not smart and it's hard to follow when it takes its moves. Async and RT are both supported. Overall a great app tho. Hope expansions are in the works!

If you like Everdell in ita board game version, this definitely gives you a great mobile experience. I loved the animated critter meeples, and I love that you can play a solo game against ai. You should know that it has no expansions, just base version. Also, take your time with the figure placement, the glowing helps to see if they're in the right place, but sometimes it doesn't take. Also, it's a big game for a phone, but zooming has worked well.

Nice interface, good graphics, runs smoothly. Haven't had too many issues with the drag and drop as mentioned in other reviews yet. I like the solo challenges and various game modes. Would recommend if you like the physical game and want to practice/have the same experience on the go. It can be a little challenging to read cards / see details when playing on a phone though.

I am super happy that this game is now in app form so I don't have to keep bugging my husband to play all the time! I think the graphics are super cute and playing is simple. There are a couple things that would be great to add in though: A cancel option if you put your worker on the wrong spot. With the graphics being so small on a phone, it's easy to select the wrong action and besides the action you choose resources, you are stuck with it. I'd like to be able to choose my characters too.

Great digital version of Everdell! If you like the game at all I would highly suggest picking this version up. It's nice to play without having to set up and tear down. You will see comments about adding an 'undo' feature into the game, and I couldn't agree more. It doesn't happen often but if you place a worker or try swiping too fast you may place something you didn't want. I've had this happen a few times but thats me moving to quick and not watching what I'm selecting. Overall it's worth it!

Love this game and this is a great digital implementation. There's one major flaw though - you drag and drop to play cards, and also to move around the screen - so it's very easy to accidentally play something from the meadow. However, this is yet ANOTHER digital board game where they forgot to put an "undo" or "back" button for accidental moves. This should be a basic feature in all digital board games. 1 star until they fix this. 5 stars once they do!

This board game is my favorite, so it's nice that it's been formatted as an app! The challenges are fun, and solo mode is solid. I haven't tried anything else yet. I do wish there was a confirmation button before fully taking your action. I've accidentally placed workers in the wrong location, and wanted to undo or fix it, but without a confirmation button it just moves on. Otherwise, 5 stars.

This is a fine digital rendition of the real thing. As others have noted, a confirm button really needs to be implemented for all action spaces - I have not yet accidentally dropped my worker on the wrong resource collection space, but I will be extremely annoyed if it ever happens. One more suggestion - there is a popular variant on BGG where the card pool is reduced to: 6 farms, 2 of all other common cards, 1 of all unique cards. I'd love to see this as an option - it really elevates the game.

Everdell is one of our favorite board games. This digital version is nice but too hard to really see what's going on. Everything is very small. I am not a fan at all of the way the "played" cards are laid out. There needs to be a better zoom feature overall and ways to see more closely what each player is doing. It's a great start but needs some more work. Hope they keep making it better!

Good adaptation of the board game but not ideal for the phone. I imagine it's more ideal for a tablet. Too much focus and energy was given to the 3D animations over functionality. I also wish there was an undo option as you can click something when you want to read it but it will actually force your selection.

Be certain you want this game before buying. I bought it and played part way through the tutorial (10 minutes) and after quickly seeing that the game does not play well on a phone due to the large size of the game, I figured I'd ask to return the game. I was rejected a return without actually playing a single game, only part of the tutorial. So again, only buy this if you're comfortable with the game - play the physical game first so you already know the game. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
