because of your file system, I was able to actually pinpoint and find malware on my phone that Bitdefender couldn't even remove due to im guess permissions issues for SD cards but Jesus christ you guys are a life saver. seriously, thank you 👊👍

Life saver.. I had a half downloaded file in chrome, no matter what I do I could not access the file. Once I got this installed, it seemlessly allowed me to view the partially downloaded mp4.. gr8.. thanks a ton

I selected my video then move it to sd card all of them gone whiteout trace. Cannot find them anymore, I did not delete the video but move it!

It's Useful but I've tried my best downloading other files so yeah I never download any thing that I wanted so i've download this app to make sure I download mods that I've ever wanted so this app is very useful! And Helpful for me!

The reason I installed this in the first place was its ability to show files and folders in the android data folder but after the recent update all app folders in the data folder are empty. I'll rate it higher if that could be fixed. Edit: After a few more tries I realized it's an Android restriction thing, not the app.

I do like the root and branch structure, it allows me to be a tidier person. It's good for office archive and functional engineering blocks (the the met functional engineering requirements can be, but the functional engineering desing "thought" has to go somewhere else because there's a small of though ik the compartmentalizing. Compartmentalizing like in EX File Manager is Powerful, it helps me to be a complete different person very differentiate from the other. The person, the Engineer.

After an update deleted app as it no longer recognises my USB drive when connected to my phone to allow me to transfer files. From some one who liked the app to now very disappointed 😞 even more disappointed to the fact that I wad asked for screen shots and details to try and solve the issue and never received a reply 😢

I have updated the app a week back and afterwards it doesnt opening. When i open the app it shows some % of loading (sometime 12% & sometime 40%) and failing to proceed further and doesnt loading up completelty and failing to use this app. The app was a power packer but due to this issue i could not use it. I updated it again but still not working out. Please solve the issue.

Unless I'm mistaken, this is the same app I purchased the pro version of years ago. Very disappointed to see that's been delisted and is now a subscription. The free version now containing full length ads. Hadn't noticed as I hadn't had much cause for a non stock file manager for some time. I understand it was cheap at the time and it's now a decade later, but if buying isn't owning then piracy isn't theft.

Open the app the first time and was greeted by 30 secs worth of ads just from analyzing my files. Unacceptable. I can't even determine functionality because it doesn't find and other files, except "Other". Useless. I've tried several times and the same result. I was so hoping for an ES File replacement. This is not it...

In-app purchases are completely cool and possibly even a banner or two but full screen pop-ups is a little crazy for file browser, at least in a game they refresh a life or something with a file explorer it's just 30 seconds of waiting on some dumb tick tock video to finish so you can look at files that you put on your phone so it's not like your on a treasure hunt. I'd sooner stick to the free built-in app. Especially for that price.

Guess I should've stuck with the older ES File Explorer. I went to update it and it no longer existed so after a search it looked like it was renamed to EX. This one's filled with ads, and not just small banner ads at the bottom (which wouldn't bother me), but unskippable (you can after a while) garbage after a super slow startup. Going to find a different file explorer. :-/

I don't mind ads in free apps but with all of the tik tok ads that either give you the option to skip ad even though it doesn't skip or their ads that go full screen and are difficult to impossible to close, I wouldn't recommend this app mainly due to their poor choice of sponsors. If you can get past that, the app works pretty decent. If you can't get past it the app is completely unusable.

Paid version: There's one thing that it's good at. Ensuring that you'll never run out of storage. If you move a file from one location to another, and then delete the original "empty" directory, everything you moved goes with it! Learned this the hard way after organizing ~20gb of family photos in preparation to export them to my PC. Thankfully, I at least have the low quality cloud backups. Uninstalling.

Better but surely not best. It cannot go into any app's folders i.e WhatsApp sent images, sent videos, voice files or any such access it cannot do so. I had an app a file explorer which did that but I deleted it and cannot tell which app it was. It cleaned out more junk than any junk cleaner or any file explorer. Wasted hours installing and checking many file explorers but did not achieve the goal. But I might just keep this app. It's like the exFat app. Maybe it has something I could use it for

So this app started playing a jingle on my phone. All of every single app was closed on my phone. I had to go into settings and apps and quit each app individually until I found that it was EX file manager. Once I quit that the music stopped. It was only way to get it to stop. I don't know how it did it. It makes me not trust it Nothing to screen cap. Suddenly played music w/no apps showing running

Maximum score possible for an app with ads that cover the full screen and doesn't allow for switching windows. Advertisers get zero exposure when the app is uninstalled. Other apps with advertising don't stopp to this level. None of the developer's apps are with installing. Uninstalled. I'm response to the developer. It isn't the amount of ads, it's the type. Full screen ads that prevent a user from using anything else in their phone are never acceptable. Never Ace Mobile again.
